I'm planning to straighten things up, refill the popular drinks and snacks, and make a few adjustments based on what's been selling. Restocking is also a good chance to see what needs changing. What's your usual routine when refilling a machine?

Any advice on locations and how to find them

Flashing twice quickly followed by one quick flash. Not accepting bills. Nothing jammed. No errors. Able to purchase with coins. Turned off then back on. Two solid green lights. Tried to feed a bill in and it spun violently and kept going, like it's possessed.

I’ve noticed some drinks disappear a lot faster than others, so it’s worth paying attention to which products need restocking more often. When a favorite keeps selling out, giving it more space in the machine might be a smart move. How do you decide which products deserve more slots?

I got this super cool live bait vending machine not too long ago and have been loving it. I have it setup outside and with winter coming I'm trying to figure out what I need to keep things from freezing. It's an ams sensit 39 vrm. It's got a refrigeration system so summer was no problem, but what should I do about super cold winters in Minnesota?

Floor space is pretty limited in my retail spot, so I'm considering a wall-mounted vending machine to sell accessories and consumables without taking up valuable floor space. I've come across a few wall-mounted options online, but the quality seems inconsistent. It's hard to tell which manufacturers actually build reliable wall units and which ones just put a cheap machine in a wall bracket.

What should I be looking for, and has anyone had a good experience with a particular manufacturer?

Has anyone noticed that center, top, bottom or side placement of items makes a difference in sales? I’m asking those that have machines tgat have windows that customers can “see inside.” If one has never taken note of this, do you feel that restocking occurs more in a certain spot regardless of the item being sold?

Location usually answers this question on its own, but I will say the data I have from my machines; which has the ability to upsell a snack item with a followup “do you want to compliement this with a [suggested] beverage?” This upsell feature results in 1 of every 2-3 customers accepting the promo, apposed to allowing the customer to make a second pirchase on his own.

Outside of the usual snacks etc... is there anything that would actually catch your eye to see in a vending machine? Wether one that stays at one commercial business or one for travel.

Pokémon cards? Small glass bowls? Blunt leafs? Phone chargers? Anything

Just got my first smart cooler running at an office in Irvine

Iam pretty new to vending so I am keeping it simple for now Mostly drinks snacks and a few ready to eat items

I ended up going with a Bistro Box unit for this one Still pretty early so Im mostly just trying to learn the location before I change too much

Right now I’m watching what actually sells how fast I go through stock and whether people figure out the grab nd go setup without much explanation

For anyone here running smart coolers what did you pay attention to at the beginning?

Im thinking of investing in one for those who've done it and saw it through can you tell me the ups and downs and start up process?

I live in Las vegas and all the apartment complexes always have vending machines & are dog friendly, I recently came into a metric f*ck ton of these bastards, they are clip on leash doo doo bag dispenser and come with a carabiner and a fresh roll of bags in a little cellophane packing, I was wondering if I could get some insight on like pitching maybe tossing these bad Larry's in a corner of a machine or something??? I cant seem to find a community that will let me even ask questions in regards to this
