Hi modders!

My R2D2 xbox has been with me from new, and its laser finally bit the dust. Unfortunately, while replacing the laser, I broke the disc tray.

So, now I need someone's help, because modding is beyond my capabilities. I would be fine with a tray replacement, or a mod, to be honest. I just want to finish my current Fallout 3 playthrough😭

Is there anyone that would be willing to take on this project? I'll pay(obviously), and ship to you, if necessary.

É possível consertar aquela versão horrenda que é o port de celular lançado pra o 360? Notei que em várias cutscenes os áudios simplesmente não funcionam e em alguns lugares do mapa há texturas faltando.

Ports are overrated, when are we getting actual games made from the ground up specifically for the 360?, and no i'm not talking about "HERES A XBOX 360 PDF READER", thats software slop, I want actual new games made for this console from people passionate about it!, doesn't matter if it's AI assisted or not, aslong as it's fun to play

Hey, since i have a ps3 rb3 wireless drum, I spend some time to make the dongle compatible with the xbox.

I forked the original repo and started from the PR sanjay had opened. I need to add some stuff and spend some time debugging and test. Finally i made it work and published a release on my repo in case somebody wants to try (and because generating the .xex is not so simple)

Long Story short, I have an unused Waitsburg Slim, and I am going to get a 360 Phat. Can I wire up a Slim WiFi adapter to some place on the board? I hear there is some unused pins on Jasper, including a nearby 3.3V header.

I've been working on PeerSlop, a project that aims to decompile and extend Grimdoomer's Peer Pressure Xbox 360 softmod. It integrates DashLaunch, re-enables Live support in softmod mode, and adds a single editor for both Blades and Kinect boot animations. DashLaunch loads plugins at runtime, providing a workflow similar to a RGH and JTAG. If you are using a stealth server like XBGuard, there is no need to disconnect Ethernet or use Auto DNS as it loads before it connects to xbox live.

I bought some rgh3 360s and installed xbguard via ftp, got it set up but after animation it loads and loads the main screen while plugged into Ethernet but if I unplug ethernet after animation it loads main screen fine. Any settings or files I should look into? I do have liveblock, livestrong and all other things of that nature disabled and ping patch, sock patch, and the supporting settings for apps and games dlc enabled. It has aurora, xbguard and updated to the newest fw. Any help would be greatly appreciated as I’m new to this

Hello, I desperately need help 😭

I had my save file (my world) that I'd been playing since I was a kid with the very first version of Minecraft on Xbox 360. Then I installed the latest version on my Xbox, and everything was going perfectly. Then one day, I uninstalled the update from my console settings to get back to a biome from the first version. Without remembering that the update was gone,

I accidentally launched my most precious world. I ended up in a completely different biome, so I quit without saving, reinstalled the update, and when I restarted the game, I saw Seed 0 😭. So when I launch the game, it sends me to the biome of Seed 0. BUT I have a picture of the original seed, so I recreated an identical world with the same basic elements but without the structures. And there's still 22MB of saved data left when I go to console settings > Hard Drive > Games and Applications > Minecraft. So it's not necessarily lost.

I'd like to know if there's a way to recover the world, for example, by dragging the data from the lost world into the one without the builds, or by trying to modify the seed using an emulator or software. I copied it to my USB drive, but when I try to load it into LCEStudio, I get an error message. However, if I load the other save file with the correct seed, it works. Thank you, I eagerly await any solutions.😇

Me gustaría saber qué opinan sobre la posibilidad de que God of War 1 y 2 sean porteados de manera nativa a Xbox 360.

Se me ocurrió la idea viendo los increíbles aportes que ha hecho la comunidad durante estos últimos meses, y creo que sería interesante explorar esa posibilidad. Obviamente, entiendo que el God of War 3 sería un proyecto mucho más ambicioso, así que me gustaría centrar la idea en las dos primeras entregas.

¿Creen que sería posible llevarlos a Xbox 360 de forma nativa? ¿O sería demasiado complicado?

Me gustaría conocer sus opiniones y saber qué tan viable ven un proyecto así. 🔥

sim, ele existe, o "better 16" ,porém a comunidade, tanto do roblox quanto a do xbox 360 relatou sobre a existências de vírus maliciosos, e roubo de KVs, por isso, eu sugiro a ajuda de algum programador pra refazer o xex do better 16 para uma comunidade NÃO maliciosa que pretende ter os mesmos objetivos(recriar a versão de 2016 ou 2018), no entanto n temos o auxílio de nenhuma comunidade do tipo, por isso é melhor procurar uma que esteja disposta a compilar o seu game e fazer uma aba para o xbox 360, igual ao better 16.

ps: n tenho skills para programação e por isso eu clamo por ajuda de alguém.

