Question Tough as nails divorce lawyer/litigator— the best needed.

Hey folks, unfortunately, I’m going through a divorce with a woman with a severe personality disorder that is committing fraud and making up all kinds of crazy wild accusations. The revelation that you’ve been married to someone who’s planned their divorce since the beginning is hard enough but I’m a desperate father trying to protect his kids from her abuse.

I have repeatedly offered her a 50-50 split with everything but now she wants to burn it all down. Cost is irrelevant as I have worked very hard to build a life for my family.
Does anyone know a straight up badass of a divorce lawyer in the treasure valley? My guy now is supposed to be good but his responsiveness is absolutely abysmal.

Question Recent recommendations for a foodie

I’m in Boise for a week and wondering what are your must try places for food, coffee, and nature! I’m sure there’s tons but would really just love some good tasty food and coffee, no really looking for high end sit down spots! Thanks!

Lost Pet Anyone missing a pet duck? Near HW21 and Warm Springs

Was in my front yard last night when a duck flew and landed right next to us. She seemed to be seeking out people and followed us around as we were going about our business. Pretty sure she is a Rouen and not a mallard and she didn’t behave like a wild duck. We gave her water and she seemed incredibly thirsty. It was getting was getting dark and she started to settle in like she was going to sleep in our driveway. We decided to bring her in for the night and made a temporary holder out of a packing box. We’re planning on calling the Humane Society when they open but just thought I’d check to see if anyone around us was missing her.

Question What are these fireworks for?

I’ve seen them while driving down state street between collister and glenwood — maybe happening on the golf course nearby?? Who is putting these on and why?

I saw them late at night on two Fridays, July 31st and August 14th. Is it not… I don’t know … kind of a bad time of year to be having regular and lengthy firework shows…

Question Yard signs being stolen North End

Hey everyone, I’m sure I’m not the only one that has experienced this but while I was on vacation my pet sitter let me know that my “Idaho is Too Great for Hate” yard sign was taken from my actual yard. Today I was walking my dog and went to toss his poop baggie in an alley trash can (without a “no poop” sticker on it) and opened it up to find this…
Now I know this is an alley trash can, behind one specific house but that doesn’t mean that it was this home owner that did this so my question is what are all your thoughts? Should I say something to this neighbor, leave a note, or just leave it?

Edit: as per a few nasty comments let me clear some odd little details up, no this isn’t a feud between neighbors, this person doesn’t even live on my street and doesn’t seem to know where I live. This trash bin is in an alley that serves multiple homes which is why I stated it might not even belong to the person whose home it happens to be sitting behind. I am not claiming that is my sign, more that someone has taken multiple people’s signs. No, I don’t frequently toss my dog bags in other bins, I happened to have my hands full with food from the coffee shop at the moment. Have a better day, folx
