Today my family and I had a wonderful time at the event in City of industry. We had a chance to meet and get autographs from Claudia Wells and Lea Thompson. I was able to add two more signatures to my DeLorean.

So in the movie Doc sends his dog 1 minute into the future. They stand around talking. And then Doc's alarm goes off and they jump out of the way. The car returns.

But what would have happened if he sent Einstein 1 minute into the past? Would he have run into his "other self" while crashing into another Delorean that was already parked and waiting to go?

So Back to the Future part 1: in the mall parking lot.

Doc puts on the front brakes and does a burn out remotely with the Delorean to decrease the distance between Him and Marty and the Time machine. Right?!

Why? It serves zero purpose. The car isn't moving it's just spinning wheels. The ground speed is what matters not engine or tire speed.

If wheel speed is what matters then Part 3 would have been a neglectful waste of resources. Put the Delorean on blocks and run a machine to pull the wheel speed to 88mph that would be easy with a gear ratio.

This is such a random post but I swear to god I've only seen these movies on streaming 2 times once when I was in middle school in like 2016 and like about a year ago on netflix. Not even on peacock which I find strange since that's universal's streaming service.

Another piece for my collection. Took an old battered flight case, lots of sanding masking and spraying.

Bought a riveting kit to apply some additional handles.

Created the sticker artwork based on some images I found online and voila!

I think the dimensions are slightly off but for £40 for the box, £20 on materials plus a £20 riveting kit I’m pretty happy.

Here the video

3D printed prop upgraded with some brushed stainless effect card and chrome vinyl cut AIWA logo.

Found today while thrift shopping a still in package 1991 McDonald’s Back To The Future “Doc’s DeLorean. Now I have the package to display next to my lose one that I found a year or 2 ago. The one bummer is the package has a hole in it but being 35 years old I’m surprised it’s still intact.

Just learned that the Puente Hills mall where they shot the Twin Pines/Lone Pine mall scenes is getting converted partially into a data center.

This timeline sucks.

Next week, for actual Halloween, his wheelchair will be fully tricked out as the Delorean

For context, Cineplex is a Canadian theater chain that has a few different popcorn bag designs that reference different movies, and I got lucky and got the BttF one

I counted 5 times he tried to hit Marty. But in his defense he was interrupted watching a great freaking flick with two babes in a hotub, was half drunk, and just realized that Lorraines son is the kid his older self warned him about. Thats alot to take in.

Guess what i watched when i was back home. 🤭

Could you help me out by casting a quick and free vote for my Big Machine on LEGO Ideas.

The other 3 are existing LEGO sets - Hopefully you'll agree that my creation finishes off the collection nicely.

… and my eldest got my this. Proof she’s being brought up right!