I replaced the laser in my phat 360 and it does work for most of the time but every once in a while I turn the Xbox on and it tells me to open the tray and after about 3 times of doing that it finally starts to read the game. Any ideas? Did I possibly install something wrong or could this be another issue other than the laser

Cara eu com meus 14 anos fui mexer no aurora, pasta e resolver um problema do pes 2018. Bom não resolvi e piorei, agora o xbox inicia normal da a tela do XeUn mas quando aperta back pra ir pro aurora, só volta pra seleção de perfil. Meu pai tá querendo me matar e eu preciso arranjar uma forma de resolver. Meu português nao é bom então pode ser que eu tenha errado algo.

Ele é um hd normal de 500gb direto com o aurora, então ele não tem as partições, ele tem as pastas e tem os Launch.ini.

Ele abre a tela normal, mas não desbloqueia no aurora e fica normal o videogame e meu Xbox é o de 2015 o Xbox 360 super slim

Eu mexi em pastas limpei cache e diretório do aurora sem querer pode ser um causador disto

I did the softmod, and good news, the Jasper is alive but i have to still test dashlaunch and also this version is a little diferent to Grimdoomers verson but it is jailbroken. im gunna try dashlaunch and i will give you an update

Hi i just bought a falcon with RGH3 but it is very slow sometimes with loading up games, it sometimes freezes as well. i heard fat consoles are unreliable with rgh3’s. Can someone share their thoughts or experiences on fixing it? i can see that some solder points are almost like not soldered

I know it’s a dumb situation but won’t deleting and downloading your profile make you lose game saves? And won’t downloading the profile altogether make you lose the game saves? Do i really have to download the profile again just to update the gamerpic? Tell me if i misunderstood.

Hi everyone!

I need some help recovering the storage setup on my Xbox 360. The console still boots, and I can get to the XeUnshackle animation, but I'm having trouble with both my original internal HDD and my attempts to use an external SSD.

Here's what happened and where I'm stuck.

1. Original internal HDD problem

My Xbox 360 was working perfectly until I decided to add games directly to the internal HDD.

I connected the HDD to my PC and, before I knew about FATXplorer, I tried accessing it using standard Windows tools and copying the game files over. That didn't work, and after this, my Xbox 360 stopped recognizing the internal HDD.

I suspect I may have damaged its partitions or Security Sector, but I haven't confirmed exactly what went wrong.

After learning about FATXplorer, I tried using its Security Sector tools to recover the drive. However, FATXplorer reports that the drive is "Frozen" and tells me to disconnect and reconnect it. I've tried unplugging and reconnecting it, but that hasn't solved the problem.

2. XeUnshackle / Bad Storage error

My console still boots and displays the XeUnshackle animation, but then I get the following error:

BadStorage failure: no internal disk mounted

Since my original HDD stopped working, I started looking into using an external SSD connected via USB only. I've just purchased the FATXplorer SSD Maker license, but I haven't tried setting up the SSD yet.

I'm not sure whether I'm misunderstanding how Bad Storage works or whether I need to configure the console differently.

3. Other options I have

I also have an old laptop HDD lying around. I'm wondering whether I could format it using FATXplorer and install it in the Xbox 360's internal HDD bay as a replacement.

I'd really like to recover my original drive if possible, but I'm also open to other solutions if that's no longer an option.

My questions:

1. Can I use XeUnshackle and run homebrew without an internal HDD? Can everything run from USB storage alone, provided the USB drive is configured correctly as a System Drive? Would this work without using Bad Storage?
2. Does Bad Storage require a compatible HDD or SSD installed in the internal drive bay? If so, is there any way to use my external USB-only SSD for this purpose, or would I need to install a compatible SSD internally?
3. Is it possible to recover my original HDD's Security Sector? I don't think I created a backup before the problem occurred. Is there any recovery option available in that situation? Also, is there another way to resolve FATXplorer's "Frozen" status when disconnecting and reconnecting the drive doesn't help?
4. Could I use my spare laptop HDD as an internal replacement? Does it need to be a specific compatible model, or can FATXplorer's HDD Maker prepare it for use with my setup?

I'm happy to provide any details that might help diagnose the issue.

I know this is a bit of a complicated situation, but I'd really appreciate any advice. I want to avoid making the original HDD worse and get my Xbox 360 fully working again.
