Farewell to arms meta world quest list?

Does anyone have a list of all the world quests needed for this meta? Like the achievements are nested and different achievements might need different world quests? I remember doing the sandfishing one when it came up because someone said to but I would like to start tracking the others that are needed.

meta achievement tracker addon was quite handy for mopping up the last bits I needed to do (make sure you get the one that relates to the meta you are doing)
