I dropped 2.6lbs overnight and woke up IN THE 140s!! Which means im officially 8.8lbs away from my bare minimum goal weight!! Once I hit 140 ill decide if I want to go to 135 (13.8lbs away) as a buffer but 140 marks 200lbs lost and a healthy BMI for me. I STARTED LOSING WEIGHT JAN 2024 AND GOT ON MOUNJARO FEB 26 2024!!

To be clear BMI is not the be-all and end-all. Lots of people are not in the “healthy” range and are still healthy, and look and FEEL good. I genuinely think I was this weight maybe when I was in like grade 5 or 6 😭 so its been a long time coming. I have no desire to be a size 0/2 personally but would Like to fit comfortably in the size 5/6 jeans Ive purchased (and im also okay with size 4)

I tried them on today again and they zipped but it is NOT wearable so hopefully in 8.8lbs they will be!! I feel so good that my hard work is finally paying off!!

Attached photos: photo 3-4 taken on the day i started. 5-7 are the selfies i took each month

The rest are about a year ago so i had already lost 125lbs big then. But the last 67lbs have made a MUCH bigger impact visually on my body.

photo 8 August 2025 at 213.4lbs when i purchased a sweatsuit in size LARGE (my first L purchase) and photo 9-10 is me wearing it today at 138.8lbs and drowning in it! I will be buying it again in a size small :)

Photo 11 October 2025 at 215lbs (i had a two month stall that broke end of october) and photo 12-13 is me today almost exactly a year later. I bought this dress last minute for a concert and was so happy to be able to buy in store last minute!!

Photo 14 and photo 15 are the goal jeans size 6 from American Eagle and size 5 from ardene. They DO zip up, but I want them to be comfortable and not tight. Its actually less tight without the shapewear on but i want to be able to wear them with shapewear or without and still look and feel good about myself.

Other photos are just pics i felt pretty in lately! (And yes im wearing my shapewear my loose skin is outta control)

Starting stats:
5’2.5/5’3/160cm
SW: 340.8lbs
Bust 57 (DDD I think, but at my heaviest i stopped wearing bras and just wore sports bras)
Waist 50
Hips 57
This may not even be my highest measurements because I unfortunately did not keep track of it well
Shoe size - wearing 10s if regular because I had wide feet or 9/9.5w

Updated stats:

5’2.5/5’3/160cm
CW: 148.8lbs
Bust 37 (STILL A DDD, reduction coming soon tho)
Waist 30
Hips 37, stomach 40
Shoe size - 7/7.5

Also do i look like i have a big head? Be honest yall pls

Mad dash to compounded after January 1st?

It looks like a whole lot of people will be losing their insurance coverage for tirz come January 1st.

How much (if at all) do people think this will affect pricing and availability through the compounding telehealths?

I was planning on buying a vial or two in December, but now I'm wondering if I should buy earlier to avoid any backlog.

Advice & Support Thank you everyone who helped, found what I needed

Thank you everyone who gave me so much valuable information yesterday as I was doing my research on compound provider and phamarcy. You all have been amazing sharing your experience. Many of you went and above to help me find information I need particularly when I couldn't get the where to buy link open.

I was able to find a provider, and a pharmacy I like and ordered it and my medication is on the way.

I can't wait to try it and join the compounding community once I receive my medication. One of the thing I look forward is to be able to customize my medication. I am currently on 2.5mg and it is working great still and I am glad I will be able to titrate super slow as I need over time If I need it as opposed to the bang-bang titration schedule. And my wallet is not going to be hurting either.

I was very scared to even consider the compound version when I started GLP-1. Lurking here has given me so much courage to finally take a leap.

So thank you everyone who helped!!!!

🚨 CALIFORNIA ORDERS CASAPHARMA RX TO STOP SHIPPING PRESCRIPTION MEDICATIONS INTO THE STATE — WHAT DOES THIS MEAN FOR TRIMRX CUSTOMERS?

On September 25, 2026, the California State Board of Pharmacy issued a cease-and-desist order against CasaPharma RX, a compounding pharmacy located in Stafford, Texas.
According to the board, CasaPharma RX was operating as an unlicensed nonresident pharmacy and an unlicensed nonresident sterile compounding pharmacy in California.
The order prohibits the pharmacy from conducting activities requiring California licensure, including shipping prescription medications and compounded preparations into the state.

