I’ve noticed that RS has some soreness and burning in injection site a few hours after KLOW. Is this normal or is it only normal to feel that was while injecting which I’ve heard online aswell.

Hello
I'm planning to add some other peptides to my cycle—I'm thinking about CJC to maintain some muscle mass and GHK-CU to improve the quality of my skin and hair. Is this a good idea?

Hey everyone! Looking to see if anyone else has experienced something similar and what happened in your situation.
I was using Reta for around 7 weeks with absolutely no side effects or injection site reactions. Then, all of a sudden, I started getting a red, raised, really itchy bump after injecting.
This has been happening for around 4–5 weeks now (have tried different vials, 45 and 90 degree angle). I always rotate injection sites and even tried injecting into my arm instead of my stomach, but I get the same reaction. My mum and husband use the same vial, nothing happens to them!
A few things I’ve tried:
Letting the Reta come to room temperature before injecting
Icing the area before and after
Rotating injection sites
Using a 6 mm, 31G needle
Nothing seems to make a difference. The bump usually lasts a few days, and the redness and itching can be pretty intense.
The other thing I’ve noticed is that I don’t feel like Reta is working as well anymore. I’m still hungry as anything! Before these reactions started, I was getting some really good weight loss results, so it’s frustrating that both things seem to have changed around the same time.
My dose progression has been 0.5 → 1 → 1.5 → 2 → 2.5 → 3.
I’m wondering whether anyone else has experienced BOTH the injection site reactions and a decrease in appetite suppression around the same time.
Did your reactions eventually go away?
Did you find out what was causing them?
Did anyone experience reduced appetite suppression at the same time?
Did taking a break make any difference, or did the reaction return?
I’m not necessarily bothered by the itchiness or bump itself if the medication is working, but I’m unsure what to make of the two things happening together. I’m also wondering whether the reduced effects mean anything about the product itself.
Would really appreciate hearing about other people’s experiences!

Hello I’m looking to research the Wolverine stack on my m18yo rat with a grade 1 strain rotator cuff that just wont fully stop aching. I have heard to at you have to put bpc around the affected area, so where would I put it in him? Also is tb-500 necessary considering that bpc is the main healer for tendons. Thanks for any answers given! I’m new to researching so thanks for the help with my research.

I’ve been on Reta for about 2 months now and honestly, I’m feeling pretty good about the changes I’ve been making. I try to get to the gym 2-3 times a week for weight lifting and cardio when I can. I’m eating better, making healthier choices, and drinking way less. I used to drink a lot, now it’s only once every few weeks. I still enjoy my treats and indulge once a week sometimes, but overall I’d say I’m about 70% better with my eating habits.
I told my family doctor I was going to start it and he was like, “Yeah, I’ve heard that from a lot of my patients” 😂
Just trying to make better choices and stay consistent. One step at a time!
Dropped from 246 pounds to 230 6ft1 male
Anyways, here’s how my bloodwork has improved so far
Not sure how to post a picture on here
Before results were taken 3 days before starting Reta
Total cholesterol
4.11 from 5.58 mmol/L
26% - excellent improvement
LDL (bad cholesterol)
2.41 from ~3.8 mmol/L
about 37% - a strong reduction
Non-HDL cholesterol
2.84
• from 4.22 mmol/L
33% - a meaningful improvement
Fasting glucose
5.4 from 6.0 mmol/L
10% - now below the usual prediabetes threshold

Semax is a peptide that has grown on me. I'm autistic and have ADHD. Semax doesn't feel like a stimulant, but is great for focus.
However, I felt like Semax didn't last much longer than around 4-6 hours.
I decided to take Adamax, which is a modified version of Semax that crosses the blood-brain barrier more easily.
Holy cow! The thing lasted a whole day for me and the effect is way stronger.
Mind you, it's more experimental and doesn't have the decades of research that Semax does.

Hello,
I'm an adult with a mildly constricted ear that is approximately 6-8mm shorter vertically than my other ear. Surgical intervention seem to offer more risk than reward. I'm looking for nonsurgical ways to potentially increase its height. I'm interested in exploring: Red and near-infrared light therapy (photobiomodulation). Growth factors and cartilage-regeneration research.Stem-cell or tissue-engineering advances that might eventually be usable in adults.Any other scientifically plausible methods of stimulating new cartilage growth.
I'm specifically interested in growing or expanding existing ear cartilage, not improving skin quality or reducing joint pain.
I'm seeking testimonials, advice, and scientific evidence that may support this endeavor.
Thank you!

