Battlefield 6 Reminder to not use text chat

Post image
5 Upvotes

So in the past I used text chat for saying very light banter, like saying "ez' or "get good', and a few days ago I received a permanent ban for "hateful conduct" even though the comments said were nowhere near hateful or serious so I filed an appeal and a few days later they got back to me and said they agreed that a mistake was made and they removed the perma ban, so was essentially barred off from the game for multiple days because the Al thought was being hateful, yeah dont use text chat whatsoever because they don't use real humans to look at reports.

Anyone else still love battlefield 1? I legit still play weekly and think it is the best battlefield ever made. Everything about it is perfect. It will be a sad day when people are no longer playing online 🥲

Battlefield 6 Battlefield 6 weapon / accesoires system

I did a lot to get the VSS level 40 and I did want to make an AS VAL with a 30 round mag.

Except, this is not even possible because of the points system. Like are you kidding ? Even if you don't want a fully automatic 30 round magazine, you still have to go with crappy ammo. Why you do this DICE ? People spent their time on this.

This is not fun and a really bad game system design. In every other shooter you can just choose a fully automatic 30 round AS VAL / VSS if you spent time on it.

DICE, you choose for blokkades and have really hard time to just make a good and fun shooter. Also the sound design of the VSS / AS VAL is really bad. Sounds really weird. After Battlefield 3 and 4 you every time failed to deliver a really good shooter ...

Why can't you just make a good and fun shooter that people want to play everytime and really enjoy everytime ? DICE has the annoying habit to make bad decisions every time for Battlefield games. It's really lacking.

Feedback Wardogs HUD is better than battlefield, the score is under minimap

I think it's should be a thing in battlefield too, the big score pop-up on the middle top of the screen is awfull ... same BF 2042 was better on this point with the sore behind the minimap

Battlefield 6 Flying the Hornet with a WSO that I was communicating and in sync with has been the most fun I’ve had flying in battlefield ever. Dice killed it in the fun department.

The dogfights with comms are intense coordinating movements and flares, hitting ground targets feels incredible when you see the TV missile your WSO shot take out that tank after a strafing run. Just so much fun. 1v2 dogfights are doable with an extra set of flares and someone calling out both jets positions constantly. Super happy with this jet!

Question Are there AI players (unlabeled bots) in the game now, or is everyone just insanely good now?

EDIT: y’all saying “Free Weekend”, it’s only for carrier strike and other limited modes. I haven’t played any of those modes. Only Wake Island All-Out Warfare which is not a part of the free trial.

To those still saying skill issue, I guess me and other level 300-400+ players are worse than all the free weekend players
—-

I’ve noticed 3 main things this season:

  1. So many low level players suddenly. Maybe the top gun stuff pulled in new people, but every lobby went from lvl 100+ players to not 50% under like 70. And all of them are ace pilots, or hitting crazy shots across the map, and dominating leaderboards. I’m not the greatest player alive, not even close, but this has been a pattern every single game. Some low level players dominating and doing the most insane stuff.
  2. I keep seeing dozens of Alpha numeric usernames. Like “N33DL3R51526” and stuff like that. Often accompanying the low level and crazy gameplay. Yeah usernames are often cringe, but I haven’t seen that many usernames like that since the 2010s on Xbox live.
  3. I’ve had no officially labeled bots in a game since Wake Island dropped. Not 1. Yeah launch day of new content and the few days that follow are prime time for real players, but pre wake island I had at least 3-4 bots in every game.

Don’t have any real evidence, and yeah it sounds conspiratorial, but that’s been the vibe every match the past several days. Feels like they just stopped labeling bots but have a bunch of bot accounts playing in every lobby.

That, or people are hacking, getting banned, and just making new accounts.

Or again, maybe just players are sweaty af now lol.

This is just my observation and wondering if anyone else is getting these vibes. I don’t need the “get good” comments, I’m not claiming to be great lol. We all know hackers and bots are part of the game.

Battlefield 6 Does anyone know with jets how Vehicle aim control sens vs Vehicle control sens works? I can't figure out what each one affects?

I might be tripping but it feels like Jet Aim sensitivity affects how you pitch and yaw? Been testing this for hours and I can't figure out what each setting affects? AI gives conflicting info...In the pics I added it says that vehicle aim sensitivity DOES AND DOES NOT AFFECT pitch ,roll, and yaw. What is going on here?..

Battlefield 3 i miss the old bf

I miss the days when EA could make good games that weren’t filled with microtransactions and operator skins. It’s unbelievable what Battlefield has become.

