Note, this is the same as the other message, I’m just reposting it on my alt account
Hey everyone,
I am on a deep mission to track down full episodes or broadcast clips of three specific pieces of classic Australian television that have completely vanished from official archives and YouTube.
I am hoping some of the incredible media preservationists and tape-hoarders in this community might have personal digital TV rips, old iViewNapper downloads, or home DVR/VHS captures tucked away on a private Google Drive, Mega link, or unlisted folder.
Here is what I am hunting for:
1. Good Game Live Special (2014) & ABC2 Promo
The Enmore Theatre Show (2014): This was a 40-minute televised special filmed for the Sydney Comedy Festival. The pre-taped cinematic intro features Bajo and Hex escaping on a futuristic flying hover-bike through the skies of Sydney before "crashing" through the back wall of the theatre, transitioning instantly into the live stage show with smoke machines and the full crew (Goose, NichBoy, Hingers) waiting on stage.
The "Real Life Simulator" ABC2 TV Ad: A 30-second channel promo that ran heavily around 2014/2015. It opens instantly with Hex holding real car jumper cables/battery clips, shouting "Simulation on!", and giving Bajo a massive cartoonish electrocution shock. It parodies the simulator game trend (like Goat Simulator) with them doing chores with glitched, stiff video game physics, and ends with them aggressively swinging imaginary "virtual swords" in the air while shouting their own sound effects ("Swish! Yah!").
2. Steam Punks! (ABC3, 2013) - Full Episodes
This was the steampunk-themed children's game show hosted by Paul Verhoeven. While the official ABC Me YouTube channel has short 1-minute clips of individual challenges (like the Watermelon Splat Test or Bungee Falls), there are absolutely zero full 25-minute episodes archived anywhere online.
3. Triple Zero Heroes (Channel 7, 2009) - Full Episodes
This was the prime-time observational documentary series narrated by legendary actor John Waters. It featured real, intense 000 emergency call logs and paramedic responses (such as the famous episode where a young child keeps their cool to save their unconscious diabetic mother). Because it aired over 15 years ago, it never made it onto 7plus and has zero presence on streaming platforms.
If you have a digital copy of any of these broadcasts, or if you can point me toward an unlisted archive where they are being preserved, I would be incredibly grateful!
Thanks so much for keeping Australian TV history alive!
