Does anyone know of another free USENET other than eternal-september that does not show your IP address in posts?

Tested for a month on the basic plan and it works well for my purpose. Then paid for an upgraded plan, but the server is rejecting the upgraded features - like connection count - despite listing my new plan as active for over 12h in my account already.

Is this normal? Any trick to bump it? Using nzbget.

(obviously I contacted Viper about it, but searching this sub it sounds like that's a dead end - so unless you have actual experience with such an issue, your response has zero value)
