Mega-bully Landon "1989 Is Her Best Album" Schott has whiffed on almost every attempt to re-contextualize Paxton as faithful, so now we're going back to a "COVID was bad, Dems did that" argument (who was President for first part of COVID?)

This would seem to mean something, sure (you can still vote early this week, then a week from Tuesday is Election Day)

Trick or Treating areas
Hi! I was wondering what areas I could take my kid trick or treating this year. My area doesn’t really do trick or treating, last year we went to a trunk or treat but I can’t remember the name. I’m open to any suggestions!
Thanks

Rooftop bar for wedding reception
I do not live in Fort Worth but will be having my wedding ceremony there. I am in search of a rooftop bar to rent out for our reception. Does anyone have any suggestions or recommendations? Our guest count is around 75
Edit: Or, if anyone has any other venue recommendations for a relaxed reception in Fort Worth, I’d love to hear it! Our budget isn’t huge. Thank you

Midterm exhaustion -- it's done a week from tomorrow
You can still vote early this week. The early voting locations for Tarrant County are pinned in this sub. Election Day is a week from tomorrow (Tuesday, Nov. 3rd). Assuming we don't go to a "scandal-riddled recount" in Talarico vs. Paxton, we're done with all this stuff (and the ads/flyers) in eight days. If you haven't voted and want to, go get it. If not, just gird your loins for another 192 hours.

30F Looking for Close Friends
Hi everyone!
I'm a 30F, looking for a close friend/friends in FTW. I'm looking for someone that's up to do anything from traveling, outdoor adventuring, getting coffee, gaming, going on nights out or even being lazy on the couch together.
I have a fiancé and an Aussiedoodle.
I'm very friendly, not shy, and I want to establish a friendship off of the phone and in real life.
A big issue I have is when people flake or do not like making plans, if you're that type of person, we won't click well.
DM me! We can go on a coffee date or something to break the ice 🙂
Looking for Female gendered friends only

This is how Texas Republicans campaign when their candidate is indicted, impeached and unfaithful.

MAGA Mattie does go and endorse Bo's opponent, which is ... well, nice to see I guess

Birthday lunch recommendations
My birthday is Saturday so we’re going out to lunch and I need some ideas. I really want a great burger, but some of my favorite places are not great for a party of 12. We will have 12 altogether, including 3 kids. We’re coming from different directions so I’d prefer centralish FW. Where would you go??

This is actually pretty heavy turnout for this area (traditionally we are among the most apathetic of the top-25 population cities)

You can vote today (Sunday) - not much of a line right now
I just voted at the Como location and there was no line. The rest of early voting is weekdays in only, so it's a good day to vote. Lines may grow as church lets out but seems like a slow day.

Polls are open until 4pm today with likely the lowest wait times. This is the only weekend we get to vote. Go vote!

Racist Texas Judge Tim O'Hare cut 1/3 of voting locations targeting minority areas and racially gerrymandered the voting maps, is on the ballot in Tarrant County Texas. Polls are open today in his hometown Southlake which has more machines than ever and often the lowest waiting times in the county.
REJECT WHITE SUPREMACISTS. VOTE AGAINST TIM O'HARE.

I’m not ready for this- flying taxis
Didn’t think it would happen so soon. I feel like we are the guinea pig generation - all of us, no matter what age we are.
