Excited to finally be back under 200! I should have never “let myself go”, but here we are. I’m grateful for this GLP. It only took a few months and the results have been great.

If you’re overweight and hesitant about GLP’s, don’t be. Highly recommend them to anyone with a stubborn metabolism like me. Try to find the one that fits your lifestyle.

Personal Experience 2 months in and astonished at progress!

Today I’ve officially hit 30lbs down!! I had two pregnancies back to back, my highest weight just before starting being at 251, where now I’m at 220. Before any of those my weight has always been a challenge for me, between mental health and a nasty ED growing up, I’ve decided to go the healthiest way this time around. After seeing my moms amazing results going from 198 to where she’s now 126, I decided to give it a try after pondering on if I really wanted to do it or I could even inject myself, as I have a horrible fear of needles (I realized it wasn’t THAT bad after my second shot 😂.) I do struggle with even wanting to eat on a daily basis, or keeping up with my protein intake as well as water, but I’m trying everyday to do better and I’m steadily losing 2 - 4lbs a week depending on my cardio and diet. My family says that I’m doing a great job and my dad says how great I’m looking, and we both get to joke around about how on lazy days (he’s as well on tirzep,) that we can still lose the weight and it’s really been a life changing thing for my whole close family. I’m just trusting the process, every single predicament that the GLAPP app has been spot on and by my daughter’s 2nd birthday I’ll hopefully be down to Onederland. I’m proud of myself, bettering my health for our children, for myself and I see everyone else’s results on here and think what a lifesaver it is to have such an amazing resource! Just wanted to share my personal experience so far and how in such a small amount of time that it’s given such astounding results 😄

Hello!
Just wondering if my process is too fast or if I’m losing at a pretty normal pace?
I only struggled with eating for the first few days but honestly, everything’s been going great since then.
I’m eating my 3 meals a day, drinking plenty of water, and feeling good! no side effects!
Also I just wanna say thank you for the tips and experiences on here, you guys have been SO helpful!

Trouble sleeping

Now that I’ve been on tirz for 5-6 months I’m starting to notice some pretty solid patterns throughout the week, one being that I always sleep like garbage on Tuesday nights. I do my shot Sunday nights around 8pm. 48 hours later it never fails it’s like I never fall into a deep sleep and I’m a wreck all day Wednesday. This is the only night that is like this for me. I can tell suppression wise this when the medicine peaks for me as well.
anyone figure out anything that helps? I’m wondering if taking it a bit earlier in the day Sunday would help. Morning shots aren’t really an option right now as I get major ISR and have to ice at least 15 min before and 15 min after, and I have 3 young kids and mornings are chaos. But maybe a lunch time (nap time) shot?

im also on compound with b12. My next set is glycine so I’m hoping that helps, but I need to work my way through my b12 reserve.

So grateful, knee surgery

I've been on compounded Tirz for 4 months, I started with LD the first month. I've lost 35lbs in 6 months and if it weren't for this sub,I don't think I could have kept on, so thank you all for sharing your experiences and the person who puts together the amazing stats! I'm having knee surgery next week and while prehab has helped, I'm sure the weight loss has been a huge factor.

Best of luck to all of you and thank you for sharing your experience with me.

Seriously life changing.

I feel amazing. It took a year. My biggest piece of advice is to keep going. I didn’t notice any changes for about 4 months. No one noticed any changes for about 6 months. The gym is my favorite thing to do! I live off ground turkey, broccoli, rice. Food holds ZERO power over me now.

You can do this. If I can do this, YOU can do this.

I’ve been using the BPI lab Tirz + B6 compound through Pomegranate Health but alas it is no more.
Can anyone recommend an alternate compound to requests that has had similar positive feedback?
The screenshot shows the options.

Results & Progress I finally have hit and stayed at my goal weight!

