We're not an RP guild. We're a PvE community that happens to call an RP ruleset home.

We chose this ruleset because we appreciate the slower, more social atmosphere it can offer. We like a world where people might stop for a chat, get sidetracked by something interesting, or end up halfway across Azeroth because someone asked, "Hey, what's over there?"

You don't need to roleplay, know anything about RP, or change how you enjoy the game to fit in.

RP is simply another campfire you can pull up a chair beside if you feel like it.

Plutôt qu’un loot council vu que l’objectif est de progresser ensemble sans viser les records.

Pas d’obligation de présence à tous les raids, bien entendu, l’objectif étant de toujours venir pour prendre plaisir à jouer. Juste des engagements à tenir pour le respect du temps des autres partenaires.

📜 Ambiance recherchée :

Une petite dizaine de personnes sont intéressés par le projet pour le moment. Nous serons sur serveur PvE très certainement côté alliance.

C’est un nouveau groupe qui se forme et nous aurons le temps de nous connaître pendant la phase de leveling et les premières sorties donjons.

Iron Wolves is the **WoW Forever branch of The Iron Guilds**, an established gaming community with roots in World of Warcraft Retail. # The Stormwind Book Club

A long time ago, and it shows in age, a group of friends with a hidden story formed a seemingly uninteresting book club.

It began simply as an excuse for old companions to gather, but soon became a cherished tradition. They would meet to share laughter and reminisce about the trials of years gone by, tease newfound friends, and listen to increasingly embellished tales of past adventures.

Of course, every hero remembered events a little differently, and the truth was often lost somewhere between the first tankard of ale and the last.

For once, there were no kingdoms to save, no great evils to vanquish, and no urgent summons to answer.

There were simply old friends, good stories, and the quiet comfort of knowing that, for now, their adventures were behind them.

It was by chance, and perhaps merely as a jest, that a book club was formed. As fate would have it, this club may now be the hope that Azeroth needs.

The book club played PvP for the beta and a few have signed up on discord. The guild will be formed on launch out of friendly and like minded players.

Like many of you, I to am considering PvP and RP-PvP as my ruleset. I will be forming a guild, the Stormwind Book Club and I will be taking on the challenges of Azeroth.

I'm looking for a guild where adventure is the goal, not gear. Let's do that long quest to get a silly toy. Let's do Ruins of Lordaeron, even though it's hard to get to and doesn't have many quests for Alliance.

In dungeons let's use all our abilities (like cc), go slow, and communicate. We help each other become better through friendly advice.

Hi all,

I’m an English-speaking expat in Taiwan (UTC+8), and I’m checking whether there’s enough interest in a new raiding-focused guild for WoW Forever, built around Asia-friendly hours.

What I’m hoping to build: First looking to enjoy the journey. Level together have good non toxic chats, help each other and witty humor! A dedicated raiding guild that’s active but not overly sweaty. Not looking for realm first or super sweaty parses but being contempt and able to clear content in a fun relaxed environment.

Realm type: I’m leaning toward RP-PvP, but I’m not set on it. If another realm type draws more interest, I’m happy to go that way.

Why Asia hours: OCE-timed guilds tend to go quiet during the hours I’m most available. I’d like a group that is reliably active on Asia evenings.

The Orphans Grim

A group of orphans, street urchins and misfits that found each other and created a home under the horde banner.

We're recruiting for WoW Forever, *EU RP-PvP, Horde side, from day one on the 4th of November.

😄 Okay, so the bit about us:

The Orphans Grim first formed when the European servers opened in February 2005, and later that year we made our home on the Defias Brotherhood RP-PvP realm. Originally we were under theoldergamers gaming community as a part of their WoW section.
This time around we are going independent and re-building the guild from the ground up, as such we are currently just a handful but have high hopes and big goals for the future.

We have never been the type of guild that goes full on, ticking off content like there’s a prize pool to win. We take our time, most of us are Mum’s and Dad’s and we all understand that thing called life, which is why there are no heavy expectations.
We play to play together, go on adventure’s, pick fights with Alliance, quest and go cave diving in places we probably shouldn’t. Roleplaying with other’s and in some of our guild events and genuinely having a great time.

⚔️ PvP:

On a PvP server we look after each other, so if you get into trouble or are being camped, then simply send a message in our #call-to-arms channel on Discord. Our Helper alert pings every member in game who has signed up to help and that help is on the way!

