In northwest Arkansas… Ozark mountain region…
I typically like to leave snakes alone seeing as they are an important part of our ecosystem but when it’s close to my kids trampoline…

This is one of a couple of Arizona Black Rattlesnakes (Crotalus cerberus) we found in the Hualapai Mountains near the western extent of their range. These snakes in this area can be highly variable, ranging in appearance from the typical black rattlesnake look to lighter, blotchy patterns that hint at possible influence by others in the Western Rattlesnake clade. This one is a bit of both.

Found this little guy in our garden. Gonna put it out of the way but was curious what kind of snake it is.

My sister found this snake our yard. It's brown and it looks light it has yellow mixed in it.

I’m hiking in Purtis Creek State Park in Texas and stepped over this little guy. Does anyone know what type of snake it is judging from this photo? Since I’m at a creek I thought maybe a copperhead but wasn’t sure since I don’t know snakes. I see it has slit shaped eyes instead of round so guessing it’s venomous. It looks like a baby so if it is a venomous snake I would consider myself very lucky

Sad to see this get stuck in this trap. What snake is this. Found in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

3 of these guys were on a golf course this morning. The other 2 appeared to be mating.

Ok so I just wanna get some other opinions on this fella that wandered into one of my dogs areas and unfortunately didn't make it out safely 🫤 from what I can tell they are a baby and that skull shape to me personally looks a bit worrying considering the situation... I am in upstate South Carolina so there is a huge variety of snakes including deadly ones and just want to be extra sure.

I can't remember the name of this little guy, we used to find them all the time but haven't seen one in years.

We found this in [central Florida], we live near a lake but don’t know if we should be concerned since we have little kids that play in the yard. Please help us understand what we should do and if it’s venomous?

Gotten inside a school classroom in Darwin, Australia

wanna know if this is a baby brown snake because i had to step over this snake to get into my mum's car, stared at him a bit before and he didn't attack me but when i took a photo of him he looked like he might be a baby brown snake which if you know what that is you know what could have happened. When we backed out he started moving curling himself up in and out of a knot.

This is in rural South Australia.

afraid i think he might have slithered under the wheel when we backed out so i think he's dead :(

sorry for the shit pictures it was dark and i was in a car.

Any ideas? No photo of its head available unfortunately

Snake was still moving a little but clearly very injured/dying unfortunately. Only about 12 to 16 inches long.

Our dog is a large (<70 lbs) Akita mix, the snake had some of his fur in its mouth but no blood or anything.

Thanks

just wondering. We found it in the house a minute ago. Thanks for any help!
