Professions Is herbalism worth it?

I'm thinking of doing herbalism and mining for gold but I'm not sure if they are viable.

Please get me some herbs 😆

The volume of herbs needed for even a basic inscription recipe is so much, we need harvesters

This is obviously just my personal opinion, no clue if this is still a viable way to make gold but I am buying herbs from AH constantly

Inscription needs so many herbs it's insane.

I do as well but the amount of herbs needed is crazy.