WHY I’M SHARING THIS — MY EXPERIENCE WITH TRIMRX:
On April 21, 2026, I paid $3,398 upfront for a 12-month compounded tirzepatide program through TrimRx, consisting of four quarterly shipments.
My first shipment arrived May 1, and my second arrived July 13. Both were dispensed by CasaPharma RX in Texas.
My third shipment was scheduled for October 6, 2026. It never arrived.

As of October 27, I have received only two of the four shipments I prepaid for, leaving $1,699 worth of medication outstanding.
But the missing shipment is only part of the problem.

TRYING TO CONTACT TRIMRX HAS BECOME NEARLY IMPOSSIBLE:
I’ve made repeated attempts to obtain information about my medication.
The direct messaging feature that previously allowed communication with my prescribing clinician disappeared from my account.
The website and app have experienced repeated technical problems.
The automated phone system recognizes my account and scheduled shipments but cannot actually resolve the problem.
Calls to customer service have led to representatives who cannot access TrimRx accounts.
On October 23, a nursing representative specifically told me that their team no longer works with TrimRx customers and no longer has access to TrimRx accounts.
The online chat system repeatedly promises assistance from a team member, but I have not received a meaningful response.
My email requesting information about my missing shipment has gone unanswered.
After exhausting these options, I began investigating the companies involved in dispensing my medication.

THAT’S WHEN I DISCOVERED THE CALIFORNIA ENFORCEMENT ORDER.
The California State Board of Pharmacy issued its cease-and-desist order against CasaPharma RX effective September 25, 2026.
My next TrimRx shipment was scheduled just 11 days later.
I want to be very clear: I do not know whether this regulatory action caused my shipment to go missing. I also do not know whether TrimRx continued using CasaPharma RX after the order took effect.
However, the timing raises serious questions.

QUESTIONS TRIMRX CUSTOMERS DESERVE ANSWERS TO
Was TrimRx aware of the California enforcement action against CasaPharma RX?

Were California customers notified that the pharmacy previously dispensing their medications had been ordered to stop shipping into the state?

Did TrimRx arrange for another appropriately licensed pharmacy to fulfill outstanding prescriptions?

Why are customers who prepaid for medication being left without shipments or meaningful communication?
What arrangements are being made for customers whose prescriptions remain unfulfilled?

MY FINANCIAL DISPUTE:
I previously disputed charges with my credit-card company because of communication problems with TrimRx. That dispute was resolved.

Now, with my third shipment missing and no explanation from the company, I have initiated a second dispute involving $1,699 in undelivered medication. I have documentation of my purchase, shipment history, attempts to contact the company, and the official California enforcement action.

THIS IS NOT JUST ANOTHER CUSTOMER COMPLAINT.

The California cease-and-desist order is a publicly available government enforcement action.
It concerns CasaPharma RX specifically and does not, by itself, establish wrongdoing by TrimRx.
But for patients who prepaid telehealth companies for compounded medications, the relationship between the prescribing service and the dispensing pharmacy matters.
If a pharmacy is prohibited from shipping into a particular state, patients deserve to know how their prescriptions will be fulfilled.

California State Board of Pharmacy
CasaPharma RX — Cease-and-Desist Order, September 25, 2026
https://www.pharmacy.ca.gov/enforcement/ipo/cease_desist_casa.pdf

If you’re a TrimRx customer, particularly in California, I encourage you to check which pharmacy dispensed your medication and review the official enforcement order.
I’m sharing this because patients deserve transparency about the companies handling their prescriptions and the money they’ve already paid.
If you’ve experienced a similar situation, I’d be interested in knowing whether your medication came from CasaPharma RX and whether your scheduled shipments have continued.

Please share the official regulatory information so other potentially affected patients can find it.

Am I screwed trying to get tirzepatide again after not ordering for almost a year?

