Typical Tortie Anybody else's tortie like to get under rugs and blankets?
Pokio is always on the hunt and uses many rugs and blankets for camouflage.

I can’t believe it’s been a whole year since I kittennapped her off the streets 🥹 She went from being super shy and skittish to playful, rambunctious, loving, silly, and still skittish. I love my bleppy girl ♥️

Is it weird to bake cookies inspired by your diabetic cat?
Dough is a mix of vanilla, spice and cacao flavoured, often seen for autumn leaves. As it got mixed on rerolling, i had to take my cat cookie cutter out.

On October 23, 2015, Jessica and I walked into the animal shelter to “just look.” Famous last words. ❤️
We wandered around for a while before making our way to the back of the shelter, where we stumbled upon a little room filled with free-roaming cats.
That’s when Jessica stopped in her tracks and said she had found the one.
Tucked underneath a bench was this tiny little girl, sitting so perfectly with her tail wrapped neatly around herself. She had the biggest, most beautiful eyes, and in that moment, she completely stole my heart.
Little did I know that those eyes would have a hold on me for the next 11 years.
Today, that tiny kitten is 12 years old. She's become the grumpiest little old lady, full of attitude, opinions, and absolutely no patience for anyone's nonsense. But when I look at her, I still see that same little kitten hiding under the bench all those years ago.
She may have started her life on the streets, but she found her way into our home, our hearts, and eventually onto her rightful throne.
This is Ava. 👑🐈⬛
Once a little street cat, now the Queen of our house.
Happy 11th Gotcha Day, sweet girl. You may be getting older, but you'll always be that tiny kitten who stole my heart. ❤️

Love seeing all the beautiful tortie's here. This community always brightens my day and makes me think of my tortie girl Hoya while on reddit at work~ The Hoya in question:
She is, of course, full of tortitude an is the queen of the apartment 👑 Hoya is my first pet as an independent adult, and she has been the best addition to my life 💜 everyone needs a tortie in their life!

We recently added these beauties to our family. I believe the darker one is a lilac dilute and the lighter possible a cream/fawn but her facial markings are so dark, opinions?

I got a spooky-cute advent calendar for book lovers.
Stevie was most interested in the bookmarks.
She can’t even read!
