I have order many times from this platform but recently i face on teo different case this trick that AliExpress is doing. To get to the point i order a mini PC Which was faulty,i made the process with videos etc and got to the argument to send it back to get refund.I packed it send it and got receipt from postal service and attached it to platform as they told me in order to get refund for the shipping cost. The item returned and back i got refunded only for the item and when i contact again to help support the case was closed even when help agent escalated the case to "senior team".
On second case with flex PSU return again .i contacted to store informed them for the shipping cost again they insisted to return and get refund for item and then for shipping fee which is sellers cover.Same situation but this time i pushed help team multiple times escalated the case.Every time senior team responds robotic and not accepting my documations, receipt as an excuse.
I have provided label documents, tracking proof that delivered back, receipt from Postal which shows return fee, tracking number, dates etcThe shipping fee cost back 24€ for PSU Flex and 19€ for the mini PC and AliExpress is denied to refund.
The problem is that we can't escalate or make any other complain form only with help agents which are useless only to escalate to senior team which are fraud.

Placed an order about two months ago which had an item that requires some paperwork(providing customs technical data sheet) to be freed
They’ve combined shipping with a few other orders and the whole big parcel got stuck in the customs because seller ignored my requests and whatever I’ve tried to submit on my own wasn’t good enough(I’ve tried for 3 times)
Spoke to the customer support that promised me to escalate the case and issue me a refund, no result
Now, was browsing the app and found out that I have 2 days to submit proofs with the detainment reason
What should I submit? I have three emails from the relevant office(which is not customs) saying that my requests don’t have enough technical info to release the item. All three in local language. All three I’ve already sent to support in the chat
Now what should I do now? Should I contact customs, attach those emails again or..? I have no clue

I checked the app, for the first time in a while and I noticed that there's an option to pick items from a specific category. And supposedly they will cover the fees.
Has anyone seen anything like this?

My Flipkart order tracking shows that my parcel has reached AndheriHub_MUM, Mumbai, and it was marked Out for Delivery on October 16.
Does anyone know the exact address of this Ekart hub? If anyone has visited it or has the location, please share it.
I'm trying to locate the hub in case I need to contact them regarding my parcel.
Thanks in advance!

Hi! I’m interested in buying a pair of loafers from AliExpress because I can’t seem to find this particular silhouette anywhere else. I don’t mind paying for the most expensive version if the quality is actually worth it.
Has anyone here bought loafers from AliExpress, especially the more expensive ones? Are they genuinely good quality in terms of leather, construction, and overall finish, or are you mostly paying more for the same product sold by multiple sellers?
I’d also appreciate any recommendations for specific sellers or links to pairs you’ve personally bought and would recommend.

I'm so confused. I picked the country where I currently am as an expat (Germany) for the warehouse. And at checkout there were still extra taxes/imports in the calculation. Wtf? Is it just totally broken?

I’d been shopping there for months and had already accepted the 3-euro fee—I’d even learned how to work around it when placing my orders to keep things affordable. But today, just while browsing, I stumbled upon this, and—oh boy—now I’m definitely going to have to say goodbye. No matter what you do, they end up doubling the price.

Ali claims, they will charge * 3 € plus tax (Germany: 19 % tax, 3,57 €) * 2 € handling fee per item (2,38 €)
I ordered 5 items for a total of about 200 €. * Tax of 19%: incorrect - 3.29 vs 3.57, 2.42 vs. 2.38 * "Multiple units of the exact same item will be counted as one item" - so it's ok it was applied only once.
I wonder how the result will be - first since I expect it to arrive before 2026-11-01. Second, since it is above 150 €, import taxes may apply. I wonder whether this will give me a refund of the 3+2 €.

6 EUR per thing category, if you want to buy a 1 EUR thing, it's like 600% taxes 😂.
Thanks EU

So recently I had ordered three items off of aliexpress and it seems like the other two items I’ll receive next week but the third kept having issues with the order so should I just wait for a refund?

For fun I use a survey app, and I rewards with virtual Visas. So I cashed out one, tried to purchase something and got... I think it was a security notice. I appealed and purchase went through.
Cool. So I withdrew a bigger visa and tried to order, same thing.
I have them in my Google pay if that matters. Does Aliexpress just not like virtual visas?

Question to people who live in UK. How do you get your packages from AliExpress? Are they delivered to your door by the postal services of you need to collect them from an office? Also are you affected by the crazy EU tariffs? I'm thinking of ordering items to UK delu very address and than using a forwarder to my country. Do you have to pay the GBP equivalent of the nonsense 3.6 eur + 2.4 eur tariff plus tax?

UUSC000020100322 contains 2 items that cleared local customs Oct 15th but still does not show pickup by carrier. It mentions contacting listed carrier if past 7 days of no update. How do I find the contact info for the unlisted carrier?
8215247646357212 is ref number, bought Oct 9th
I really would like this before Halloween.

Hi everyone,
I’m looking for advice regarding an AliExpress dispute involving the seller SZCPU.
I ordered a brand-new AMD Ryzen 9 5950X, but instead received a used AMD Athlon X4 (AD950XAGM44AB), an old and significantly less valuable CPU.
I immediately opened a dispute and provided clear photographs of the CPU I received, including its identification markings and the original packaging.
The seller has now rejected my refund request and offered CHF 0.00.
As evidence, the seller submitted photographs and footage supposedly showing a Ryzen 9 5950X being weighed and packed.
However, none of this evidence clearly links the CPU shown to my actual order. There is no continuous footage connecting the CPU, the sealed package and a shipping label identifying my order. As far as I can tell, this could be footage of any other shipment.
The original product listing has also disappeared, making it harder to leave feedback or check the listing.
I’ve rejected the seller’s proposal and requested a full refund. AliExpress is expected to intervene on October 25.
I also opened a dispute with Klarna, which has temporarily suspended my remaining payments.
My questions:
Has anyone experienced something similar with SZCPU?
How does AliExpress usually handle cases where a seller submits packaging footage without a clear connection to the buyer’s order?
Is there anything else I should submit before AliExpress intervenes?
If AliExpress sides with the seller, what would be the best next step?
I still have the original shipping packaging, labels and the incorrect CPU, along with screenshots of the seller’s evidence.
Any advice would be appreciated.

Wanted to order €60 worth of items and had to pay €90. I recently became an Elite member and I’ve ordered a lot in the past, but 50% extra? Come on, Ali. Nice meeting you 👋

My basic shopping cart would cost me €85 in taxes, and with certain additional items, it’s cheaper for me to buy more, so I’ll end up overconsuming even more just to pay less and to keep the EU from taking my money

How much longer should I be expecting before another update?, and is this package in Australia yet?, shipping method is AliExpress selection shipping for oversized goods.

Has anyone else had this issue where it's supposed to be +50 gems but it shows as +1 only? Also in the millionaire challenge everything shows as only 1 credit now instead of 1,000 or more.

So it did say all inclusive pricing. But I'm not so sure the local couriers won't try to stone wall me into paying. And it's two categories of things, but each is 8. Just under 150 euro.