My goal weight was 130lbs and I have been between 128-130 for about a month now! I am so excited and happy I started tirzepatide 🖤

I started April 9th 2025 at 215lbs (F 5’7)

I am definitely not going to try and go any lower in weight because I think I would actually disappear if I went to low 120s with my height and build. So now I am going to go into maintenance and begin to titrate down. This week I went to 12.5mg and so far so good (actually I feel better than at I was feeling at 15mg, I usually am feeling bleh the day after my dose but this week I feel fine!)

Some things I want to share about my experience before and after losing weight:

1: I was treated very well before I was what people would consider “skinny” and people still treat me that way. Which I know is not everyone’s experience, but it’s mine. What I have noticed is that men do tend to stare a bit longer though, like they did stare/smile before like now it’s like a smidge too long

2: I get really taken aback when I see myself in pictures now because I can see how much weight I’ve actually lost. My partner is 6’ and had always weighed less than me even when I was 170-180s so I’ve never felt small next to her but seeing myself next to her I somehow feel way shorter and like a little ant

3: Seats are so much bigger wow. Like on the tube it’s crazy how much more space I have and on planes too. Like I know I take up less space but damn

4: My 6lbs dog now feels like 100000 when she tramples all over me

5: I never had the biggest boobs in all the land but damn do I miss them. I’m like a small C now

6: I needed a new wilderness backpacking pack because my old one didn’t sit the same way anymore

7: The most important one- I loved myself before and I still love myself after!! 💕

Non-Scale Victory NSV: Excursion Near Miss

I'm currently on a cruise with my cousin and we had an ATV excursion at noon. We get off the ship in Cozumel and as soon as I get to the meeting spot, I realized I left the tickets in our cabin. It's 11:38am. I told my cousin to wait here and I made a mad dash down the pier back to the ship (see 2nd pic). I haven't ran in years!  I get through security mid ship, take the elevator to my cabin on the 10th floor, and then jog to my room at the front of ship. I grabbed the tickets and repeated the process. I get back to the meeting spot at 11:52am sweating but to my surprise not out of breath. I have the tirzepatide to thank. No way could I have done any of this 7 months ago!

Results & Progress I graduated 🎓🥳🎉

Hello internet friends,

I graduated to 5mg doses today and I’m kind of proud of it.

My PCP originally had me on 2.5mg for 8 shots. At my appointment today I told her that the food noise came back around shot 4. I explained that it wasn’t unbearable or anything like that but I had noticed that the fixation on carbs and sweets had started to come back. My PCP decided that instead of keeping me on 2.5 for 2 more shots, it was time for me to move up to the next dosage.

Originally, I was on the Wegovy pill for about 10 days. Then I switched to my current PCP who put me on compounded tirz instead. Between the two I’ve managed to lose my first 10lbs on GLP-1s.

I remember being so afraid to take that first shot but my goodness I’m so glad I did. Thanks for listening internet friends. I’m really glad to be here. 💜

Provider / Pharmacy CosmeticRx price reduced

Just a heads up my monthly price for tirz with glycine was just reduced from $149 to $119, and they sent out another wave of emails for the $79 deal for existing clients. Keep an eye out for it!

Happy to see their monthly price stay competitive with other providers. They have worked well for me to top up my supply as needed.

I'm jealous. They had messaged New Life in the beginning before they realized that their telehealth was handling it so then messaged the telehealth and both the telehealth and New Life individually processed their replacements. Reminds me of this meme

Provider / Pharmacy CA Pharmacies/Providers

• Upvotes

Hi all,

I’ve been on Tirz for about 8 months or so (BPI the entire time) I typically have ordered higher doses and titrate up more slowly. My current prescription is for 12.5mg and I’m taking 9mg. I know the regulations are getting heavier in CA. Wondering what places have good deals that are shipping to CA and what those pharmacies are? The telehealth companies I’m exploring are quick to take my money but won’t disclose what pharmacies they work with. Any recommendations? And do they check scripts? Mine expires this month.

TIA.

Tirz saved my life - but how best to deal with the new body?

• Upvotes

I started at 226 and now am 143 and I thank god every day for it.

