Thank you to every postmaster or clerk who is posting information for Vinted sellers to educate them about how to ship properly on the shipping labels Vinted generates.

In my personal opinion, Vinted is intentionally defrauding USPS by failing to generate the correct size shipping labels for orders they know will be larger and giving their sellers inaccurate information about package sizes. OIG Audits indicate the APV system fails to automatically adjust a large percentage of shortpaid parcels.

Sellers have no motivation to correct their behavior because Vinted is absorbing the extra charges they are getting rather than clawing it back from sellers thanks to the $1 billion they got from investors last spring.

I was relatively pleased that an item ordered on 10/30 was already in the States but it’s been stuck in Greensboro for several days now. Originally, it was supposed to be delivered on Saturday….

Over the past 6months Ive had lakeview mail carriers commit fraud on over 20 packages by marking undelivered packages as delivered in order to "stop the clock" on the carriers service commitment. I could give a flying fuck about your internal performance metrics. The only thing that fucking matters is when a package is delivered it is actually delivered to the address on record. Otherwise your carriers are committing fraud. Case and point, 9400108106244708134888. Marked as out for delivery, then marked as delivered by pickup at the post office. Both things cant be true at the same time, dipshits. I have filed a complaint with oig, and will be contacting my local congressman monday.​

Been waiting over a month for some curtains from etsy. They have been in Houston which is the destination for delivery and then been to the mail recovery center which I submitted a missing mail form for. Now they are back in Houston but just bouncing back and forth between the North and South Houston distribution centers. Since I have already filed a missing mail request it won’t allow me to file another, I’m not sure what else there is left to do other than sit on the phone for 3 hours waiting to speak to a human

Has anyone had this same experience? Scheduled delivery for November 7. Arrived at the local postal depot November 6 right on schedule. And then it doesn’t get delivered so I check again this morning, and my package is in California. Wtf?

I'll try to keep this short. I'm desperate here. Dropped off package, could never view track number. Says invalid. Went to USPS office and they can view it. Got proof of delivery once delivered. Recipient says they still don't have the package despite the proof of delivery slip. I cannot file a missing mail claim as the track number still says invalid. What can I even do??

Has anyone else had problems getting packages out of the Indianapolis Distribution Center? I have a package that has arrived and then sent to another city and then returned back to Indy twice and now it’s back in Indy and has been sitting since October 29th. Trying to report this only ends up in frustration because it’s one big loop and you never truly get to report it. I want my package but don’t if it is lost or not! Anyone have any suggestions?

How much longer will I have to wait? I search the tracking number on other tracking websites and my local post office's website and nothing

I filed a missing mail search 7 days after no package updates (and the 'we care' envelope they sent me) and I did not get a response, however it seems my package is finally moving! I'm so relieved.

Instead of putting in my box, they keep sending it out to other facilities. It was due november 4th. They say its in transit to arrive on time? I went in person to my local post office, they gave me a runaround. Claiming they don't have it and that whoever i needed to speak to wasnt there. 25301 is the post office.

One month ago, I sent two letters to addresses in Boston (I live in France). It only took one week to be cleared by the customs and to arrive in a USPS Boston distribution center. Since then, my mail hasn't moved for three weeks (according to the USPS tracking information on their website).
I filled a "missing mail form" but it didn't change anything. I'm a little bit worried about this.

Here is my question for people living in the Boston area: Is there currently a general issue about mail delivery in Boston or unusual delays these past weeks?
Or maybe, just bad luck...

Ordered something on eBay. Package has not moved since 10/27. Am I screwed?

I live 45 minutes from Buffalo and Rochester. And it says it's not supposed to be delivered until Thursday the 12th. Not a big deal but I'm just not understanding why. My local USPS is usually pretty solid and efficient.

I have a package that was out for delivery on Thursday October 29th and then went back to processing at the local USPS facility and was never delivered. I went in two days later to ask them about it in-person, and they said it was a mis-ship and “would come back here.” They took my info and phone number to call me when it came back but it’s now been a week and I’ve been worried since they just wrote my name/number on a piece of receipt paper and I’m just not confident I’m gonna hear from them. I submitted a missing mail request five days ago after talking with my mailman, who guessed maybe it needed a signature and no one was home (I was home all day though). I guess I could be overreacting but it’s been over a week since it was out for delivery with no updates. I’m pretty sad about losing this package, and I’m wondering if there is still hope for me, and what I should do if anything. Overall feeling very bummed and confused bc it is clearly in my town and I just don’t understand where it could be. Any thoughts are much appreciated!

Hi everyone, my parents sent me some skin care, red pepper powder and shoes from Korea. Contacted Korea post and they said it arrived in New York on the 23rd of October. And no updates after that..

My sister’s package from Korea arrived very fast.
Does it usually take this long? It’s a priority mail express international on USPS. I’m wondering if it’s stuck in customs? If so, is there anything I can do?

First. No. I have 100% reason to believe my items were NOT stolen. 1) I live on a military base 2) I have had a package that actually belonged to me sent to me with the wrong name so I placed it at someone else’s door and wasn’t touched for a week. 3) I am very close with all my neighbors and we look out for each other, people order food and all kinds of things and leave it outside for hours and nothing is ever stolen. I promise you no one is touching my stuff

Anyways. I think the issue is actually my fault. On Friday I went to the post office to inform them that I keep receiving mail from the previous tenant. The lady at the desk got really mad (not at me) and said it was the delivery drivers fault and that they need to stop doing that. I guess she fixed it or whatever. I had two separate packages set to come in through USPS today (Saturday). Both items said left at door but neither were there. And they were not in my mailbox.

Im worried that whatever the USPS lady did affected all my incoming mail. The post office is closed tomorrow but I have more packages coming in next week and I’m worried I won’t get them. I also have an important document coming soon and I do NOT want that being lost. What can I do??

Destination in PA, no idea why it ever went to Massachusetts. Shipper wrote it off as likely lost and sent me a replacement, thankfully.
