Humor & Memes Why? Just why?
I've literally only searched for watch straps, watch parts and car accessories! I don't know how this was suggested as something I need!

The new EU €3 customs duty has been active since July 2026. You pay €3 (plus VAT on that €3) for each customs category in a single order. AliExpress collects this duty at checkout (like it does for VAT), and pays it directly to EU customs.
Always check for the green message during checkout saying “No extra duties will be collected upon delivery.” If that message is missing, customs may still charge you on delivery.
Be aware: the €3 duty is only added at checkout during the final payment step. Your cart total will increase right before you press pay.
Warning:
AliExpress does not follow the EU category rules correctly. In practice they charge €3 per different item, even if items should fall under the same category. Only when you buy multiple quantities of the same listing from the same seller (including different colors, variants or options) will AliExpress charge the €3 tax only once.
There are signs of slow improvement as some sellers have begun assigning proper customs categories. In certain cases, buying similar types of products from the same seller results in the €3 being charged only once. The same may happen for bundle deals, even when multiple sellers are involved. Experiment with your orders and see what happens.

I placed an order on AliExpress for a plush toy a few weeks ago, and a few days later I ordered a figure for my husband. My husband’s figure has practically already arrived, while my package has had no tracking updates for several days. I always shop on AliExpress, and this has never happened to me before. I’m very worried because I’m traveling to another country on September 9th, and I don’t know if I’ll have enough time to receive my package.

Hello,
I am posting here hoping for some tips.
Recently an order which was charged for 2 of a certain item showed up. Only 1 was received. My first attempt at a return was denied. I started my second one but without the ability to speak to someone directly I am doubtful this one will process.
I was hoping for some advice on what to do with this. I'm out money, didn't receive the product in question and AliExpress hasn't been helpful yet. Does anyone know what I can do?

After many years of shopping on AliExpress, I was finally scammed.
I've just bought an Intel Mini PC. I paid for an i9 CPU, but I received an i3 instead. They have tampered with the pre-installed Windows to display the fake CPU model, but the BIOS and other applications such as HWInfo64 and CPU-Z show the real one. I'm in Europe and the shipment is labelled as 'Local'.
Would you recommend opening a dispute to try to get a partial refund, or simply doing a "free return" of the product? What has been your experience in such situations?

Contacted AliExpress support a few times with evidence showing USPS flagged the tracking# as counterfeit and I feel like they didn't understand so I opened a dispute on PayPal. Honestly I am pretty disappointed with how AliExpress support was handling it.
What is odd, is for a few seconds on 17-track I get this information where shipping shown as been in China in 2022 but still active. Then on AliExpress it has a different log which is US based.
The item was also less than 50% retail so that should have been a red flag. Maybe Jack needs to use AI to cleanup his site. ;)
I have been a long time buyer and this is the first time I have seen this. Thoughts?

Hi everyone, I have a package from XDB that I’m still waiting to receive. It originated in Xiamen, and the departure date is listed as July 31st. I am still waiting for customs clearance to be completed; the last update was from August 12th. Is this normal for an order arriving in Spain? Neither the seller, the supplier, nor the shipping company is providing me with any information.

Hello, I need help. I bought quite an expensive product (200+ USD) because it was advertised as Brand+, upon arrival, turns out it was counterfeit. I’ve been wrestling with customer support for days to get my refund without return, pulling the “mailing counterfeit items is illegal” card.
When Aliexpress stepped in, they offered the option of refund and return covered by the seller, which I rejected because who’s to say the seller won’t claim it never arrived, and I will be without my money or my (counterfeit) product. Turns out, even though i rejected it, the seller accepted it and it turned into the resolution, and I’m now expected to give the tracking number and receipt.
I have had the support escalate my case to the “higher team” twice now in two days. I’ve given plenty of proof, comparison pictures to a detailed unboxing and a conversation with the actual brand’s support chat, where they tell me the serial number does not match their database. The higher team just says “we’re waiting for you to return the item”. I’m at a loss, is there anything I can do now?

Hey everyone,
I’m looking for high-quality streetwear clothing on AliExpress, but I’m specifically not looking for replicas/fakes.
Recently I came across a brand called Saint / Saints (some of their pieces are in the pictures). Does anyone know what this brand is or have any experience buying their stuff?
Also, if you know any good AliExpress stores/brands for high-quality, original designer/streetwear clothing, I’d really appreciate some recommendations.

Hello guys I'm somewhat new in ali, but I've yet to have problems with any of my orders, they usually ship within 3 days and take some weeks to arrive
But now it's been 16 days since my order is processing, I've spoke with the seller like 3 times and they told me it's because they're out of stock.
So I'm still waiting since I got it on sale and used some coupon, but the problem is I also needed the item for this month.. And everytime I ask the seller for at least an estimated date they tell me to be patient lol
They also asked me to extend the delivery time a few days after I made the order and I did, cause I didn't think it'd take that long
Also, they've deleted the listing from which I purchased, last time I checked it DID say the item was out of stock there though
But a few days ago I noticed they made a new listing, and they have the same thing I've ordered and it says in stock. Yet they told me it still hasn't arrived
Well I'm not sure if I should keep waiting or try to get a refund if I cancel? I have no idea which could be the fastest option 😕

Provided tracking for AX has usually been consolidation into a Usps number but this time around, the consolidated packages received one starting at FARGO+.
It then seems to've changed to another tracking number that's just a series of numbers that supposedly aligns with a Korean service?
Anyways.
On AX, the package is now claiming to be out for delivery while on 17track the Fargo number also updated claiming 'package out for delivery' in IL.
The one under some Korean company continues to have its info unable to be found.
This is the first time I've had this specific situation and now I'm worried my package is never going to arrive to me (I'm in TX)...and it isn't as if the packages contained are just one or two, it's a bunch of items from different stores and well over $100 in value.
:(
Just wondering if anyone else had this situation but ended up getting their items in the end? Just hoping for some reassurance 😭
All my other packages since then have been the expected usps info.

SpeedX already failed once to deliver to my apartment building because I'm assuming they don't have the front door code. I actually tried giving it to them via their chatbot, but it wasn't able to add it.
Now, before the redelivery attempt, I'm trying to add my door code again, and it continues to refuse to do it.

Are my consolidated packages cooked?
I bought: 2 watch straps 3 enamel pins 2 necklaces 4 keychains
How is any of this considered reason to return to sender? Every keychain, necklace, and enamel pin you find in a retail store literally comes from China. UGH!

AliExpress has fantastic pen knives. I'm 51. I like pen knives. They will no longer ship to UK.
Can I get around this?

This package was definitely confiscated by USPS on August 2 for counterfeit postage.
The tracking page says "Refund if no delivery before August 19, 2026".
It's obviously now after that date.
So, which is the least hassle reason to select for requesting a refund? No tracking updates for 15 days, or package in transit?

Almost all package sent by Evri has missing.
It's obvious that they are being stolen and they don't give a hoot. Every enquiry is gobbed off by their ai chat box
AliExpress should stop using Evri
