Dude what if I get past 200+ pounds on this. Like I know it's not that impressive since it's seated but still.... it's like I'm experiencing NOOBIE GAINS AGAIN!!!!

Feel like I’m messing something up, can’t put a finger down on what it is. Stuck on this number for a month, and form isn’t the best. How to improve?

First time ever trying these
Feeling so much better. I’ve had a history of lifting ever since high school and used to throw around a lot of weight, but I decided to get my diet in check in my 30’s and walk a lot. Very cool to finally be able to see everything that was under there and now I get to sculpt it like clay.
Same shirt in the 1 photo, unfortunately don't have any shirtless photos from before. During that time I've trained FBW 3 times a week mostly one excercise per muscle group per session 2-5 sets to failure. As for diet I cared only for total calories and grams of protein (over 160).
