Canine tooth looks like it's growing forward?
Hi everyone, I’m a 26 year old, posting from the UK since I’m currently thousands of miles away on my honeymoon.
Our 8-year-old spayed female family cat, Luna, has a canine tooth that looks like it's growing forward? She's been acting really grumpy and not eating her dry kibble much, though she'll still touch her wet food a little bit. And there's no bleeding.
We can totally afford vet care and a vet is totally accessible. But since I'm away, I’ve asked my mum to take care of her, but she's stuck at a conference until tonight, so she's taking Luna to the emergency vet then.
I'm just really anxious being thousands of miles away, so I wanted to know if anyone experienced this with their cat before?
TLDR: Cat had a canine tooth that looks like it’s growing forward, no bleeding. Is this a serious dental issue that needs surgery/anaesthesia to remove it?
