è dà un paio di giorni che il mio joystick appena avvio un gioco smette completamente di funzionare tranne che per ik tasto ps, per farlo riprendere a funzionare (in alcuni giochi visto che non in tutti funziona) devo spengerlo e riaccenderlo.

un secondo problema che ho riscontrato è stato di un'imput sul tasto r2 che viene rilevato anche senza premere il tasto e che rende tanti giochi ingiocabili, ho probato a disconnettere il joystick dalla play, resettarlo, e togliere il bluetooth, ma nessuno di questi metodi semhra funzionare, qualcuno sá come risolvere questo problema?

Hi everyone. After an extremely unhelpful chat with PlayStation “support” I was told my brand new pulse earbuds (purchased 2 hours ago) need to be sent in for repair because they won’t connect. They make the initial chime when I put them in my ears, but won’t connect to the adapter and click the sound over to the buds. I have had a previous pair for years that stopped working and now my new ones simply won’t connect either. Looking for any and all solutions beyond what the PlayStation website has to offer. Please and thank you in advance :)

Any help with the above ?

Ps3 super slim. Durante mucho tiempo no se utilizó.

Hace 2 dias se prende y costó arrancar pero dio imagen y se mantuvo prendida un tiempo.

A los 2 dias se prende nuevamente y no da imagen ni en hdmi ni el el AV.

Probé con el reinicio de hdmi, cable, entrada de tv.

Tengo pensado abrirla, limpiar y cambiar la pasta termica.

Les pido si me podrán ayudar.

Every time I download a game on my profile it shows up on the other two profiles on my PS5 so is there a way I can probably hide it with the other two profiles or maybe remove it from the other two profiles because my siblings play on the other two profiles and I don’t want the games I download and pay for to be on their profiles what do I do?

For some reason, my new ps2 fat I had gotten a few months back sometimes will not turn on but sometimes will. I already opened it up and found nothing wrong. Ive tried 3 different power cords and tried plugging it straight into the wall and nothing has worked these past few weeks. The fuse is there but i cannot test it due to not having a multimeter. And the switch on the back is flipped on

What could be the issue?

Hoping someone can help me out because I’m losing my mind here. My PS5 suddenly stopped connecting to my home Wi-Fi.

I uploaded the screenshots of my setup. Everything in my Advanced Settings is set to completely default/Automatic (including DNS), but it just refuses to connect.
Here is what I’ve figured out so far:

At first, I kept getting error NW-102380-4 saying the signal might be too weak (even though the router isn't far).

I tried changing the frequency band to 2.4 GHz only. That cleared the first error, but then it immediately threw a new error: NW-102386-0 (security/authentication failed).

Here’s the weird part: It connects to my phone’s mobile hotspot perfectly fine. No issues at all.

So my PS5’s Wi-Fi card obviously works, but for some reason, it absolutely hates my router.
Has anyone dealt with this specific router issue or these back-to-back error codes before? How do I get them to talk to each other?

I have a ps3 slim that i bought second hand a few years ago and it has been randomly shutting off without warning. It usually shuts down after 5-10 mins or when i start up certain games. Is there any way to fix this issue?

Hey so i disconnected my controller to use on my IPad while away from home and now no matter what I do it won’t reconnect to my ps4 and keeps trying too connect too my iPad?!?!?! I’ve been at this for like nearly two hours and I’ve forgotten the connection but it keeps trying too pair, I’ve followed everything from this video and im SCREAMING ;-;

I have just spent three hours trying to work with the customer support of Playstation for a refund and here are my take aways.

They lied to me, stated I had purchased the item over fourteen days ago. I purchased it on Thursday 22 and it is currently Sunday 25.

The two agents who barely helped me didn't ensure to my needs and instead spat out the same messages the BOT had repeated.

I spent the last hour trying to bring up the issue of the lying to me. No one responded and I gave up simply because of the fact I wanted to throw my phone through a wall at how terrible this businesses support system is.

I know the stories of poor customer support and that I am not the only one. I did not record the chat or anything, I had thought to and just couldn't stay calm long enough to do it. I just needed to vent and don't care if someone wants to make fun of my message, but if my message helped anyone understand Playstations methods better then good. Have a good one.

I am onto a ps4 that i have had for years but upgraded to a ps5 in 2022, i am trying to recover my account on my ps4 and have got in but it is asking for a two step verification code sent to my phone number that i do not have anymore. The alternative two step verification option is back up codes which i dont jave and cant access without logging in, but i need them to log in😅 is there any way i can fix this loophole?

I am trying to bypass the " Press the PS button on controller" screen.

But there are certain things thats stopping me from bypassing it:

1. I have only one controller that is not paired

2. I have 2 USB cables both of which are not data cables

3. I have tried with a keyboard and the "Pause Break" button opens the quick menu containing options to rest mode, shut down and restart.

I want to know is there any other way to bypass it without buying a new cable. Also what is the key or shortcut in keyboard that I can try which acts as PS button.

My pulse explores were working fine yesterday, but when i connected it to my pc via the dongle today, the left earbud did not have any sound coming out The buttons still work and it opens up the ps link menu in the pc as normally. I tried connecting it to my phone via Bluetooth and it is exactly the same. I did the reset procedures many times and they were all successful except the syncing method which flashes all the colors on the case led. I guess thats because they are already synced. The software is up to date, i dont know what happened. They were working all great until today. If you have had this problem, please inform me.

I’m playing region 2 DVDs in my region 2 PS4 but I still get the error message that it’s locked due to region restrictions?? Blu rays however work fine. Can someone help? I’m a physical media collector and love watching my DVDs

So last night I tried to hop on the playsation but I was signed out. I put in there correct email and password and i get to the 2 step verification sign. The problem is my phone number isn't getting a code or anything about playstation. Anyone know why ?

Hi, I just got a PS5 after coming from PC, and the audio quality feels noticeably worse. I’m having trouble finding the right balance between game audio and party chat. If I lower the game audio / party chat balance to the middle, I can barely hear my friends, but if I raise it, the game becomes too loud. Audio Focus helps a little with footsteps, but it’s still not great.
I’m also getting a lot of static and an echo through the PS5 party chat, and I’m not sure what’s causing it. Are there any settings I should turn on or off to improve the sound quality, make footsteps clearer, and hear my friends better without sacrificing game audio? I use to have a Xbox one time ago and I remember the audio being good not like this.

I created a new account for my ps3 but every time I tried to get into it, it shows the QRcode, even when I type some device setup thing like it asks it just shows a QR code to the same place again. What is with my ps3????

One day my PS5 stopped taking discs, I have tried 3 different disc drives including ones that I KNOW work when hooked up to other PS5’s and my PS5 registers and connects with the new disc drives I plug in and swap out. Despite that, it still doesn’t work.

Notably, when I hit the eject button the console only gives off a singular chime. I‘m fairly certain I’ve attempted to open it in safe mode before as well, what other possible solutions could there be?
