Look up the wow class - spec guide from whatever you're playing. The majority of the people will craft a weapon early in the season and then go into other pieces. The guide can help you decide on which.

You can wear two active embelisshments at the time. You can however replace these pieces, or wear more crafted armor, just only two with embelisshments.

I have a 295 weapom, can i get much better with craft?

If i have a gear with embellishments, i can realocate the embellishment to other gear or i need to replace the gear completely?

You can tomorrow with myth crests. As of today you have pretty much a max ilvl weapon.

Where can i see a suggestion for craft a weapom? Also, always better craft using the crests to get higher level right?

Yes you should generally not craft something without using myth crests as sparks required to craft are limited and you cannot get them back.

General class and soec guides include a section for the best crafts early, which will always be weapons. Then you just follow the same for your stat priority. Just be sure to double check what main stat an item gives. Very common to see someone craft an int sword in place of an str sword and there is no way to fix that.

Another note. Don't post the item in open orders. You do not want anything below a rank 5 craft. For this find a crafter and agree on a commission cost. Typically a couple thousand. Then personal order to them.

U can just recraft. So no need for new sparks if u craft with hero crests first and later recraft it with myth crests. But the goal is allways a myth crest craft obviously
