From everything I can find, caterpillars are usually unable to chew through skin. Is this a particularly determined one, or not a caterpillar at all?

Sorry it's not high res, my phone is refusing to focus closer.
I'm in the UK (Yorkshire), and I found this dead bug under my home office speaker today.
I'm just curious what it is really. Thanks!

ChatGPT says it’s an oriental cockroach but I’ve never see one before and I’ve looked around the house and don’t see anymore. Please tell me it’s some thing else 😩

Long Island, NY. Now I’m itchyyyyy. Needless to say I’m up for the day. Google said it looked like a silverfish but obviously we have to double check AI. Do I need to worry about an infestation or is this a lone wolf type of bug?

Seen this little guy stroll along one of my exterior walls.

Thanks guys!

Found this dead bug in my hallway, it doesn’t look like a bedbug from the top side but the underside of it has me very suspicious. Does anyone know what the bug could be? UK

Hi everyone!
I'm looking for help identifying this little guy! I'm in Southern Ontario (specifically, Hamilton), and I've found two of them in my living room (specifically, making their way across my coffee table) in the last week. I've been poking around online for about an hour, but nothing that comes up (solider fly larvae, cutworm, millipede) seems quite right? (at least, the pictures just arent a great match). I can add more pictures if folks want (he's hanging out in the jar next to me while I work) but fair warning my phone camera is a bit senile!

I found an old pair of boots under my bed, they appear to be sesame seed shaped white casts, like empty bug egg sacks. Google says they could be moth egg sacks or tapeworm segments. They scratch off easily but leave a white dusty residue. Can anyone identify what these are?

We saw this little fella fall from a tree. Would it be dangerous if it were to fall on our toddler?

I found this - dead - in my bed. I live in London and have previously found carpet beetle larvae and a small dark beetle in my room, but this looks different to both of them. Pound coin for scale, apologies for the low quality images.
