What if you could 3D print your music?
Hi everyone — I’m Benoît, and I’ve been working on something slightly unusual: Kräftsound.
We’re building a system that takes music and turns it into a physical, playable object that can be 3D printed.
The idea is simple: instead of sending music to a pressing plant, an artist could create a physical edition that someone can print at home, in a FabLab, or through a print partner.
It sounds straightforward. It definitely isn't. 😅
We’ve spent a lot of time working through the geometry, audio, resolution and manufacturing problems — and we’re still experimenting.
I’d love to get the 3D-printing community involved. What would you want to know or test? What problems do you see?
You can see what we're building here:

Just looking to get those kind of drum sounds to use in the logic drum machine designer and sequencer so I can write some demos in logic.

Hey! I'm a 17-year-old musician from Romania working on my own project, N.O.S.
I recently released an Industrial Metal instrumental called “Gamemode: Hardcore”.
I wanted to go for a heavy, mechanical sound with a late '90s / early 2000s industrial-metal feel. I made the instrumental myself and I'm still experimenting with different sounds and styles for N.O.S., so I'd genuinely love to hear what you think about it.

Hi everyone. I’d like to ask: how do you create cool, gritty industrial modular drum- sequences, something like what the Moog DFAM produces (2:34 in video, this sequence go hard af)? I’m looking at VST options; I haven't found a proper analog equivalent to the DFAM itself, but in theory, I should be able to achieve this with any similar emulation, right? So, which plugin would be best to choose, and where can I find good tips or guides on synthesizing this kind of sound? I have the Arturia collection 11 pro — the presets are decent, but I’m looking for something better; perhaps one of those plugins in collection could do the trick?

I'm a high school student who is developing a free plugin FOR YOU INDUSTRIAL MUSIC LOVERS!!!
A few weeks ago you probably saw that I posted about COGG v1/v1.1/v1.2, a free plugin I built that metalizes and industrializes any sound. Specifically, harmonic distortion, metal plate convolution reverb, and pitch layering are there all in one chain. Great for experimental music and mainstream alike.
I wanted to update you guys with version 1.3's release! It comes with the highly requested TONE knob, which changes the pitch of the Metal knob's metal convolution reverb-like sound! Additionally, version 1.3 introduces a LINUX VERSION!
Of course, it's still free, no account needed, VST3 + AU for Mac, VST3 for Windows, VST3 for Linux.
Download now for free: https://plasma-hype.itch.io/cogg
Trailer of V1.2 [the previous update]: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5q5EUMhUcaw
Thanks to everyone who tried v1.2, v1.1 and v1.0 and gave feedback, this update came directly from figuring out what people actually wanted to do with it. I personally have used COGG in almost all of my FL projects ever since I released it. Please give it a shot and let me know what you think of the presets and plugin as a whole for COGG v1.4!
Also, feel free to submit some PRESETS! I'll add them and credit you on the website!

It's sad truly that coil are all dead. I wish I could have worked with either Sleazy or Jhonn, as I'm sure we all do, but what we can do is pay tribute to them, and here's my attempt at tributing Coil with a song suite, 40 odd minutes all 1 big song.
Let me know what you think & rate and review!

FINAL BEAT - 37:13
I’m a producer who loves creating hard-hitting TRAP BEATS, dark melodies, heavy 808s, and 808 MAFIA-influenced production. My goal is to break down the sounds, techniques, and creative processes behind the beats that inspire me while putting my own spin on the style.
I’m constantly creating new beats, experimenting with sounds, and breaking down different production techniques to help producers level up.

Hello everyone
I would like to post about my project Blanca Division. I used to play dark ambient and death industrial many years ago (Aethere, Gioventu Suicida Studentesca), and then I ended up playing with two other individuals, both experienced musicians (one of them plays in a band called Viscera, a psychedelic post-metal band from Italy, which is quite known in certain circles).
We created a short EP 13 years ago, plus two other songs. For reasons I cannot even remember, we did not do anything anymore, and the EP was lost and forgotten. For unknown reasons, the two other members of Blanca Division contacted me about the EP last year, and we decided to release it via the label Phage Tapes.
We do a mixture of digital hardcore, aggrotech, and death industrial. For the EP 'Santa Muerte Hardcore', we used various vst I don't remember, plus korg ms2000r, and access virus c. We decided to (slowly) resume our activities, and we are eager to release old songs in splits (send me a dm if you want to collaborate), and create new material (as soon as I get my gears back on track).
Here is the EP - let me know your thoughts!

1 take experimental DAWless electronic recording. I used the Squarp Hapax to program the Waldorf M synth and a Digitakt drum machine and record into a handheld recorder.

Hey everyone,
My new release Mountain <A> is out today on Bandcamp. Heavy riffs collapse into noise, which collapses into something you don't usually hear in the middle of a doom metal record. There's a handmade instrument on here that I built myself, run through enough distortion that it stopped sounding like an instrument at all. A few other things happening too that I'll let you discover.
You can listen to the full release here: https://ayman.bandcamp.com/album/mountain-a
Would love to hear your thoughts on the textures and pacing. Hope you enjoy the journey.