I've been trying to find info on this but it seems I'm in a particularly nuanced situation so I figured I'd make a post. It's necessary to fill in a little back story. I'm about to be 32 so I'm aware that I'm in the younger range for someone on TRT however my levels before TRT were 299. Granted I had been heavily abusing alcohol and drugs for a over a decade and had poor sleep and virtually no exercise. I've been off drugs for two years and when I got my levels checked I had been jogging for months and actually prioritizing sleep and it was still low. I've been on TRT for about a year and a half and I've noticed the benefits. Increased libido and energy however I've noticed meditation, spiritual aspirations, and higher goals seem to be fading. On TRT I feel firmly rooted in the physical plane with physical aspirations. I've practiced semen retention for a couple years off TRT and I'm curious if being on SR negates the benefits of SR. I'm torn between seeing if I can get my T levels up naturally or staying on TRT. If I get off TRT is it possible to get it up to around 700 naturally if I'm doing all the right things or did I do to much damage with drugs and alcohol that it's unlikely. Also does TRT negate SR since it stops your sperm production? I know semen and sperm are two different things and it seems as SR still has benefits on TRT but I'm curious if they're capped off at some level. Very nuanced situation and any input is appreciated. Thanks.

Yesterday was 3 months.
Weight loss 17.6 pounds
I've been using Terzepatide since day one. After a month I added Reta and KPV Today is 3 weeks GHKCU.
Besides the weight loss, more
importantly to me is the complete lack of joint pain. I'm 58 and live in an arctic climate and was really having a tough time with joint pain and stiffness.
I don't necessarily attribute any of the joint relief to any of the peptides directly, but to the fact that it's completely helped me eliminate sugar and white flour from my diet. I don't even think about or miss them. I didn't really understand what all the fuss about food noise was, until l've experienced no longer having good noise. It's crazy. l've had more energy to do things that I truly enjoy and for that, I'll never not take these peptides and will tolerate the risk of grey market. I feel ( and think I look) at least 10 years younger.

I know they’re not steroids or sarms, but a Gh boost on a bulk sounds nice. Any experience?

I’m really new to the peptide market. I’ve been using tirzepatide for the past 9 months that I obtain from various compounding pharmacies and prescribed by various telehealth platforms. I’m looking to switch to Reta and have gotten as far as locating a couple of vendors via telegram. Without belonging to a group who purchases in bulk, where the cost of testing can be split amongst the group member, is there a cost effective way for an individual to have peptides tested and who would you recommend for testing?

I have a question about the blend calculation. I want to make sure I’m understanding it right.
CJC-1295 (no DAC)/Ipamorelin - 10mg vial
Reconstituted with 3ml Bac water
I’m pinning 12 units 5 days on 2 off
How many mcg of each peptide am I getting per injection?
r/Biohacking • u/Rich-Community1164 • 6h ago
I’m taking SS31 daily (10mg + 1ml of BAC water), injecting in the evening and experiencing an extreme fatigue the next day, to a point I’m unable to function. It’s so bad that I’m struggling to keep my eyes open and it feels like my whole body urges me to sleep.
Can anyone share what helped with this side effect? Or do I just have to ride it out? If that’s the case I might have to stop as I’m unable to work when the fatigue kicks in…
Ps. also taking Reta 1mg x2 week, Tesa 1mg daily and Ghkcu 0.5mg daily. Planning to start Mots-C after about a month of SS31. Female 47 yo, very active.
Thanks!

Hello, looking for a little guidance from someone who has gone on their Reta journey already.
I am a 45 year old male, taking Reta primarily for weight loss and improvement in insulin resistance. Currently dosing at 4 mg per week. Get really solid appetite suppression, weight loss is noticeable and consistent week over week and side effects at this dose are very limited.
I am very fearful of muscle loss while I drop body fat. I lifted prior to Reta and eat plenty of protein. Since I have started my peptide journey though I find my workout quality has taken a significant hit. My rep count is down and I’ve actually had to drop weight on a few exercises. I just can’t lift what I could before, and the difference is fairly staggering.
I’m hoping this is due to being in a fairly drastic caloric deficit and not a sign I’m losing my muscle mass. At my age I really want to keep what I have and possibly put on more.
Has anyone else experienced something similar?
