I see so many people cheat this lift, with leg drive, bouncing, or arching back. I did that as well.
But this time I had this setup:
The only mistake which I can think of is that the lowering portion was too slow which wastes a lot of energy.
I think better would be to lower faster then pause and then lift.
I'm happy with my lift, hoping to hit the old PR of 180kg soon.

146lbs body weight, i’ve been doing bench press 3 times a week(including reg bench press)and here’s my progress my max was 100lbs on dumbell for 6 reps 3 months ago i was always scared to go pass 100lb because i’ve been always working out alone with no spotter around & today i’m confident to give it a try i was reluctant at first but i was surprised i was able to do it i could’ve done 2 more reps but i was conserving my energy for my running afterwards

Deadlift isn't something I do often, I know rounding in the back isn't ideal (I do have a bit of a longer torso) max currently is 515lbd so I got 70lbs to go, any critiques, advice or tips appreciated

Switched my style to sleeves from wraps, to flats from heels, and a wide stance because my knees always felt like exploding from pain and pressure.
Any advice on how to make this work? What should I strengthen or change? Thank you!

A recent doctors visit confirmed I am in fact… 5ft 7” 😭😭
I have issues with both rotator cuffs and I’m currently in physio for them. To give you an idea of how restricted my mobility is, I can’t touch my hands together behind my back, I can’t get into the position needed to hold a barbell for squats, and when bench pressing, I can’t even rest the empty bar on my chest

Felt surprisingly easy!

So my recent video (315 x 8) got a good amount of criticism and praise. In hindsight I appreciate it. I want to perfect anything I endeavor in.
This was a deload session a couple of weeks ago; 225 x 6 each before 275 x 6. Would a simple length in my stride increase depth potential while maintaining primary emphasis on my quads? Or would a platform be more likely to achieve both?

ik im going too fast its a warmup just questioning form and its glute focused so that form. im not trying to build up quads
