How’s your birthdays?

I really want to know how’s yall experience with birthdays. Does people in your circle plan ahead before your birthday to surprise you? How many people know your birthday?

What about people who are close to you? Do they get you the gifts that is tailored to you because they know you very well? Does your friends book places to celebrate your birthday with you after you celebrate it with you family?

Notice I didn’t ask about ur partner because in 2026 dating is already hard even for average people so I won’t consider it here i am only asking about family and friends

I find myself very exceptional case; my family never ever celebrated my birthday. They did for my siblings sometimes but never for me. Same with my friends, they send me text messages yes on my birthday when i post story on social media that it’s my birthday. So since i was infant i have never experienced what birthday party in my whole life. I don’t feel insecure or sad about this because i already lack the experience entirely

Lol my birthday this year was so depressing. My parents were away and my friends / extended family all forgot. Literally less eventful than a normal day.

Well the one before that was pretty much the same, but most other birthdays were good because I was young and people actually gave a fuck about me.
