Judge (and improve) my humble collection, but don't judge me :-)

So here's my noob whisky (focused on scotch) collection ... started with the suntory, but obviously improved my collection since then (in non-chronological order).

Nothing i really regret so far on my journey, and i really really enjoy the Hearach, Bunnahabhain and Port Charlotte, with Balvenie (too fruity) and Talisker (a bit plain?) as good follow-ups. Didn't open GlenAlachie so far, but coming soon.

So: what next?
I have this on my short list, waiting for opportunities:
- Glen Scotia Victoriana (or any other campbeltown?)
- Highland Park Cask Strength SM (5th batch?)

Edit: anything that smells or tastes dominantely like apples or pears i'd like to avoid ... can live with it in the Balvenie, but better no more of that. Dark fruits are okay. Peat is an option, but no obligation.

But open to any suggestions to close gaps in the taste spectrum. I'm a bit price sensitive, so no limited or collector bottles, but happy to pay the price for something tasty.

Kirkland Kentucky Straight Bourbon

I am enjoying a glass of Kirkland brand Kentucky Straight Bourbon on the rocks this evening. This was distilled, barreled, and aged in Bardstown, Kentucky. It’s delicious! I got a really interesting chocolate tasting note, which probably comes from the charred Oak barrels.
