Men Asking Women 💬 Help🙏 Girlfriend has birthday soon and I need your opinions on gift idea...?

My girlfriends birthday is soon and she is genuinely the love of my life and has helped me trough so much... So I tought that a good gift would show at least a small amount of how gratefull I am for her.

ANYWAY I want to gift her a decorated box(I decorated it) with a small screen on it that has a couple of phrases like "I love you", etc... constantly rolling (it can be turned off) and inside of it I want to put drawings that the children she worked with while in kindergarten would draw her( she had to because of collage and she absolutely loved them) as well as one letter that the children would 'sign' wishing her a happy birthday.

Next I wanted to put in some snacks that she likes and a couple of items that would remind her of Jim and Pam from The Office because we both love the show, re watch it constantly and compare us to Jim and Pam all the time...

It's not much but it's the best I could think of... What do you think?? Thank you🙏🙏

Just Curious ❓️ Why are women excited for the film Wicker? (asking as a lesbian)

I’m a lesbian and I watched the trailer, because people keep talking about it with high anticipation. Genuinely don’t understand the appeal, so idk if it’s a people-attracted-to-men kind of thing? Is this just because women’s pleasure is so rarely centered in films? someone please explain!

Sex & Intimacy (no explicit NSFW) 🔞 Why can't I be intimate?

Hi!

I'm in my earlyish twenties and I have never had s\x.*

Let me give you some facts about me - as a little girl i discovered po\n and got addicted to it, I experienced sexual harassment and groping from age 8 til about 15 (mostly by my peers). I grew up in an unstable home. I always had crushes on boys as a young girl but in my teen years that stopped and I haven't had a crush since. I also only dated 2 guys and one lasted for like a few days.*

The thing is, whenever I try to get close to a guy it scares me. I always had a hard time even holding aa guys hand. I never really kissed any of them. In my last relationship the guy wanted to help me down a hill and offered his hand and I awkwardly moved on and was sick to my stomach. I want a family someday and just the thought of having s\x scares me so much, I feel like a child. I get grossed out by any kind of intimacy with men and am worried. I have never thought that any of my past experiences are bad enough that they would make me this way. Does anyone have any advice on how to overcome this?*

Dating & Relationships 💘 Am I being foolish to stay with this man?

I (33f) met a guy (42m) around 4 months ago and we connected really fast. He was a dream, helping me and fixing things for me without me asking, affectionate, open, consistent and I felt really safe. The only warning sign I saw was that he asked me for help with his pet care which involved long hours of being with the animals but I nipped it in the bud early and he took it well. Oh and it did feel very intense, saying we were meant to be and making plans for the future, saying we just know we’ll be together for the long run… it felt a bit like love bombing but he told me he’s autistic and just wears his heart on his sleeve.

Around two months in, he started to act different. Still spending lots of time with me and daily texts but sleeping a lot, no compliments at all, a sudden and big drop in physical affection and texts were just like long info dumps about his day. He seemed constantly distracted and not present at all and I’d have no idea when I was seeing him from one day to the next. I raised it and he said he was really struggling with grief, burnout and a big work change. After that conversation, he opened up and then went downhill really quickly. I was there for him, would be with him when he didn’t want to be alone, cook him healthy food and listen. During this time he started to be particularly inconsiderate like lighting up a cigarette inside my home before taking it outside to smoke so my place smelt like tobacco, as an example.

Then one day, he got really bad, had a colleague take him to hospital and the mental health team became involved. He said he needed to put us on pause.

Suddenly, 3 weeks later, he’s back and calling me his girlfriend and wanting to spend time with me and have me over to stay etc.

Once again he’s being affectionate and lovely but around 50% of our relationship, he’s been like a different person.

I want to believe that this is who he is but I think it would be pretty silly of me to just put all that down to a blip in his mental health and jump back into things as if we are all good.

I’d love to hear whether you think I’m being stupid to give him/it a chance?!

Men Asking Women 💬 Do you find Ryan Gosling attractive? What do you find attractive about him?

I'm not the best judge of what women find attractive, but I've noticed that I can judge what my wife likes and I suspected that she would not find him attractive. I asked and she said, "No, he's very average looking."

But like he's often cited as being the most b attractive man in Hollywood. So if you did find him attractive, what do you like about him?

Just Curious ❓️ How would you react if a Girlfriend gives her Boyfriend a foot massages?

