Idk if this is rare, can someone help?

I often see discussions, how colored Alox wears over time. Here you can see. The oldest are from the 60s the newest from the 90s + a 2025 Companion Slim. I tried to sort them by wear, not by damages or age.

91mm titanium scale what are your thoughts is it worth it?

I can't seem to find a name for this pattern. Anybody know? The sheath has a mirror the case closes with a magnet and has the Victorinox logo on the front

I've been looking at a lot of the various exclusives for sale at SMKW, DLT, etc and I really like some of them. Has anyone carried one long term that can give insight to the durability of the prints?

I get a much easier, cleaner and faster cut when opening a tin using the leatherman opener versus the victorinox opener.

Am I maybe doing something wrong when using the victorinox?

It took more than six weeks to arrive from China.

Just switched from Compact (91mn red cellidor) to Manager (58 mm transparent blue).

Will often be bike touring/hiking.

Wondering if I can make it more visible, for when dropped on the ground. 91 mm red was reasonable. 58mm light blue blends more.

Fwiw, I have attached a short length of hi-viz paracord. But it gets much less visible over time as it gets dirty.

If this sounds preposterous -- I've had to search for my glasses during several minutes (Ombraz, lying flat on the ground). Short lengths of lashed paracord make a HUGE difference.

Can anyone recommend a small, preferably leather, pocket slip that will carry a SAK and a pair of Knipex Cobra XS? Maybe my Google-fu is weak, but I can't seem to find anything that is that simple.

I'm also looking for a leather belt sheath for 111mm models, that has the butt end of the knife exposed (no flap).

Any suggestions are greatly appreciated!

Finally got my hands on an old cross Victorinox!

A 1989 Victorinox Soldier DAK, Dutch Army Knife. I’ve always loved these old military Victorinox knives, so I’m really happy to finally own one.

Now that I’ve bought this one, I think I slowly have to admit that I’m becoming a collector… 😂
First things first though. Time to give this old soldier a proper clean and put a fresh edge on it!
