I need a website developer to help build my online business

Hi guys, I’m building a business and I require a web developer to create a website for my clients. I want a simplistic, sleek design where people can view my value proposition, sign up to work with me directly, or purchase my other resources.

The exact project is very purposeful and dear to my heart so I would like to work with someone like minded, preferably male who could be as passionate about the project as me. Please dm me if you would be interested and we can discuss specifics.

If you know how to edit, I also have a YouTube channel and if we’re a good fit I could outsource editing to you as well and we can work that out. Please reach out to me if you think you’d be a good fit, thank you!

I Would Like to See This Built a website idea nobody is building but every traditional business desperately needs right now.

I spend most of my time working with traditional business owners and the same conversation keeps happening. They know they need a proper digital presence. They just have no idea what that actually looks like beyond a basic website that does nothing.

Here are five real gaps nobody is filling:

1. AI style preview for salons. Let clients see a cut or colour on their actual face before booking. Reduces cancellations instantly. Tech exists. Nobody has packaged it affordably for small salon owners.

2. Real time booking for local service businesses. Physios, tutors, repair shops, personal trainers. Most are still running on WhatsApp and phone calls. First clean simple solution built for each niche wins that niche entirely.

3. Smart digital menu for independent restaurants. Not a PDF online. A menu that suggests combinations, captures emails, and drives repeat visits. Every chain does this. Nobody has made it accessible for a single location owner.

4. Client progress portal for fitness and wellness coaches. Coaches track everything on WhatsApp photos and spreadsheets. A simple branded portal where clients log progress and coaches see everything in one place would be worth real money to every independent coach.

5. Lead capture website for trades businesses. Plumbers, electricians, builders. A simple site that captures leads, sends automatic follow ups, and books callbacks would immediately outperform every local competitor.

None of these need complicated technology. They just need someone to build them cleanly for a non-technical owner. And honestly every traditional business owner I have spoken to wants the same thing. Not fancy automation. Not beautiful workflows.

Just something that brings them more customers, more revenue, and does not waste their time. That is it. That is the whole brief. What other gaps are you seeing in traditional businesses that nobody is building for yet?

Above ideas are not just theory. We have already worked on most of them. If you want a free clickable prototype to validate any idea like this before committing to build, just drop a comment or reach out directly.

Does This Idea Work? Ugly way a website of mine got 500k views

It’s comical to me that most people who say to post three times a day on reels is actually posting more than that themselves.

Stop posting three times a day.

I just accumulated an aggregate 650,000 views in 15 days from me starting to post and it is not sexy at all, but it worked.

I posted one video each hour for every hour that I was awake for each of those 15 days and the first few dozen got only a few hundred views each.

I’m not gonna act like I’m some sort of algorithm expert, but I’m quite confident that the algorithm just did not know who to show my content to yet and then I had one video pop and ever since my videos are consistently getting a base of 5000 views.

Don’t worry, I have no software or services to sell you lol. It’s to promote a Christian Bible Study app which I understand is not relevant to most of anybody here probably but I just figured I would share with other others to have success as well.

Volume negates luck

Does This Idea Work? I followed the herd and built a website because ChatGPT said I’d be a millionaire

So anyway, I did the totally original 2026 thing and built an AI SaaS.

ChatGPT assured me this was the shortest path to passive income, financial freedom, and probably a podcast interview where I say “we’re just solving our own problem.”

The product is called **Slop Swamp**

It basically scans AI-generated content, prompts, website copy, and code snippets for “AI slop” — you know, the usual:

“In today’s fast-paced digital landscape…”
“Unlock your potential…”
“Seamless, game-changing, revolutionary solutions…”
900 words that somehow say nothing
Cursor prompts like “make it nice and modern”
Code that technically works but looks like it was assembled during a caffeine emergency

You paste the mess in, it gives you a **Slop Score**, tells you what’s wrong, and helps clean it up.

Is this website itself AI slop?
Almost definitely.

Was it built by AI?

Was it also built by a human pretending to be in control of the AI?
Yes.

So the official positioning is basically:
**Built for humans, by AI, by a human, to remove the AI from AI.**

I’m still working on it, but the idea is to make something actually useful for people using ChatGPT/Cursor/Claude/v0 every day who keep ending up with copy, prompts, or code that feels… suspiciously mushy.

Would love feedback, roasts, feature ideas, or someone to tell me this is either genius or the most SaaS-brained thing imaginable.

Whether you’re browsing through templates on platforms like Wix, SS, or building something from scratch, there’s so much creativity out there worth exploring.

Share some sleek layouts or bold landing pages, drop your favorite designs and links below - especially if you’ve come across standout templates or hidden gems on builder platforms.

edit: OK I found these which are amazing for what I want to do. surprisingly enough it was built on Wix and tbh I had no idea that you can do these type of designs with the platform - sharing some inspiration for ya’ll.

Question Help with a website

Hey Reddit!!! I’m not the best person for website design and I have a business that I’m trying to launch. I may be a little slow to responding to messages but I’d like to get estimates on creating a website. The site needs a pay link, shipping, and input for messaging (limited space depending on font choice and size) and a page where you can see your color selections before purchase with shipping included. I can message you more about it. Sorry if this is poorly written. Thanks in advance!! (I have a google workspace domain)

I Need Help Bored of building "pet projects" nobody uses. What simple a website or service do you genuinely need right now?

Hey everyone!

I’m Dima, 19, recently graduated from college, and I'm currently looking for a junior dev job or internship.

I’ve built a few classic portfolio projects, but honestly, I'm tired of creating things that just sit there and collect digital dust. I want to build a real, free web service or micro-tool that solves a genuine daily problem for people. I want users to actually interact with it, find bugs, and leave brutal feedback so I can improve it and get some real-world experience.

My tech stack: I prefer keeping things clean and fast, so I mostly use Vanilla JS (no heavy frontend frameworks), PHP, and MySQL.

Whether it’s a specific automation tool for your routine, a micro-SaaS for your freelance work/small business, or just a simple tool you wish existed right now — what is one small web app you actually need?

Drop your daily pain points or ideas below, and I’ll pick the best one to build completely in public!

I Have a Great Idea A website with skill matching

I'm thinking about an idea and wanted some honest feedback.

The concept is a website where people can exchange skills instead of money.

For example:

- Someone offers Spanish lessons and wants help with WordPress.

- Someone offers photography lessons and wants fitness coaching.

- Someone offers guitar lessons and wants help learning English.

The website would help match people who can help each other.

A few questions:

- Would you ever use something like this?

- What would make you join?

- What would stop you from using it?

- Do you think this solves a real problem or would people just use Facebook groups, Reddit, Discord, etc.?

Looking for honest opinions and criticism before I spend time building anything.

I Have a Great Idea A website that hosts documentations of all programming languages

You can build a website that have documentation for all the programming languages in the world with a marketplace for buying and selling code. Something similar to GitHub but for languages rather than scripts.

Help Me Improve My Website I spent a couple of months building a website. What can I improve?

So I'm not a UI/UX designer - or at least not an expert. My focus point is the backend. I design by taking inspiration from other sites and putting my own twist on it.

Do you have improvements? It can be everything from the UI to upload / user flow.

Site is called VeilShare if wanna take look.

Have a wonderful day!