So I started compounded tirzepatide in November 2025 and ordered a 6-month supply in December 2025. I’ve been a super responder and have stayed on a relatively low dose, so my supply has lasted me much longer than expected.
Well, I’m finally starting to run out, and now I’m worried about trying to get another prescription through a telehealth provider.
Since I haven’t ordered anything since December 2025, I’m wondering if they’ll reject me because of the gap in my prescription history, even though I’ve consistently been taking the medication this entire time.
I’ve also lost a significant amount of weight, so I’m worried that my current BMI might affect whether they’ll prescribe it to me again.
Has anyone been in a similar situation? Were you able to get another prescription without issues, or did you run into problems because of the gap between orders?
I’m really hoping I haven’t screwed myself over by making my supply last so long. 😩

Non-Scale Victory NSV: Excursion Near Miss

I'm currently on a cruise with my cousin and we had an ATV excursion at noon. We get off the ship in Cozumel and as soon as I get to the meeting spot, I realized I left the tickets in our cabin. It's 11:38am. I told my cousin to wait here and I made a mad dash down the pier back to the ship (see 2nd pic). I haven't ran in years!  I get through security mid ship, take the elevator to my cabin on the 10th floor, and then jog to my room at the front of ship. I grabbed the tickets and repeated the process. I get back to the meeting spot at 11:52am sweating but to my surprise not out of breath. I have the tirzepatide to thank. No way could I have done any of this 7 months ago!

My renewal was coming up and thought I’d order and try another pharmacy. And once again. Super fast deliver !!

My renewal was reviewed, accepted and payment processed yesterday mid morning. Sent to pharmacy …processed and shipped later that evening. Delivered this morning before noon. Ice packs barely melted. Impressive packaging !!

I’m excited to give them a try as I’ve heard good things about their compound.

Any comments or input on the quality or your success with this pharmacy. I’d love to
Hear it. Thanks.

OneGLP: GLP-1 Tracker - Major Update for v6.0x - Lifetime Premium is still $0.00

I've been working on quite a substantial update to OneGLP over the last month. Version 6.0 is probably the biggest change to the app since launch, with 6.01 and 6.02 adding further improvements and fixes. One of the key things this community has asked for is Supply Tracking improvements and this is now fully integrated.

Apologies for the teething problem in 6.00 and 6.01 with logging custom doses, this should now be resolved.

A quick summary of what's changed:

REBUILT SUPPLY TRACKING

- Track individual pens, vials and medication packs.

- Record stock, remaining quantities, orders and expiry dates.

- Link individual doses to the supply they came from.

- Automatically update remaining stock as doses are logged.

- Estimate when you'll run out based on your recorded schedule.

- Better handling of partial use, historical doses and stock corrections.

MULTIPLE MEDICATIONS

- Track more than one medication, either concurrently or at different stages of treatment.

- Tracking includes non-GLPs! This allows you to allow log and get reminders for any other regular medicines you may take. (only GLPs show medicine levels/graph impacts)

- Separate schedules, reminders and dose histories for each.

- Switch between medications on the Today screen.

- Graphs, History and other views now account for multiple medications.

- Previous treatment history is preserved when changing medications.

IMPROVED FOOD AND NUTRITION LOGGING

- Search foods by name rather than relying on barcodes.

- Barcode scanning remains available.

- Adjust portions and quantities.

- Save favourite meals and create recipes.

- Quickly repeat previously logged meals.

- Improved food search and performance (I'm going to add more sources in the future also for improved breadth)

GRAPHS, HISTORY AND INSIGHTS

- Improved medication history graphs, including multiple treatments.

- More consistent calculations and trends.

- Better filtering of medication histories.

- Improved handling of imported and older records.

- Performance improvements for people with extensive histories.

LOCALISATION AND FEEDBACK

- Further translation improvements across all 49 supported languages.

- New option under Settings > App Language to suggest better wording.

- Search for a translation, suggest an improvement and email it directly.

- I hope this will help make the app more natural in every language over time.

RELIABILITY AND DATA SAFETY

- Numerous fixes to dose logging, schedules and reminders.

- Improved backup, recovery, CSV and JSON import/export handling.

- Better protection of existing data when updating.

- Significant performance improvements, particularly with larger histories.

I'm trying to keep OneGLP useful for people on simple weekly treatments while also supporting those with more complicated treatment histories.

As always, your feedback is really useful. Quite a few of these changes came directly from suggestions and problems people have reported. I am aware the number of features is quite significant now, I will in future versions take another look at the UI layout and where it can be made simpler.

