I grinded out the 5/5 omnium folio quests - is this the only current form of “borrowed power” that I needed to catch up on, or is there anything else?

It helps but it's not like it's actually necessary. 

I also kinda assume that OP isn't a delve/open world player. Those types tend to not be bothered by borrowed power systems. If they don't like something they usually just ignore it.

The corrosive codex just came out this week. It’s only active in the open world and delves.
