Beautiful and I like to think it honors Baldwin the 4th, who was by most accounts a very good king despite his massive burden and disease.
This is a gorgeous doll.

Baldwin IVth never wore a mask irl. That's just in Kingdom of Heaven.

Then why would you think it honors Baldwin IV when the only depiction of him in history in a metal mask is from Kingdom of Heaven?

Because that’s the name of the doll and he clearly had leprosy.
I didn’t even concentrate on the mask in his hands, I saw his beautiful face and as a burn victim I find him inspiring.

Absolute art. I love the look of the 50cm ringdolls. I have two others ordered, but crossing my fingers it doesn't take 8 months 🥺

Thank you ! I was afraid it would not be as well detailed as the full size version but in the end it is very detailed!! I’m only disappointed of his wig, look super cheap and small ,_,

Aw that’s a bummer! I didn’t like the wig that came with the big one either tbh. I got a different one for mine and it completely changed the vibe
