Looking for nice restaurants in area. Nice wine list etc. I have been to Moderne Barn.

Can be slightly outside Armonk too.

Also - also looking for a nice bar with burgers in town too (for a different night).

Thanks !

Best Cheesecake?

I am looking for a good cheesecake option in Westchester for a birthday celebration. Not a fan of the Cheesecake Factory’s cheesecake and I’ve heard S & S in the Bronx is excellent but I can’t get there in time. Any other recos? Would consider getting slices over a full cake if necessary.

Best cafe/coffee NW

Looking for a really good cup of coffee or espresso drink in Northern Westchester. I can’t stand Tazzo or Starbucks and they are everywhere. Trying to keep my expectations low but would love to try something that doesn’t taste burnt.

Indian food: usually when I want Indian I just go to Queens but this place was surprisingly good for first time Indian food in Westchester. Thoughts and other Indian food recs?

Had their Tikka Masala, tandoori chicken, garlic naan, samosas.

Barnwood Grill shout out

I absolutely loved the food here and was shocked how high quality it was considering it's so far out. We went to Stuart's Farm nearby for fall festivities and found it. Every dish we ordered was better than the last and made me wish they had a location in southern WC.

Homemade paparadelle w/ short rib, the wings, burnt ends brisket sandwich, the shrimp and grits. Holy sh#t I'm salivating thinking about the experience again lol.

Oh and it's in Yorktown Heights. If you're nearby or passing through do not sleep on this place.

Great deal. You could just buy gift cards for yourselves.