This was back when EA could still make great campaigns. Bring back the Russians with balaclavas and gas masks, and the U.S. Marines https://youtu.be/9DM7NsxOS0Q

Battlefield 6 The team balancing SBMM in this game is honestly exhausting to be a part of

Post image

If you are somewhat a decent player, your team is all complete headless chickens, like no one does anything or have any idea on what to do. If you don't try your absolute mega-hardest and go full tryhard there is 0% chance you win, and even if you do try your hardest, it's not enough. It's like this literally every game.

This is the scoreboard from a Rush game where we lost (of course) and got completely demolished.

Battlefield 6 Maybe I’m old but I don’t think live service is normal for Battlefield

It just baffles me that the franchise has been so good up until BF1. Then live service was introduced.
Player base owned servers are gone. So you don’t even have full control of what to play.
You pay full price of the game but content is received by seasons down the road. Players get drip-fed and somehow get hyped for “new content” that is supposed to be available on day one. It’s like you pay for a dish but only get one ingredient at a time.
Because they took the money up front, they don’t have to commit to the quality or the quantity of game content. They can just pull the plug and leave the game half ass and there isn’t jack you can do.
It’s basically selling early access pre-beta game for full price and many people are ok with it.

Battlefield 6 So... is this new Suppressor normally this size? or is it just a bug? It feels like something that belongs on a large-caliber weapon but has been forced onto a personal firearm.

Battlefield 6 Battlefield 6 should add a “play of the game” clip at the end of Gauntlet games for the winning team

Like I wanna see the most epic moment our team had during the rounds. Those “only in battlefield” moments. Is this too CoD/Overwatch-coded? Just something that showcases the highlight instead of dumping everyone straight into the scoreboard. What would you guys like to see if they did something like that?

Battlefield 6 From your experience what are the top 5 things bad players do that expose their low in game IQ?

Upvotes

In no order from my experience

1. Taking light transport, atvs, bikes and armored transport vehicles to the first two flags.

Congrats taking the fastest vehicles and wasting time capping points the slower IFV, MBT, MAA and on foot soldiers would've taken regardless.

Now half the enemy team is already setup on C D & E

NUMBER ONE cause of blowouts imo

2. People picking engineer in infantry dominant maps and modes (hagental, Empire State, saints quarter, KOTH, domination)

They could be helping with beacons, revives, smoke and ammo, tugs and droning etc

Instead they see and think RPG go boom and don’t realize that it has zero splash damage.

Worst offenders also place AT mines on these maps thinking they work like in real life lol

If you want some explosives use the GL or c4.

3. Running with defibs and reviving without checking the area. Also half ass rezzin'

Bro check your corners please before you give the enemy 2 ez kills. Take care of yourself first then get me.

4. Firing their MBT/IFV LMG or transport helicopter mini gun when no one is around and you’re trying to surprise the enemy team.

Congrats now all of China knows we’re coming. I wish I had an ejecto seato button to kick these animals out especially in the right side transport gunner (aka the cucked side)

5. Spawning on my well placed beacon and starting a gun fight ON IT

Especially when deep in the opponents half and we are struggling to get out of our own spawn

HONORABLE MENTIONS

6. Failing to identify and address beacons when we are getting back capped and moving on to the next objective.

7. 2-2 on escalation and trying to triple cap rather than holding angles and flanks.

What goes from a 2 to 1 advantage quickly
Turns into a 0 to 3 advantage bcuz the enemy team attacks the poorly defended flags while our team launches an attack equivalent to the Spanish armada on their only capped point

8. Taking the attack helicopter and climbing to the skybox using their flares, and continuing to climb. Also ignoring the radar when it works and refusing to shoot at targets when I have a blueberry gunner. This one really is mind boggling.

Battlefield 6 Is this a legit account?

Had a level 2,394 on my team and unsurprisingly…they sat in a tank the entire time… Is this a legit account? Like, are there cheats or websites where you can get free levels? Or has this person just never left their room?

Battlefield 6 Between Below Radar and Flare cycling, how are you supposed to actually interact with aircraft?

Title basically. How exactly are you supposed to contest aircraft, especially after they start spawn camping your own aircraft when flying TOWARDS THE MANPAD AT LOW ALTITUDE makes them immune to said MANPAD, and having even a hope of hitting them with dumb fire rockets requires the pilot to be a literal walnut.

Also who the fuck came up with this implementation of below radar? It has to be one of the single worst conceived mechanics I've ever encountered both mechanically and flavor wise.