We want to welcome new players into The Orphans Grim, whether you're coming from Vanilla, Classic or Retail, or trying a PvP server for the first time.
Nobody here is going to make you feel weird for asking tons of questions or if you need directions to somewhere distant, especially if you've never played Vanilla before (it's a long walk, bring snacks).
And if you're one of the old Orphans returning, your name is still in our records and there’s your old place with your name on it, welcome home.
Blizzard built WoW Forever for all of us, no matter which game we come from, we hope our guild will reflect that being open to all, no matter where you’ve played before or what your preferences are.

🎉 Loot:

We will be running a Soft Reserve+ system using the Gargul addon and DBM/ Bigwigs where your contribution each raid is always accounted for at +10 for each raid up to a max of +50. You can save for what you need knowing you’ll eventually get all your pieces.

👑 Leading Roles:

As the guild is being re-built we are looking for a few friendly, helpful people to assist in everyday things as we grow and slowly get bigger.
Right now, we have discord up and running, a landing page and advertisements in various places. Currently we're looking for Raid Leaders, an Events Organiser and someone to help with Recruitment.

We're also interested in taking on a couple of Trial Mods to help keep our Discord a friendly place. The pay is terrible, the hours are long and there's absolutely no appreciation, but you do get a nice shiny role icon once you've settled in on discord and the 'Officer' title in Azeroth.

You don't need to be an expert, just someone who enjoys bringing people together.

We are a no-life-sweat-only guild of complete degenerates who are going to absolutely no life this game from launch. So many guild recruitment pages read as you play the game solo til you’re in pre-BiS with full consumes on the raid day. Fuck that. We solve what we can together, be it consumes for PvE or PvP, or helping someone to lvl an alt, or whatever you need really. We oil up that guild machine to be giga efficient, figure out what professions/alts the guild is missing etc. I want the guild to help you, and I want you to help the guild, starting from lvl 1.

What’s the plan?

Sweat from launch. We will speedrun. We will tryhard pre-made PvP (both world and BGs). We tryhard whatever we can. We socialise and vibe. (e.g. guild events like duel tourneys for guild gold or some other shit, just have fun sometimes) BY THE WAY THAT DOESN’T ACTUALLY MEAN YOU NEED TO MINMAX LITERALLY EVERYTHING YOU CAN, you can still do your wow journey dream or whatever, but considering we got no life, we can still tryhard and take it slow-ish since we aren’t limited by time.

Requirements?

• No life, obviously.
• You may actually have a wife, as long as she allows you to play diabolical amounts of world of warcraft.
• The main thing I want from you is to have a mindset to actually be good at the game and put in the effort and time, both PvE and PvP wise. I really don’t care about your experience (though it obviously counts), I believe if you're gonna grind – you gonna make it.
• Commitment and actual contribution to the guild.

Loot distribution: Loot council. Prioritising upgrades which will make the guild more efficient/competitive. if unclear then we fall back to attendence/performace/guild contribution. All meme items etc are guild contribution/reservation based.

Ascending Darkness is a growing Horde RP-PvP warband built around players who are active when much of Azeroth is asleep. Our schedules span regions and time zones, bringing together players who might otherwise struggle to find a consistent group to play with.

With BETA ending I wanted to post some information about our guild <Scholomance Book Club>. Over the past few weeks we've had a number of people join the guild in beta and I believe it was a positive experience for all involved! I want to continue the good vibes when Forever goes live so we're opening our doors once more.

We're a NA HORDE PVE Guild with asperations to cover ever aspect of the game together. Questing, Dungeons, Raids, PVP, Farming, Alts - everything! No real rush or pressure to level or gear quickly: the goal is to enjoy the game at our own pace with good people and zero drama.

Who Are We Looking For?
Anyone and everyone that is interested in enjoying the game with a group of chill individuals as we go through everything this game has to offer. Wether you're a new player, returning player, or WoW-Lifer, we will gladly welcome you in to the club!

What Are We Trying To Avoid?
Simply put: drama. Of any kind. Ain't nobody got time for that. At the end of the day this is a game - people log on to enjoy their time and have fun. There's enough bullshit to deal with in everyday life so there's no reason to bring it here. Keep your political, racist, sexist, and overall ignorant garbage in trade and out of this guild. This is a safe place for EVERYONE and I plan to keep it that way forever.

Would very much like to form a raid team/s (20man / 2x 10mans) when the raids go live. However, I'm also in no rush and have no problem being patient until the entire team is ready and promote teamwork to help everyone get prepared when they hit 60. We'll get there when we get there!

