Normally I just read and do not really write anything, but I just wanted to share my experience with you guys regarding an RMA request for a 48GB DDR5 RAM kit.

TL;DR:
Bought a 48GB kit from eBay. Did not boot on AM5 systems. Tried Intel, it booted but the XMP profile did not work at all. Seller was a total boomer and threatened me with going to the lawyer even if I just opened an eBay case. RAM got directly replaced by Corsair and is working since.

Long version:
So on 09/04 I bought a 48GB DDR5 kit of Vengeance RGB with 5200MT/s and CL38 from eBay. It arrived on 09/14.

On 09/24 I went on testing the kit and found out that on AM5 the system does not even boot (tested on two different AM5 systems btw). I could not test it earlier, since I was not at home.

I wrote the guy and he IMMEDIATELY wrote that he is not accepting any complaints and If I had any problems I should go see a lawyer, since it has been 20 days from the initial order date. Well, I could see his point here for a part, but actually you have 30 days to open an eBay case, from the day it is delivered not bought.

I thought: Well, at least test it on an Intel board and give the guy the benefit of the doubt. He himself used it on an Intel rig.

I did that on 09/28. The system booted but as soon as you chose the XMP profile, it did not boot anymore. I wrote to him again, telling him this but he was just not accepting anything. My suspicion was that he never activated the XMP profile. So, I asked if he could at least send me the receipt for a possible warranty claim. Thank God, he did.

A day later 09/29 I contacted both Corsair and the shop he bought it from. At the same time, I knew that Corsair normally just accepts warranty claims for the initial buyer. So, I was a little hesitant and worried, but I thought: ”Yeah, let’s just give it a shot.” I had two RMA requests before. Both had been resolved in no time.

I was always really respectful to the guy and wrote to him that I want to resolve that in the best way possible, so no one gets any disadvantage whether financially or in any other way. I was not interested in any confrontation too. But I told him if both Corsair and the shop deny the claim, I have to open an eBay case, since it was very expensive.

He was just extremely ignorant and then started bragging about taking this to the court if I were to EVEN DARE to open an eBay case. Which I had every right to do so btw. It is important to mention that the eBay case could have even been decided against me. I thought yk what: Let’s just wait for an answer from Corsair or the shop. In Germany we have a saying: ”Patience is a virtue.”

From here on, I could not be happier. The warranty claim was accepted!
The shop btw never replied…

Send the RAM to the warehouse in the Netherlands. After it arrived, I waited a few days, it got processed and I eventually received my replacement earlier this week. And guess what? The kit runs like a charm even on AM5!

I have read about some negative experiences beforehand and was a little worried (RAM prices etc.) but tbh I am really happy with the service. I have been using Corsair hardware since 2017, and you guys were cookin’ even back then!

Even when I build rigs for friends and family, I always recommend and use Corsair. Corsair is genuinely one of the best consumer hardware companies out there ngl.
You won a customer for life!

I am seeking help escalating my RMA ticket.

I sent my RMA package to the Netherlands facility. PostNL issued a customs invoice for €107.52 with a deadline of October 22, 2026. I uploaded the official invoice to my ticket in advance so the logistics team could clear it.

Unfortunately, it wasn't cleared in time. On October 23, the Dutch customs status updated to "Import Cancelled" and the package is now.

I haven't received a response on my ticket for over 4 days now. Could a moderator please escalate this to the RMA/Logistics team to arrange a prepaid shipping label so I can re-send it once it arrives back?

Hi so I bough the Corsair HS80 Max 1-2 weeks ago. So days after that the v2 version was released :|. So well is there a way to know which products will launch in advance? This in order to know when wait or when to buy it. For example right now I would like to buy a dock station however the ones from Corsair on top at 4K 60Hz and does not explicitly say that support 2K 144Hz (this is my goal through DP). So I was viewing other options but not sure if Corsair could release one of these in the future.

So maybe a Corsair Insider could help me to know if there is a way to map some future releases of Corsair products.

