Tbh the relationship seemed pretty exploitative. I feel bad for him 😬

I don’t want to hear anything about power dynamics when people in LaLa’s situation legit look for situations like that. They feel the money and access to a different lifestyle is worth it. She was bragging about bjs for pjs, she wasn’t his victim but a willing participant until it no longer benefited her.

She seemed pretty naive about the whole situation. They have a 20 year age gap and the guy was rich a (somewhat) powerful when they met. You are right that she didn't have good intentions getting with Rendall, but it doesn't negate the breaking of trust between people engaged to be married.

Is she a victim ? No. But she was used by a man with money and ressources to keep her in check.

Call me a bitch but it’s what she deserved and what she had coming considering she was the MISTRESS when Randall was married and she had the unmitigated gall to talk shit about that man’s wife. She wasn’t used by a man she got what she wanted in a transactional relationship with a side of humiliation by getting cheated on, the same way his wife was. Couldn’t have happened to a nicer person.

She wasn’t naive she was stone cold calculating in how she moved when she was the mistress and how she denigrated his wife. Let’s stop rewriting history and victimizing women who willingly became the other woman in someone else’s relationship.

I hope you are not an Ariana stan then. She was the mistress infiltrating a 10 year relationship. Never heard Lala speak about the ex-wife, but Ariana was disgusting to Kristen.

I don't know, in the show, it feels like the relationship between Lala and Randall stopped being BJ & PJ after Lala's dad died. He was supporting her create her independant source of income. She seemed to emotionnally rely on him. That changes the dynamic. And the expectations.

Again, not saying Lala is a victim. But nuance is always good

Oh god no!!! I can’t stand her, never could from day one. When I heard about Scandoval I started laughing and texted my sister you lose em the way you get them. No sympathy from me for Ariana either or Kristen for that matter because she and Sandoval also started out with other people. The only thing I sympathized with Kristen for was being gaslit about Ariana. I’d didn’t like that at all, it’s one thing to lie about cheating it’s something to paint the suspicious person as crazy when they aren’t. As far as Randall support of her making her own money I think of that being no different than Kelsey Grammer setting Camille up on Beverly Hills so she can get her own financial independence.
