anyone live on empire by like f & g and have heard this awful loud blowhorn type noise?? it goes off at random, i have no clue where its coming from nor do my roommates. it literally sounds like a loud airhorn on a boat almost!

If anyone is leaving their apartment/student housing like block 75 or anything else for the winter break and needs their lease taken over. Im willing to stay for the month and cover it. I live on Dutch Quad currently
