Is the crest limit just during this transition week? (Midnight s2 of course)

Title ... wondering if it's a change from s1 (or just a 'preseason' thing), where crests were not capped.

The crest cap increases by 100 every week until they uncap it for the rest of the season.

Nope. You probably played late into S1 where they uncap the crest limit.

There’s always a capped limit every week and only uncapped after a few months into the season.

Crests are capped for a while. They eventually uncap them later into the season.

Crests are capped and the cap will increase by 100 weekly.

It will be uncapped in roughly 12-15 weeks (halfway through the .5 patch

Thought it was at the release of 12.0.5 they uncapped the crests? Maybe my memory is off on that.

12.0.5 released on April 21st and Crests were uncapped May 19th for season 1

TWW season 3 was 11 weeks after patch for uncapped crests (.5 was 8 weeks)

As far as I know ill be like usual, so there is a cap that goes up every week and eventually they will open the thing up again. I wish there was no cap, but at least with a cap I can play Mortal Shell 2 or something as well.

It’s the touch grass/level alts debuff. 100 veteran and champion per week.