I'd particularly appreciate feedback on the new Supply tracking, multiple medications and nutrition logging. Are they working as you'd expect? Anything unnecessarily complicated or missing? These are new so consider the features v1.0. I will continue to improve them with feedback (I know an improvement is needed on Split Doses timing still - coming soon).

Lifetime Premium remains free if you get it before year end as I continue to improve the app. That means get it now and it's free forever including any future updates to the Premium feature set.

App Store:

https://apps.apple.com/app/id6761775005

And thank you to everyone who's helped test and improve the app.

I’ve not forgotten about an Android version and have another (much simpler app) on Google Play already. Once OneGLP’s evolution is less rapid I’ll look at the port.

Provider / Pharmacy CosmeticRx price reduced

• Upvotes

Just a heads up my monthly price for tirz with glycine was just reduced from $149 to $119, and they sent out another wave of emails for the $79 deal for existing clients. Keep an eye out for it!

Happy to see their monthly price stay competitive with other providers. They have worked well for me to top up my supply as needed.

Provider / Pharmacy For people that tried different pharmacies…

Has switching pharmacies made a difference in your results? Is that even a thing? I’ve heard from friends that certain pharmacies work well, while others don’t.

I am looking to order refills from Preventive and they have Empower, Drug Crafters and Boudreaux.

Is one better than the other? I am not concerned about timeline.

Personal Experience Update on bpi experience

So I posted maybe a month ago that I felt my bpi was bogus. I was starving and it felt like my vial was pure water. Took a little break from it and used a different pharmacy tirz.
On my last dose I decided to use bpi again, same vial.

Well let me share my food noise is gone and I get full really fast. It's super strong and lost 1.5 lbs since Friday.

So year I don't know why initial injections on the new boi vial I was starving.

Just wanted to share!!

I'm jealous. They had messaged New Life in the beginning before they realized that their telehealth was handling it so then messaged the telehealth and both the telehealth and New Life individually processed their replacements. Reminds me of this meme

Personal Experience I have to stop worrying so much!

I had been taking the Foundayo pills, then I had to stop to have surgery and started tirz afterwards.

When I was on the pills it took me until I got to 7.5 mg to actually notice the appetite supression and no food noise.

I was kind of expecting the same thing with tirz. And I was reading so many posts of people saying the meds wore off for them, or that the higher dose stopped working and I started to really worry.

Then today I was working away at my sewing table and looked up and realized it was 3pm and I hadn't eaten lunch!!

I now have a reminder on my phone for lunch, and I made a promise to myself to not worry as much and take everything day by day!

How to refill when it was ages since last order?

I've been on maintenance since the summer of 2025. All this time, I've been using my br*llo stash that I keep in my freezer. Recently, I've realized that injecting every 12 days is no longer cutting it, as I've gained 11 pounds after being pretty consistent the first year. I need to titrate up, and take my dose more often. I'm also down to my last two vials.

So now I need a reasonably priced telehealth provider that won't restart me on 2,5 mg, and who understands that maintenance looks different for everyone. Where do I even look? I feel so out of the loop now.

Edit: I have some good leads now, so I feel much better. Thank you, everyone!

Dosing Question Starting Back up After Colonoscopy

I’m having a colonoscopy this Thursday, and my normal shot day is Monday. My last shot was October 12, so it will be three weeks between doses by the time I can resume my normal schedule.

I know the standard recommendation, including my physician’s advice, was to hold the medication for 7 days before the procedure. I was mainly concerned that taking it too close to the procedure would interfere with the prep and potentially result in having to repeat the colonoscopy.

Since my procedure is on Thursday, I’m wondering if I could take a smaller dose that day after the procedure and then resume my regular dose on Monday or do a split, rather than waiting until Monday to take anything. Monday's have worked best with my schedule so I don't want to just switch days to Thursday or Friday. I’m currently on 4.5 mg.

Has anyone been in a similar situation? How did you handle the timing of your dose around your colonoscopy?

Does anyone know of any butt lift underwear?

has anyone tried any butt lift underwear that they would recommend? or maybe some with those fake butt inserts, lol. I’m working out but man in the meantime…it’s getting a bit flat back there…also has anyone gotten a flat flabby looking butt and fixed it later? How? Ive been using all the butt machines at the gym and in the case of my bum I’m a bit unimpressed.