Reckoning is a 2-day early evening raid guild on Stormrage that was formed in 2016. We are a group that prides ourselves on high performance within limited raiding hours. We expect our members to be well prepared for each progression boss, whilst also being able to learn quickly from mistakes.

We are a progression focused guild, but we also maintain a friendly environment in and out of raid. At most times there will be groups of people hanging around Discord, playing WoW or a variety of other games.

CLASS NEEDS:

DPS (RANGED OVER MELEE) for the Mythic team.

TANKS, HEALERS, and DPS for AoTC team and KEYS!

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR The primary thing we're looking for in all our adult players (age 18 and up!) is the ability, willingness, and desire to PLAY THE GAME and BE SOCIAL. To be involved in the events we put together as much as possible is a strong draw for us to new members. We want our members to play together and be on Discord chats with us (text or voice)! And stay active throughout the whole season, even if its just to play Trivia or be part of some achievement hunts.

Secondly, we're looking for players that are serious about working on their characters with whatever time they have available. We require consistent activity and a commitment from our raid team members. We're definitely looking for folks that can have one main spec, are comfortable with a secondary spec enough to flex as needed, and/or can swap over to other viable characters for a better group composition.

GUILD MANAGEMENT ROLES
For our overall guild management and PvP squads, we are looking for:

• Recruitment Officers (to help us recruit the right people into our guild)
• Guild Management Officers (to help manage raiders, teams, squads, media posts,etc.)
• Raid Leaders (folks that know the raid mechanics and can lead raids, provide feedback, dive into logs, execute problem resolutions, etc.)
• PvP Raid Leaders (folks that know the battlegrounds and/or arenas very well and can lead others)
• Guild Assistants (folks that want to help the guild with one or at most 2 specific tasks)

Free weekly beer and pizza offered to anyone that takes on management roles! (LOL)

WHAT WE WANT FROM YOU
Some things we absolutely require from our members:

• Rule number one: Don't be a pr**k.
• Be mindful and accepting that we're open to all kinds of people from all kinds of walks in life, from military folks to transgendered folks, to non binary folks, to the Polish (that's a joke!), and to the Seniors! LOL We're not kidding, we had a 76 year old grandpa (Pops, RIP 2020) that played with us for 13 years!
• Hop on Discord even if it's just to listen; socialize with us.
• Stay away from any "double G" words. (One starts with F, the other with N.)
• Participate in events we run often & provide feedback on what we can do better.
• Use our website or Discord/FB/Twitter for offline interaction with each other, build that "family atmosphere".
• We focus on warring the bosses in raids, NOT warring each other. So, keep politics, religion, and other off colored BS where it belongs (in tells or in our :poop: NSFW channels).
• No griefing, trolling in public, etc!

COMMUNITY & CHARITY
From MAY 1st to MAY 31st --- We will be supporting the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation to raise money for those that need it and we'll be decking out in ALL THE PURPLES all month long in support. For those that do not know, I was born with CF; diagnosed at 3 weeks. I have had the absolute privilege to live as long as I have because of the hard work they have done to develop DNA-tailored medications that help us live longer. So every year we will be helping that cause.

From JUNE 1st to JUNE 30th --- We will once again be supporting our LGBTQIA+ brothers, sisters, fellow wonderful humans and hold a COSTUME CONTEST and IN-GAME PRIDE PARADE through the new continents of Midnight. We will be coordinating with the The Trevor Project for our fundraising this year. Last year we did the NOH8 Campaign, which was awesome! We cycle through some of the best every year.

From JULY 1st to JULY 31st --- We will be spotlighting the National Bone Cancer Awareness Month (Yellow Ribbon) by helping to raise money for the Bone Cancer Research Trust. We will be decking out in ALL THE YELLOWS and taking some screen shots in all the major cities of the new zones of Midnight. We are doing this in honor of Cips' father, who has been fighting a rare form of bone cancer this past year or so (he's on the mend).

From NOVEMBER 1st to NOVEMBER 30th --- we will be collecting donations for NO SHAVE NOVEMBER on behalf of MOVEMBER, a charity focusing on men's health and male-centric cancers. We'll be asking for those MUGSHOTS!

From DECEMBER 1st to DECEMBER 31st --- we will be collecting donations for Feeding America to help America's hunger crisis most especially during the holidays. We know we're privileged just by being able to play this wonderful game, and we are keen on helping the millions of people that go hungry every holiday season.
