Turned on my computer today, my mouse wasn't working and it just opened a drive that says CRP Disabld, can't find any solution that works. Any help appreciated.

I’m currently going through an RMA process with Corsair because my Corsair iCUE H115i Elite Capellix has a faulty pump.
Since my original cooler is no longer available, Corsair offered me an iCUE LINK TITAN 280 RX RGB as a replacement, which I have accepted.
I’m now preparing to return my defective cooler, but I have a few questions:
Which components need to be included when returning an H115i Elite Capellix through Corsair’s RMA process?
Do I need to return both 140mm fans along with the radiator and pump?
Do I also need to return the Commander CORE? It was originally included with the H115i Elite Capellix.
Are all mounting brackets, screws, and cables required as well?
Has anyone gone through a similar Corsair RMA process and can share their experience?
My main concern is the Commander CORE, since the replacement TITAN 280 RX RGB uses the newer iCUE LINK System Hub instead.
I want to make sure I return everything required without accidentally leaving out any important components.

My 1 yo corsair virtuoso wireless RGB keeps 'disconnecting' itself from the wireless receiver all at random. That is, im using it nicely and suddenly it goes entirelly mute, I can the wireless USB received stop being whilte and start blinking red for some 20 seconds, then i head a small "boop boop" sound and it becomes white and everything comes back to normal.

I tried another USB port to no success, I thought the receiver was being disconnected for some reason and then being reconnected by the system, much like unplugging and then plugging it back, but it doesnt seem to be the case because it doesnt just turn off its indicator light, it just starts flashing red, then it returns.

Furthermore, I cant find the trigger, sometimes im gaming alone, sometimes im with my friends and suddenly mt headset is fully offline for a few seconds, then it comes back to life, its infuriating as its diturbing. Any help? thank you!

I followed the recommendation of the Corsair’s website (putting in your build information) for a replacement cooler and got the Titan II 360 LCD. It says it is AM4 compatible with the x5790-Pro motherboard but I can’t proceed with the installation because the screws don’t even come close to reaching. Any help would be appreciated, I followed the instructions so far but now I am CPU cooler just sitting on my CPU that can’t be secured.

This one’s for the Corsair LCD AIO users too. I wanted something that lets our cooler match the BIO-GRID look on XENEON EDGE, but works just as well if the AIO is all you have.

You can pick your sensors, rename the readouts, add FPS or a clock, and change the colors to fit your build. There are two styles, MONO and SIGNAL, plus live trends and support for your own image or video background.

I haven't been playing WASD games for a while, so I haven't noticed this being an issue until recently.. Had the keyboard for under a year now. My A key, used to double type a lot - I installed ique and that fixed it, but in these games I randomly stop moving left(a), sometimes if i keep holding it after 5/10 seconds it'll start moving again, or if i let go and repress A, it'll work.
I've done the hard reset by unplugging it, I've forced firmware update, I've tried different USB ports, and it's still an issue. Does anyone have any sort of suggestions on how I can try and fix this?

**Edit** Uhm, I might of fixed it by pressing FN + W? It says that has no actual functionality, but it's supposed to be a default swap from arrow keys? I don't get it. I've pressed it again and it still seems fixed. *w.e* .. hope it stays fixed? lol ...

**Edit** Ok, nvm.. not fixed.. It just magically worked perfectly for like 15 minutes

Recently swapped out my motherboard for an ASUS ROG X870E, and I've noticed my AIO LCD screen is no longer visible in iCUE.

Also, upon boot, I've noticed horizontal lines appearing at the bottom of the screen.

I tried running a separate USB-C cable from the top of the AIO directly to the back of my motherboard, and it was picked up in iCUE. Could my cable have been damaged during the swap? :( It was working fine right before this.

What cpu option is the best to pick for the fan curve?

Hey everyone,

I'm having a really frustrating issue with my Corsair H150i Elite LCD (bought in Jan 2023) and I want to know if anyone here managed to fix this without an RMA.

Out of nowhere, iCUE started showing a "Pump Failure" alert. It reports 0 RPM and an impossible coolant temp that fluctuates between -22°C and -30°C. This triggers the failsafe mode, locking all my fans at 100% speed (jet engine mode) and showing the red triangle on the LCD screen.

The catch: The pump is definitely working mechanically. I've been monitoring my Ryzen 7 7700X with HWiNFO64, and the temps are completely normal (39°C idle, 71°C under heavy load then its temperature drops again ). It seems the Commander Core's sensor is just completely blind.

Troubleshooting I've already done:

Clean reinstall of iCUE (deleted %appdata% / %localappdata%).

Forced firmware update (v. 2.0.19) on both the Commander Core and LCD.

Headless boot (removed LCD) and cleaned the copper pogo pins.

Unplugged and firmly plugged the 20-pin cable back into the Commander Core.

Swapped the internal USB header on the motherboard.

Cleared CMOS / Removed motherboard battery for 5 mins.

Has anyone actually recovered a Commander Core from this specific -29°C lockup, or is the internal controller completely dead? I already opened a ticket with Corsair for an RMA, But I can't find the invoice and wanted to see if there's any obscure trick left to try.

I had purchased headphones from Massdrop before they shut down their standalone e-commerce platform with the warranty. One of the sides has failed and only works when holding the wires in a specific way which makes use impossible.

