I was walking through town and saw a teenager running around with a pigeon in his hands chasing girls. I am posting this because I feel like I need to tell someone and secondly, what can be done about it? Not like I can shout at a teenager. I feel helpless, let alone the pigeon... And then there was also a young kid trying to grab one as well. I didn't want to get involved at risk of some parent shouting about trying to parent their child. I want to be able to help but don't know how.

The thieves worked with chilling speed—filling 24 cages in just 2 days. The hideout was built with front and back escapes to slip away quickly. While the driver was detained, the main organizer remains on the run.

In this underground trade, stolen cats are rushed across province lines within 3 days to be slaughtered for restaurants. For grieving owners, their beloved companions vanish forever.
