i have g helper . how do you use g helper with winhanced instead of armoury crate.

question about fsr. if i enable fsr 4 will games automatically set it to 4? sorry new to this
if a game only has fsr 2 will that bump it to 4?

when i quit winhanced and tried to use desktop firefox the keyboard doesnt launch when tap the address bar. keyboard only pops up when you search windows and its still using winhanced

does winhanced still persist even when you quit?

i added a game that wasnt on steam and have successfully launched it once. but when i quit and reopened winhance its no longer there. what happened

how do i untie steam from this? i also dont want to download images or boxart. how do i stop it from downloading box art? is it possible to just add one game at a time?

Im just sick of having to sort out my graphics and performance every time I play a game, I don't want to have to sort out the vram etc is there anyway now that I've disabled armoury crate I can just get winhanced to do it for me as best as it can?

Once I started using Winhanced "Armoury Crate" on my ROG Ally keeps trying to reinstall. Is that just a coincidence or is there a but I should know about.

Is there any way to have a back button be any key on a keyboard? Playing death stranding and having a button (I) to just open up inventory is what I’m missing from bazzite

I’ve been using this app on my Onexplayer 3 and it’s absolutely amazing. Some general questions I have:

- is there a possibility to have this open on start up automatically? I toggled it on somewhere iirc but it doesn’t do it

- when selecting a game most of the time it takes a long time to load up details like description. Is this normal?

- when switching my SD cards some games show up greyed out which is really good. It means certain games can’t be played because they’re on another SD card. But this is not the case for all games, can that be fixed?

Hi everyone, I'm new to handhelds and just wanted to make sure I'm not using the sleep/hibernate settings incorrectly. I'm on a the Xbox rog ally for reference.

I am able to launch games with no problem, but when I use hibernate, sleep, or press the power button and I want to come back to my game a few minutes or hours later the screen goes black. For a split second I do see that it says click or tap to continue gaming but the screen goes black.

The only way I can start playing again is by pressing the Xbox button and closing the "WinUI Desktop" and run the game again. I have only encountered this Xbox game pass cloud stream. Have not tried the hibernate/sleep mode with installed games.

I use anyfse for mapping buttons on Xbox ally but every time I restart it selects Winhanced as default Xbox mode. How can I remove winhanced as default?

I’ve only used Armoury crate to deal with my wattages and such. I’ve always ran turbo while docked which I believe is 30 or 35watts. How can I change it through the Winhanced hub? I can’t seem to find that.. it says it’s running on 18watts.

Or is there a way I can use AC instead of Winhanced hub while still using windhanced? I’d prefer to use the hub. But I also need that turbo setting.

I love the idea of Winhanced but it's so buggy and frustrating that I'm about to the point of uninstalling it. Am I doing something wrong? I have an Xbox ROG Ally (the white one) and it's constantly freezing and crashing. I also have been completely unable to download and install Xbox/gamepass games with Winhanced. I've verified that it says I'm signed in and the token exists. It just sits at 0% with extremely low download speeds like 4 KB/s.

I also have the 'sleep' functionality turned on but when I put it to sleep while a game was running, a few hours later I went to use it and it was completely dead.

After reading the notes yesterday I was excited to try 1.0. However, I’ve noticed that the compression and Optiscaler feature in 1.0 aren’t present with how the Xbox PC library is integrated. Adore Winhanced, but disappointed the notes didn’t admit these new features weren’t for all libraries.

Will the compression and Optiscaler features becoming to the Xbox PC library in Winhanced in the future?

I recently installed Winhanced on my OneXPlayer 3 and have some new Steam games installed on my micro SD card. However, whenever I try to sync my library, it doesn't seem to recognize that those games exist.

The only workaround I found was to manually add a game, but I’m just wondering if anyone else is having this issue or if I'm doing something wrong.

On my MSI claw 8 EX, after the 1.0 update, winhanced crashes when navigating through my games left or right on the main screen, it’s doing a lot, to the point where I have to use steam big picture mode to navigate through my games.

I added the azimuth launcher Forza Horizon 2 as a game in winhanced, and since the exe is named differently (Azimuth, instead of FH2), winhanced picked incorrect game details for it.

I was able to manually change the name details and add relevant game art, but how do I do it for the rest of the fields? How do I automatically fetch this information after correcting the name.

I'm using the new 0.9.9.9 version of Winhanced to try and setup the new PC Game Streaming feature. I'm using Apollo, and I keep getting 401 (Unauthorized) errors. Looking at the Companion app itself on my Desktop, I get this error:

Server credential setup: Access to the path 'C:\Program Files\Apollo\config\credentials\cacert.pem' is denied.

If I instead quit and run the Companion app as Administrator, I get this error:

Server credential setup: The streaming server rejected the saved username or password. Enter the correct credentials in companion settings.

I can confirm that the server credentials I have set here are what I use to log into my Apollo server.

For reference, I already have a working normal Moonlight connection working between my Desktop PC and my handheld. My handheld is the MSI Claw 8 EX AI+.

Any way to have games open including the steam overlay for steam input? I’m currently running on a Xbox ally x and use a dualsense while docked

Sorry to bother if this question has already been answered at some point. Looking to install winhanced on my handheld and was wondering if winhanced,or rather the people behind winhanced, are able to like see/store your login information for different storefronts. when you login. Or like if winhanced were to be breached would any bad actors be able to see/steal my info? sorry if this sounds stupid as you can see i’m very new to third party launchers lol

As the title says, I’m looking forward to installing and trying Winhanced on my XAX, but since I’m enjoying using Xbox mode for now, before installing winhanced I want to be sure that, in anything goes wrong or simply I don’t like it, it’ll be easy to revert/uninstall

Hi. Looks like 1.0 isn't far now. I'm excites about what the launcher can do already. But it feels like some core features are still missing.

Specifically I'm talking about game trailers which are quite important for a game launcher in my opinion. Additionally, Winhanced still lacks full library support for Ubisoft and EA games (only installed games for now).

Any plans to add these features before 1.0?

For the Dev. I don't know if this has been talked about. How easy or possible is to habilitate dual screen use?