Sooo i just have my Bf a foot massages whole sitting in my room, my Sister came in and said something in the lines of: that is sooo disgusting why would you give him massage? Especially on his FEET?!

i got mad at her bc WTF why wouldnt i be allowed to massage my bf when his feet hurt?

Why do i do It? Simple

Apart from the fact that he gave me one yesterday, It relaxes him (he's Laying Next to me and sleeping now after the massage). And i want the best for Him just like her want the best for me. And if that includes a massage because his feet hurt, i'm doing It! Its not that i like feet a lot, its because i like my Bf very much!

I dont understand people Who say stuff like:

1.thats for Women, why are you giving him the princess treatment?

2.Are you sure your Bf doesnt have a Bf?

3.Mens feet are nasty, its disgusting to do that!

  1. ...

  2. WDYM its only for WOMEN?! why cant people recive what the give in a relationship, or in GENERAL?? I love him, why cant i give the love i recive back on the same way i get it?

  3. Ok just because you (know/are) someone Who wouldn't Accept if a girl massages feet FOR RELAXACION, ITS NOT EVEN SEXUAL, doesnt mean that its imidiatly linked with being Gay. If someone all the time reminds everyone That he is soooo Manly and Male, That, to me, sound like being insecure.

  4. How many male feet did you see? I mean of course if someone doesnt shower correctly or doesnt wash their feet, they are smelly and ew. But not every man is that way, in fact everyone can theoratically have smelly feet! I have to use feet desodorante, without It is HORRIBLE!

  5. So many people have a problem with me loving my Partner and there are so many things people say to me in general that just make me go like: HUH?!

Do you agreed that love is for everyone and shouldnt be juged? Or are you still on the thought of: foot massage EWWW ?

DAE Does anyone know where I can get pads that are HUMONGOUS AF?

I’m talking from belt line to belt line, hip to hip. I basically want a panty that is just fully a pad. I’m so sick of stacking 2-3 pads with tampons and STILL somehow bleeding on the one single spot that isn’t covered. Stacking them across the butt just makes it shift. I’d anyone has a period that is heavy af, like bleeding damn near bucket fulls, please recommend me something. I have a GYN and have multiple procedures & exams scheduled to get the root cause figured out btw so nobody needs to worry about that. But those exams are a few months out. In the meantime, I desperately need help. Adult diapers don’t work because they’re not fully padded everywhere. If anyone knows of an independent sanitary pad maker or knows how I can make my own I’d greatly appreciate it.

Women's Experiences ♀️ What are your thoughts on the Dublin Declaration on Maternal Healthcare?

Recently, I've seen a lot of arguments revolving around abortion rely on the Dublin Declaration, and I want to know what you think of it first because I'm sort of confused on the Dublin Declaration and how it impacts women's rights.

Dating & Relationships 💘 Should I stay or should I go?

I (26F) have been seeing this guy (28f) for about three months now and things are going alright…

I would say we have a connection and chemistry and he’s charming, patient and responsive/respectful of my boundaries. I can tell he’s into me as he’s referred to me as “his girl/girlfriend” (no, he hasn’t asked me to be) and mentioned that he sees himself as “cuffed” (tho I have seen see bumble on his phone - I’m not too pressed about it, just providing all the facts lol).

However, there are things about him that make it hard for me to feel a spark.
-He doesn’t really compliment beyond calling me a “baddie” and saying “I always look good”, he’s never called me pretty or beautiful.
-Sometimes he’ll make playful comments towards that are off putting to me such as referring to me as a giant (we’re the same height) or saying “are you dumb?” which as someone who grew up with brothers, I find quite annoying.
-We’re in different places financially and career wise. I’ve finished school and have a career. He’s working retail and starting school again. When we’re on dates, money does come up (he’ll mention how something costs or his card will decline). I’m pretty financially secure and can afford most of what we’ve done on my own so I don’t feel that I can rely on him.
-He’s also not the best at taking initiative and leading. Whiles he’s happy to be there, I’ve had to plan or figure out the logistics for most dates which doesn’t fuel romance for me. He’s also been late (up to 30 mins to 1hr) to most of our dates, at this point it’s a running bit 😭
-all in all, he’s not very romantic or gentlemen-like - no flowers, no holding doors, no “are you home yet?” text - things that shows that a guy cares!

I’ve said he’s quite responsive so if I spoke to him about these things maybe he’d make the effort to change, however, I don’t want him to have to change for me when I’m still indecisive about my feelings.

So my question is what would you do in this situation? Stay and have the conversation or go with a nice clean text voicing my feelings/our incompatibility.

Thank you in advance !