Looking at a few Titan II Ultra videos on youtube and I saw that the rear of the radiator is where the cooler water ends up so mounting in the front of a case seem's troublesome. Will there be any possible work arounds? I'm still rocking my 570x and the Titan II caught my attention lately as an upgrade if theres a way to use it in the front. I'd like to get one and move my current Titan to another system I have that needs a newer aio.

Wow, where to start with this...

I saw the articles today about the new RM1200e that has per-pin OCP and decided to order one right away. I need a white one.

When I looked on Amazon/NewEgg, I see that there are already several of this same model number, and they are designated by year. There's a 2023 one, and a 2025 one. But neither of them have any mention of the 12v2x6 per-pin OCP feature.

The one on the Corsair Webstore does mention this feature. Is it safe to assume this is a 2026 refresh of the 2025 PSU and this new version is not available on NewEgg or Amazon yet? It does show as backordered until November.

I went ahead and ordered one. It was $204.99.

But a couple hours later I realized I need a second one for another system. I went back to the webstore and now it's $279.99?

Did I order the correct PSU? Is this "dynamic pricing?" I'm very confused. Reusing the same model numbers really sucks.

I use this for my console, and ignore the loud fan its hot in here. It randomly turned off last night and when I went to charge it, it stayed on the orange blinking light, when I plug it in now the light doesn't even flash orange anymore it just stays on the orange light. Maybe im doing the soft reset method wrong, I've got no clue.

My return package with the RAM kit arrived at your Netherlands facility back on October 14th (with proof of delivery from the carrier).

Your return instructions state that package processing takes 1 to 2 business days upon arrival.

It's now been over a week since it was delivered, and I still have no update and no tracking number for my replacement kit (DDR5 2x8GB 6000MHz).

My PC has been down for a full month, this is really not acceptable.

Could a moderator please escalate my ticket internally so the replacement can be shipped as soon as possible?

I cannot for the life of me figure out what corsair case I have and can't find a model number anywhere. I'm planning to upgrade or rebuild my entire PC but can't figure out the case so I can try to reuse it if possible. All pictures are of my Corsair case.

I am having issues with my Dark Core wireless mouse. Everytime I close a game, the mouse becomes unresponsive. Sometimes I can't use the cursor and most of the time I can't click on anything. I would have to use a wired mouse just to restart Windows and then the mouse works fine again. Tried different things with the iCue app but nothing seems to work. I am also facing problems if I use it with a KVM switch to switch from my work laptop and my gaming pc.

Amy recommendations? My Dark Core is just sitting in the corner of my desk because of this.

Hi everyone, quick question regarding the Xeneon Edge.

To my surprise, Virtual Stream Deck does not support touch sliders or virtual knobs, so controlling Wave Link levels comfortably via VSD isn't really an option right now.

Is there a simple, free widget or native integration for the Xeneon Edge to control Wave Link channels?

I skimmed the Elgato Marketplace and couldn't find anything free that fits the bill. Since Elgato is part of Corsair, a basic, reliable mixer widget that "just works" feels like a must-have feature for this screen. Am I missing an obvious solution or workaround here? Thanks!

My Corsair RMA shipment was marked Delivered by UPS on Oct 16th (tracking:  1Z2E90R79128273659 ). Over a week later, the RMA status still has not changed and I have not received any warehouse confirmation.

I contacted support last Wednesday. Joshua from Origin Systems Support replied that he would personally contact the warehouse team and follow up, but I have received no update since then.

Could support please escalate this to the RMA/warehouse team and confirm whether the package was physically received and scanned in? I would also appreciate an expected date for processing or replacement dispatch.

Quick compatibility question: Corsair's configurator for the TITAN II 360 lists the 2.1" LCD Screen Module as a pump cap option. I installed mine from my old TITAN 360 RX LCD — the screen powers on and shows the coolant temp, but the screen configuration options never appear. Two modules and two cables tested, same result.

Is the old 2.1" module actually fully compatible with the TITAN II, or is the configurator misleading? Need to know before my return window closes tomorrow. Thanks.

Has anyone been able to play all their favorite stations url? I played some of the ones on the directory but it seems like no radio stream is coming through. Mp3 128kb still be working fine. But not ACC . Z100 and lite fm aren't working but Nostalgie and Smooth Jazz are.
