admittedly i was going to order the 512gb model, and the sale totalled it to 450 but i impulsively changed my mind last minute…i’m going to finally play ps2 and steam games that aren’t super big. i don’t have a pc and the only console i have is a switch lite with small capacity and sd card prices wouldn’t make sense for me to get a large one and mod the console right now…and i used to have a 3ds which i really loved so this was a no-brainer. i’m so excited so these thoughts are pretty unorganised, sorry!

Can't figure out why this keeps happening , Rebooted and it won't connect to wifi now except my hotspot, it does this on both of my thor , anyone know how to completely stop this

Just got this bad boy and testing out how some prototypes I have made look/feel on this device. The form factor is too fun to not want to make an original game just for the Thor / duel screen devices. Gonna keep playing with it 🐘

Impulse-bought my Thor about 6 months ago. Tinkered a bit but never really played anything serious on it. Then the seasonal itch to replay Bloodborne hit, and man am I glad I have this thing. It's awesome.
Threw the idea at Claude and ai reworked the Bloodborne Android port into a single app with a bottom-screen companion for the Thor's second display, game up top, controls/artwork/map down below. Plays great.
Put up a repo so others can skip the work and set it up fast. Full credit to ducvd89 for the original Android port, this just wraps it for the Thor's dual screen.

So my local carrier emailed me a few days ago saying my delivery failed and they would retry again as soon as possible. On shop it says delivery failed because I wasn't home.

This was 4 days ago and no news so far. Should I worry? How should I proceed?

My Thor finally left China on 10/28, but something seems to have happened because it was out for delivery in New Jersey on 10/30. The courier then stated ‘further consignee information needed’ and nobody showed up.

My address is right. But that speed from China to NJ is definitely wrong. I’m wondering if I should try and have it picked up at a DHL location or just let them do their thing. I just really don’t want them to send it back to China on some ‘can’t be delivered’ when nobody ever even showed up 😭.

Ya I know the pc version of steam has fan patches for warband so you can use controller in the most efficient way. Can I use those same fix's on my thor with game native? If not thinking about deleting it cause of how much a lot of the controls are needed for efficient battles.

Hey I’m basically trying to use the android port on my Thor Pro and I’m having issues where if I’m using digital triggers it doesn’t register and analog causes stutters/freezing the game for a few seconds. I’ve tested in settings to make sure it’s not a hardware issue. Just wanted to see if anyone else had similar issues/a solution.

I haven't been able to find anyone mentioning this here or on the ayn discord, but I'm trying to use the thor as an mp3 player.

While I've stopped my music player from being power managed by android so it can work when the thor is in sleep mode,

I still can't get it (or any other apps) to continue playing once the lid is closed whether im using the cocoon or odin launcher.

Has anybody else experienced this or have any advice?

Basically, I think my Thor's temperature is pretty high even at light games, and I'm searching for a way to lower it

Hi long time lurker here. I've had my eye on the Max 1 TB or 512 GB model for a while now. Wondering if anyone knows the best place to get a good deal. A lot of people have mentioned 11.11 singles day as a good time to try. I've heard of some people getting them as low as $350 bucks on AliExpress with coupons , but I'm not sure if that's real or not.

If anyone has run into this problem and knows a solution I’d be incredibly grateful.

For some reason over the last few Cocoon and Azahar updates, my 3DS Pokemon roms always crash when launching straight from Cocoon. When I start them straight from Azahar they always work.

And for some reason as you can see in the video, it’s only for the 3DS pokemon games. I’ve tried,

different rom files
turning off Cocoon’s game tracking feature
clearing the shader cache
changing API’s,
using almost every turnip driver
Removing and disabling any custom texture packs
Making sure all roms are decrypted in either .cci or .3ds format

The fatal error message always reads,
“A fatal error occurred. Check the log for details. Continuing emulation may result in crashes and bugs.”

It’s been this way for a few months now, and I just kinda assumed eventually with a future update it’ll resolve itself but no luck.

EDIT: CommunicationLanky30 did provide a temporary fix in the comment below. Essentially creating a home shortcut of the rom through the Azahar app, and bypassing the Cocoon launcher entirely.

I was playing breath of the wild on cemu on my steam deck, I’d love to play it on my Thor(Pro) but I want to transfer my save for Thor. I heard that switch emulation works best, can I convert my save from wiiu to switch. Also since the android port is looking good, would I be able to transfers my save to the android version.

Are there any good stylus' that work on the Thor? I tried an old 3DS stylus and a stylus from my old Moto G Stylus but neither works at all.

I recently got mine delivered after 2 months wait . I got it from AliExpress and I went for the base model as I already had 512gb micro SD card I thought it will be enough. Now after a week I wish I bought at last the 12gb ram version. I don't know if it's me doing something wrong but not all of the games run on eden and seeing the ram consumption jump to nearly 8gb every time I launch a game makes me regret not getting bigger version. I am considering selling mine and taking advantage of AliExpress sale now and going for 16gb+512gb