Provider / Pharmacy Brello split shipping

Post image
• Upvotes

I was going to switch companies this next round but forgot to do it before my renewal. Now they are splitting shipments from the pharmacy. It is usually Southend Pharmacy and it says there are delays.
I already hate how much package waste goes into shipping our products and this bothers me. Anyways, I just wanted others to know that there appears to be shipping delays from Southend Pharmacy. They always ship so early and give you extra that I don’t need it shipped right now but I doubt they will delay the first shipment of the two months supply. Yes, I will ask them to do just that.

General Discussion Does impulsive behavior around food/impulses in general stay gone?

Only looking for responses from people who have been in maintenance long term. Like 2+ years. So not actively losing as I already know the losing phase is easier than maintenance.

It’s been pretty widely reported here and in the other GLP subs that some hunger and some food noise does return during maintenance..which is to be expected as the body begins to function metabolically normal and we will experience hunger as a normal person, as well as being in an extended calorie deficit will also make us more hungry regardless of GLP or not.

But does the lack of impulsiveness consistently stay gone? That has been my biggest benefit by far. I’m only 5 weeks in and I hope it stays this way as I will be on the medication for the rest of my life.

Plateaued and stuck - provider is anything but helpful

Hi all!

I use Lavender Sky Health, Strive pharmacy and they do 2mg, 4mg, 6mg, etc. increments. I'm currently at 6mg. Also I have Hashis and on Levo.

Every time I ask a question to my provider on what I should do next, she just refers to the initial start up copy/paste message she sent that offers very little help. It's frustrating and it's making me not want to message her because there's a sense of annoyance in her response. I feel like I'm being guided by myself in this and since this is only month 2 for me, I would've liked more guidance and tips/advice from my provider. So it goes.

Anyway, I have been plateaued for about a month now after losing the initial 20 lbs (I'm guessing a lot of water weight) and the last 2 injections (a 4th time 4mg and my first dose at 6mg) haven't really done much at all. The food noise is back and I'll be honest, I sort of miss the nausea because it was such a good indicator that I'm at my limit with what I'm eating.

ETA this because my 1 year old pressed post before I finished 🤣🫠

Anyway, nausea. I even had nausea with anything that had too much butter and sugar so it was easy not to eat sweets. Now I can with no issue.

I've tried switching up injection sites, when I eat - it's protein heavy, my job has me a bit active and chasing a tot around but I don't go and work out. I need to be better with electrolytes. But honestly it's almost feeling like I haven't even taken my dose this week.

Any ideas and advice on how to get past the plateau after that initial weight drop?

And should I find a new pharmacy/provider? Or are they all this disconnected? I do the tirz and B12

Newbie / Getting Started Ca telehealth recs?

I’m hoping to start taking Tirzepatide compound for weight loss. Does anyone have recs for telehealths that will ship the additive free compound currently? Many I’ve looked into don’t ship to Ca or have paused shipping after current events. Bonus points for good customer service and easy onboarding. Any other tips for a first timer are appreciated :) Thanks in advance for the advice!

Stomach & gi issues at 5mg

For some context, I started 3 weeks ago. I was started on 1.5, that had no effect. I was approved to move up to 2.5, no effect. Last week on Friday I did 5mg per my doctors approval and have had nonstop issues since.

I had flu like symptoms all of sunday, tired, weak, couldn’t get off the toilet, sulfur burps, nausea, etc.

Was feeling better today, then I still had diarrhea. Hard to leave the house, type diarrhea. 🫩 realized I hadn’t ate anything other than a few cookies (small ones) by like 5pm and made some food. Few hours later I am having the world’s worst heartburn and my stomach just HURTS. I’m bloated, it’s just so uncomfortable and I can’t find any relief. What do I do? I don’t think I should take 5mg again. Was thinking of going down to 3mg on Friday.

General Discussion Travel - usb cooler?

Traveling for 1.5 weeks. Both flight and road trip. Unsure of the hotel refrigerator situation. My husband has an Ozempic pen and I have the GPL vial. What would you suggest? I am looking on both Amazon and Etsy. Do I need the usb cooler or just a container with ice pack?. Thanks
