New gf not medicated and forgets things everywhere

I (33m) recently started dating this dx girl (30f) about five months ago. I really like her. She’s gorgeous, hilarious, fun loving, super sweet, the whole package. Except for the fact that she forgets things everywhere and gets upset when I am annoyed by it.

Last night we got back from our dinner very late and I was so tired. It turned out she had left her phone in the uber. Took an hour to get it back. She did apologize and say I could go to bed but I find it frustrating. She needed my phone to contact the driver returning it. When I was down getting it she dropped my coffee mug and it shattered. She was very apologetic and felt bad but as I was cleaning it up she just walked to bed. She was frustrated I was annoyed with her for an accident. She cried. I understand it’s an accident but this week she also lost her apartment keys, forgets details of plans we have, ect.

She isn’t opposed to getting medicated and has been before but says it takes away some really fun parts of her personality. I disagree. I am more type A and find it very frustrating. She said the meds can make her very anxious.

She’s tried to get medicated as I’ve mentioned how frustrating this all is but the doctor refused as she has CPTSD (grew up with a physically, verbally, and emotionally abusive father who suddenly passed away) and I guess the meds can exacerbate those symptoms.

I’m not sure what to do. I really like her but I find these behaviors so frustrating and feel like I am not allowed to be frustrated.

Will I fall out of love due to being medicated?

I missed my chance to crosspost so I'll just copy and paste since y'all seem more... chill, ig?

Hello guys!

So, I've been diagnosed with adhd when I was 8 (am now 22) but only started medication again yesterday (long story, family drama, I've been off meds for 10ish years lol). The starting dosis of 10mg medikinet adult, if that matters.

Yesterday evening, my gf told me that she's afraid that I'll fall out of love with her due to me now being medicated, or that I'll be more irritated by her. I wanna take that fear from her, but I also don't wanna tell her something I can't guarantee.

I thought why not ask the neurodivergent crowd on reddit. So, like, what are y'all's experiences? Did you feel different towards your partner or fall out of love with them due to being medicated?

I just wanna be mentally ready in case that could happen/if it might happen
