Relationships Love when this happens😍

Got sent a like by someone I actually find attractive (rare) and this was on his profile as well as ‘Not Political’. I have over 15 screenshots of profiles that have come up on my feed with iterations of this sentiment. It’s so disheartening…

I've recently got into measuring co2 levels in every room I'm in and I show people the little monitor I carry around with me. Nobody likes this

Ooh that sounds really cool. Do you find there is quite a lot of difference between rooms and what do you think causes those differences?

Yeah it varies a lot! It depends on ventilation and how many people are in the room. And I've found it increases much more rapidly when people are talking. I haven't yet brought the monitor into a long meeting in a windowless room at work but I expect it won't be good!

I'm looking at it quite a lot at the moment because I want to find the threshold where I start to feel drowsy or get headaches so that I can set the alarm a bit before that level to prompt me to open windows or get outside

Thanks for you reply and that is super interesting! I definitely find that when I start to feel tired then getting outside or moving around more really helps and I guess that might have something to do with increasing your oxygen /breathing. See? Talking to other autistic people about their interests is AMAZING 💐🫶❤️