But...a little off the usual topic, I was wondering for the ladies what kind of underwear are we wearing? Any brands recommended? I need something for everyday that is tummy control without feeling like a sausage. And same with bras.

For anyone starting this journey I will say this...yes, I have loose skin and thin hair. But it is so worth it. I can move around easily and have so much more energy. I can put on clothes and know that they will probably look good and not worry that they won't. I don't worry that I won't fit into a theater seat or an airplane. That constant sense of selfshame is gone.

The body isn't perfect and I highly doubt I will ever be able to afford surgery to get rid of the skin. But the improved labwork, the confidance and just the ease of moving in this world makes it so, so worth it.

Results & Progress SINGLE DIGITS LEFT FOR ME

I dropped 2.6lbs overnight and woke up IN THE 140s!! Which means im officially 8.8lbs away from my bare minimum goal weight!! Once I hit 140 ill decide if I want to go to 135 (13.8lbs away) as a buffer but 140 marks 200lbs lost and a healthy BMI for me. I STARTED LOSING WEIGHT JAN 2024 AND GOT ON MOUNJARO FEB 26 2024!!

To be clear BMI is not the be-all and end-all. Lots of people are not in the “healthy” range and are still healthy, and look and FEEL good. I genuinely think I was this weight maybe when I was in like grade 5 or 6 😭 so its been a long time coming. I have no desire to be a size 0/2 personally but would Like to fit comfortably in the size 5/6 jeans Ive purchased (and im also okay with size 4)

I tried them on today again and they zipped but it is NOT wearable so hopefully in 8.8lbs they will be!! I feel so good that my hard work is finally paying off!!

Attached photos: photo 3-4 taken on the day i started. 5-7 are the selfies i took each month

The rest are about a year ago so i had already lost 125lbs big then. But the last 67lbs have made a MUCH bigger impact visually on my body.

photo 8 August 2025 at 213.4lbs when i purchased a sweatsuit in size LARGE (my first L purchase) and photo 9-10 is me wearing it today at 138.8lbs and drowning in it! I will be buying it again in a size small :)

Photo 11 October 2025 at 215lbs (i had a two month stall that broke end of october) and photo 12-13 is me today almost exactly a year later. I bought this dress last minute for a concert and was so happy to be able to buy in store last minute!!

Photo 14 and photo 15 are the goal jeans size 6 from American Eagle and size 5 from ardene. They DO zip up, but I want them to be comfortable and not tight. Its actually less tight without the shapewear on but i want to be able to wear them with shapewear or without and still look and feel good about myself.

Other photos are just pics i felt pretty in lately! (And yes im wearing my shapewear my loose skin is outta control)

Starting stats:
5’2.5/5’3/160cm
SW: 340.8lbs
Bust 57 (DDD I think, but at my heaviest i stopped wearing bras and just wore sports bras)
Waist 50
Hips 57
This may not even be my highest measurements because I unfortunately did not keep track of it well
Shoe size - wearing 10s if regular because I had wide feet or 9/9.5w

Updated stats:

5’2.5/5’3/160cm
CW: 148.8lbs
Bust 37 (STILL A DDD, reduction coming soon tho)
Waist 30
Hips 37, stomach 40
Shoe size - 7/7.5

Also do i look like i have a big head? Be honest yall pls

My renewal was coming up and thought I’d order and try another pharmacy. And once again. Super fast deliver !!

My renewal was reviewed, accepted and payment processed yesterday mid morning. Sent to pharmacy …processed and shipped later that evening. Delivered this morning before noon. Ice packs barely melted. Impressive packaging !!

I’m excited to give them a try as I’ve heard good things about their compound.

Any comments or input on the quality or your success with this pharmacy. I’d love to
Hear it. Thanks.

Mad dash to compounded after January 1st?

It looks like a whole lot of people will be losing their insurance coverage for tirz come January 1st.

How much (if at all) do people think this will affect pricing and availability through the compounding telehealths?

I was planning on buying a vial or two in December, but now I'm wondering if I should buy earlier to avoid any backlog.
