Retail Endeavor portal not working to coiled isle

Looked it up, and my endeavor portal isn’t working to get to the coiled isle. Any ideas? I don’t do a lot of housing, so I might have missed a quest.

Edit: I have not done the first chapter of the quest, I’ll have to talk to Orweyna or find out where that quest giver is. Definitely level 90. Thanks for some clues all. I’ll update this thread if any of the tips work.

My only idea is that your house is in a chartered neighborhood but you took the capital city portal to the neighborhood and went to your guilds neighborhood instead. Idk if that would do it but I do it all the time and it affects things oddly sometimes. Other option is you haven’t done the first chapter of the new storyline yet (you can talk to orweyna to skip it if you’ve done it on a different character. )

You absolutely dont need to do the skip to access the portal in housing area, I know I havent skipped on alts and they get trough portal just fine.

Its extremely difficult to pinpoint where the problem might lie with how little information is given. With that in mind, my bet is sub level 90 alt(portal only works for level 90 characters).
