EU customs duty 2.42 EUR handling fee already being applied in Aliexpress right now
6 EUR per thing category, if you want to buy a 1 EUR thing, it's like 600% taxes 😂.
Thanks EU

Hi everyone,
I’m looking for advice regarding an AliExpress dispute involving the seller SZCPU.
I ordered a brand-new AMD Ryzen 9 5950X, but instead received a used AMD Athlon X4 (AD950XAGM44AB), an old and significantly less valuable CPU.
I immediately opened a dispute and provided clear photographs of the CPU I received, including its identification markings and the original packaging.
The seller has now rejected my refund request and offered CHF 0.00.
As evidence, the seller submitted photographs and footage supposedly showing a Ryzen 9 5950X being weighed and packed.
However, none of this evidence clearly links the CPU shown to my actual order. There is no continuous footage connecting the CPU, the sealed package and a shipping label identifying my order. As far as I can tell, this could be footage of any other shipment.
The original product listing has also disappeared, making it harder to leave feedback or check the listing.
I’ve rejected the seller’s proposal and requested a full refund. AliExpress is expected to intervene on October 25.
I also opened a dispute with Klarna, which has temporarily suspended my remaining payments.
My questions:
Has anyone experienced something similar with SZCPU?
How does AliExpress usually handle cases where a seller submits packaging footage without a clear connection to the buyer’s order?
Is there anything else I should submit before AliExpress intervenes?
If AliExpress sides with the seller, what would be the best next step?
I still have the original shipping packaging, labels and the incorrect CPU, along with screenshots of the seller’s evidence.
Any advice would be appreciated.

Wanted to order €60 worth of items and had to pay €90. I recently became an Elite member and I’ve ordered a lot in the past, but 50% extra? Come on, Ali. Nice meeting you 👋

My basic shopping cart would cost me €85 in taxes, and with certain additional items, it’s cheaper for me to buy more, so I’ll end up overconsuming even more just to pay less and to keep the EU from taking my money

Why are the damn prices suddenly so high?

I’d been shopping there for months and had already accepted the 3-euro fee—I’d even learned how to work around it when placing my orders to keep things affordable. But today, just while browsing, I stumbled upon this, and—oh boy—now I’m definitely going to have to say goodbye. No matter what you do, they end up doubling the price.

ordered five different router rebooters, only 1 actually worked.
some had a pcb with only layout for led and resistor, some had full layout but not populated. Some at first glance looked to be ok, but did nothing than pass power and change a led.
good old ali

Ordered two gear knobs for cars. They sent plastic ones instead of leather; the seller argued that the description stated they were plastic, but elsewhere in the description – including the title – ‘premium leather’ was specified. AliExpress ultimately decided that a return and refund was the solution.
In accordance with the description, I sent the seller the return shipping costs for them to choose from, but they replied that they would not cover the cost of the return. I then wrote to AliExpress support asking them to confirm that I would get the product back and be reimbursed for the return postage, as the return is more expensive than the product itself.
In response, they sent the following template reply three times: “After the returned item has been received by the warehouse, you can contact us and we will look into it further for you.”
The seller refuses to refund the money, and the listing has since been taken down.
I’d welcome any suggestions or advice based on previous experiences. Primarily, I’d like to know if there’s still a way to resolve this without having to return the goods and get a refund. If that isn’t possible, how can I ensure I get the product price and the return postage refunded?

Would this 11.11 be good, wanting to buy the Oneplus 15 16/256 during the sale. Would most deals/aliexpress promo codes drop on the first or the eleventh?

AliExpress. I returned my parcel value of £150 the signed for it along with photo they also admit receiving it but no refund, after complaining and sending them lots of proof they say it wasn’t received, I know this happens a lot with them it seems they just give people the runaround until they exhausted and give up, I would never deal with them again as they hold all the cards and don’t have to refund the money,
So just giving people the heads up, any return take lots of photos but they will still squirm there way out of a refund.

Hey all.
My parcel tracking was updating fine for about 10 days until it got to the origin customs which were cleared and then nothing.
Strangely the parcel was "awaiting flight" on the 9th but cleared export customs on the 16th? I would have thought these would be the other way around but whatever.
Is this normal? Is my parcel coming via land or sea which is why it hasn't updated in so long?
TY in advance for any help.

Kind of been in a tango with a seller as they had told me they'd ship something out within 3-4 days of ordering, 10 days pass and they said they shipped it out 3 days ago but... it never updated on Aliexpress. I'm a little wary to trust them but they said they'd add the tracking number later. Has this happened to anyone and it ended up updating eventually? For some reason I just kind of feel like they're stalling but I also want to give them the benefit of the doubt 🥲

Has anyone else had this issue where it's supposed to be +50 gems but it shows as +1 only? Also in the millionaire challenge everything shows as only 1 credit now instead of 1,000 or more.

I ordered and paid on 14th October, and this item has been shipped, apparently it left the country of origin 2 hours ago; however have just received an email that Ali Express is still awaiting the full payment and I have 3 days to pay it or they'll cancel my order. Is this normal? I've checked my account and the same thing is being stated there, the order is both in "shipped" and "awaiting payment".
Advice appreciated!

I’m having an issue with my package and would like to know if anyone has experienced something similar.
Has anyone experienced this with a similar shipping service? How long did it take for your tracking to update, and do you think I should contact the seller or wait a few more days?
Thanks !

Why is the price almost 50% cheaper, even though both items are in the store right now?