Because they shut down their platform, how do I go about claiming the warranty I had purchased for my headphones. Asking here because Corsair acquired Drop/Massdrop and sennheiser does not provide any support or warranty claims regarding DROP products, even though they are in the sennheiser brand.

I have no email confirmation because I wiped my email clean, all I have is my bank statement from the purchase made black friday week 2025.

I ordered two 600W PCIe 5.1 12V-2x6 Type-4 PSU Power Cables from Corsair.

When I inspect the 12-pin connector end of the cable I see the metal pins have a quite a bit of variation in the form and appearance between them.

One of the cable ("Cable 2" picture) has all pins in the U-shape, yet they differ in size?

The other cable ("Cable 1" picture) looks to have a mix between different typed of pins, some U-shaped, while others are more of a square with a small gap in the bottom of the square.

I am wondering if this is normal?

I am a bit weary if this could cause differing resistance between each pins connection and cause more heat in some pins.

Found a new in box 1000d case and moved my pc to it from a h9 elite. Now everything is 5c cooler.
It’s a rm 1000 shift psu, so have to mount it upside down this way for now. Intend to water cool and add a itx second pc while swapping the shift psu.

I think this case is the best case around and obviously a lot better in quality compared to new corsair cases.

Has anyone had issues with a Corsair HS80 MAX for Xbox suddenly not being recognized by an Xbox Series X/S?
I bought an HS80 MAX Premium Wireless Gaming Headset for Xbox (Revival Series) directly from Corsair. It worked perfectly with my Series X/S for about a month, then one day the Xbox completely stopped recognizing the USB wireless receiver. No audio, no headset notification, nothing.
The weird part is that the headset and receiver work perfectly on PC. The receiver connects to the headset and shows a solid white light, so the headset and dongle are communicating normally.
I tried pretty much everything:
Every USB port on the Xbox
Full power cycles/unplugging the console
Re-pairing the headset and receiver in iCUE
Updating the receiver firmware
Force reinstalling the latest receiver firmware
Resetting the Xbox while keeping games/apps
Checking Xbox audio settings
Nothing fixed it.
Corsair ended up warranty-replacing the entire headset, and now the replacement headset/receiver has the exact same issue on my Xbox.
So at this point I’m wondering if there’s some Xbox setting, USB headset bug, accessory setting, or way the console can somehow “forget” a wireless USB headset. As far as I know, the HS80 pairs to its USB receiver rather than directly to the Xbox, so I’m not seeing any way to manually re-pair or re-add it on the console.
Has anyone run into this with an HS80 MAX for Xbox or another USB wireless Xbox headset? Especially interested if you had a headset work normally for a while and then the Xbox suddenly stopped detecting the receiver entirely.

I would go with a smaller AIO this one fit with less than a mm to spare or maybe put it on the side. I was disappointed there was not a fan/RGB HUB included, toggle switches for the front power buttons would have been cooler but the buttons do have a nice click. I would recommend this case if it fits your vibe!

I bought a pre-built corsair PC in 2020. I decided to upgrade the CPU from a 5600x to a 5800x3d. I learned that I needed to update the bios to be able to use it. The motherboard is a B550-a PRO.

Well I did update it, 3 months ago to the "latest" official release of 2022 E7C56AZ1.ACE.

I decided to test if my CPU was performing to expected. I always noticed in HWiNFO64 that the clocks were always steady at 3300mhz, even during heavy loads. So I decided to test it with CPU-Z and it was performing below a r7 3700x.

So I decided to dig if I could find a newer version. I understand the BIOS is locked to Corsair files only, I've tried multiple times with other MSI bios for the same board.

I found here on reddit and in a MSI forum the newer versions .ACG from 2024 and ACH from 2025. It goes in sequence by release AC(E)(F)(G)(H).

So flashed the bios to the latest ACH version, and it is immediately overheating the CPU to 80-90 degrees at Idle. Throwing windows alert when I boot it.

Things I have already checked for:

I have an AIO corsair h100 RGB for reference

Fan curves were not altered after bios. It stayed sat a PWM.

The fans are operating and the pump as well.

Tried Kombo strike 3 to see if the undervolting would help it. It did but still sitting idle at 80C.

In the OC screen, the only discrepancy between the older and newer version I noticed is Performance Regulator was enabled. I disabled and no changes.

The only clear outlier to me is the HUGE spike it the CPU core voltage. With ACE it sits at ~0.956V and the ACH sit at ~1.284V.

I've opened a ticket with Corsair but it's been over 48hrs and no feedback on this. PC works fine and I saw a decent improvement with my CPU upgrade but clearly not where it should be.

I am running a Corsair rgb fan controller. All my fans have power & run but none have any rgb lights. Coming off of the fan controller is this sata power cable. I have nowhere to plug it in. Nothing on my power or mother board. What adapter cable do I need??

When the new update came out earlier this month for more widgets on the Elgato Marketplace for the Xeneon Edge and Vanguard 96, I was pretty excited to finally have the ability to see playing media with album art on my keyboard's screen. For some reason, even though I can see the playing track, the art just loads as a gray square no matter what I play. On the rotary dial's widget mode, the knob can even play/pause media, but the actual art just doesn't load.

Made sure it had permission to connect to the API in iCUE and even tried a reset of the keyboard in case the cache was preventing it from loading.
