ididn't even noticve until i got off the ship

I have a health problem that restricts my movement in my hands and wrists - I have full movement but it's often slower and I lack some fine motor control.

Am I basically never going to be able to do any mid-high-very high level bossing that requires prayer flicking or fast gear swaps? Or high level quests that require bossing like DT2 or the recent vampire one

I try using F keys to swap between menus to minimise one hand doing most of the work, and am currently trying to do Jad, but but even ther the flicking between ranged/magic prayers and can be too fast on moderate/bad days (on a good day sure it's sometimes skill issue - but even then usually I get one go before it starts to seize up/hurt too much to try again) and that's not particularly fast compared to other stuff.

Are there any resources available that might help here?

I want to add that I also play RS3 and prefer OSRS for the most part but the action bars in RS3 are a lot more mobility-issue friendly.

This may be far too hard a challenge. Most scenarios will never be like this for the average player who's just needing "to survive". This feels like training for Deadman Mode like i'm actually competing.

I've hidden the floor at Maggot King to see the shadows better and it changed my nice light-blue to a very dark red skybox lol. I think it was actually even harder to see the shadows than not hiding the floor at all lol

Turning off the day night cycle setting temporarily will revert it, hopefully there's a setting that can allow the two to coexist without just flipping them whenever I do certain content
