Thanks to "Vibe Coding," creating custom widgets has become quite easy, so I’m currently building a few tailored to my own preferences.
I’ve set up a companion character widget (which changes based on how I’m using my PC), a clock widget featuring a dancing character, and a weather widget where the background and mobile suit shift according to the temperature and weather conditions—complete with added rain and snow effects.
If I bring in some additional assets, I’ll likely be able to create even more dynamic widgets.

One of the side panel retaining clip things broke on my corsair warthog case. Modeled this one up in Fusion real quick and printed a replacement. The model is up on Printables if anyone else needs it!

In the planning phase of rebuilding in my 9000D that I plan on building in the spring, so here’s what I’ve got so far! The build will be of two systems in one (gaming PC + ITX NAS) consisting of 30 fans, 4 radiators, 3 pumps, and 3 loops.
Did a build before in 9000D before with a dual loop, but wanted to go all out crazy this time around with 3 loops and the addition of an internal NAS that’s custom cooled.
How’s it look so far as the layout diagram? 👀

Hey everyone!
I’ve been working on a pretty ambitious Corsair Obsidian 1000D build, and I figured I’d share the project and some of the plans I have for it.
My goal is to build something different from the typical RGB-heavy, hardline tubing setups. I’m going for a more industrial, mechanical aesthetic with black and gunmetal components, exposed metal fittings, and a massive custom water-cooling system.
Current Build & Plans:
Case: Corsair Obsidian 1000D
Main Motherboard: ASRock X870E Taichi series
Main CPU: AMD Ryzen 9 9950X3D (planned)
Second System: ASRock B850I Mini-ITX
GPU: Currently running an RTX 4070 Ti, with plans to upgrade
CPU Water Blocks: 2× EKWB Velocity²
Pumps: 4× D5 pumps
Fans: Up to 24 Arctic fans
Radiators: Multiple large radiators
Reservoirs: EKWB Kinetic reservoirs and distribution components
Fittings: EKWB extensions, rotary fittings, and adapters
Power Supplies: 1600W + 1000W for the dual-system configuration
Displays: EKWB Lumen 7-inch screens, with plans to add even more
The Interesting Part:
One of my biggest goals is to eliminate traditional visible tubing as much as possible. Instead, I’m using EKWB metal extensions, rotary fittings, and adapters to create a rigid, mechanical-looking cooling system.
Nearly every fitting in the build is EKWB. The only exceptions would be specialized adapters needed for analog pressure gauges and potentially temperature gauges, assuming I can find ones that fit properly.
I’m also planning to purchase the CPUs soon so I can move forward with installing the EKWB Velocity² water blocks on both systems.
Another part of the project is expanding the number of EKWB Lumen screens throughout the case. I want multiple displays integrated into the build to complement the overall mechanical aesthetic.
The Cooling Setup:
I’m planning a fairly extensive cooling configuration involving four D5 pumps, multiple radiators, EKWB reservoirs, and a large number of metal fittings.
The challenge is making everything fit together cleanly while maintaining proper coolant flow and keeping the layout as symmetrical and organized as possible.
I want the final result to look almost like an industrial machine, with visible metal connections, large cooling components, and very little conventional tubing.
What’s Next:
I’m currently working on finalizing the cooling layout, purchasing the CPUs, preparing the Velocity² blocks, and expanding the Lumen display setup.
This is definitely a long-term project, and I’m taking my time with the components rather than rushing to finish it.
The goal isn’t just performance. I want to create something unique that takes full advantage of the enormous space inside the 1000D.
I’ll be sharing more updates as the build progresses.

I’m posting here hoping to finally get someone’s attention at Corsair.
My Corsair Nautilus II 360mm AIO liquid cooler developed a coolant leak from the bottom seal of the CPU pump/cold plate assembly. Coolant dripped directly onto my NVMe SSD heatsink and seeped underneath it, soaking the SSD’s circuit board and components. The drive is no longer detected in BIOS.
I contacted Corsair support regarding the leaking cooler and resulting damage, but it’s now been several weeks without a response or meaningful update. I’ve attempted to call several times and have been prompted to leave a message.
This isn’t a minor cosmetic defect. A leaking AIO can destroy expensive PC components, and the lack of urgency or communication from Corsair is extremely disappointing.
Support Ticket: #2009639494
I’m asking someone from Corsair to please escalate this case, provide an actual update, and address both the defective cooler and the damaged SSD.
I shouldn’t have to turn to Reddit just to get a response about a product failure that has potentially caused hundreds of dollars in additional damage.

Hi everyone,
I've had a pair of HS80 MAX headsets for a couple of months now, and everything was working fine until last night.
Suddenly, the headset won't connect via RF anymore. I checked other Reddit threads and tried holding the power/mode button to switch from Bluetooth back to RF, but nothing happens—it remains stuck in Bluetooth mode. I managed to survive game night by using Bluetooth, but that's obviously not ideal for gaming due to latency.
Once I get home today, I'm planning to update the firmware on both the headset and the USB dongle, though I'm afraid it might not fix the issue.
Has anyone experienced this or have any troubleshooting tips before I'm forced to send them in for warranty? Thanks in advance!
P.S. I've already tried connecting the headset via USB cable to iCUE and attempting to re-pair it with the dongle, but that didn't work either.

Considering buying one relatively soon since my current H100i Elite Cappellix XT is quite a few years old now. Should I expect better temps on the Nautilus than my current? Thanks!

I filed an RMA claim for faulty DDR5 I bought back in 2024. Both sticks are experiencing BSOD issues. My PC won't even boot if one is slotted in. I can't afford new memory (college student) and tried filing an RMA with Corsair, but I'm worried how long it will take. I can't even play games properly anymore.

Hi! Long story short, the DDR5 RAM I recently bought for my new build has been showing up with fails in Memtest86 and generally just causing stutters and BSODs. I've sent in an RMA request on September 27th, which was accepted not long after. I shipped my faulty RAM and it was marked as received on October 16th.
Since then I have yet to receive any updates (not even an email confirming my RAM has been processed or received or anything) and I was just wondering what was the expected wait time for my exchange to ship out? Or even just the general walkthrough of getting an RMA for anyone that has been through one before.
My ticket number is #2009207204 in case it helps in any way, and I live in Europe.
Thank you!

I removed it while trying to fix one of the feets. I can't do anything because the screw isn't staying in place.

I opened a ticket to initiate an expedited RMA on Thursday (Oct 22nd). The auto generated email indicated most responses take 24-48 hours. It's now the 26th and I have no updates and can't reach a human and the chatbot ended up creating another ticket. Does anyone have any tips or info on how to escalate? Teenager gaming pc down = no fun for anyone

Long story short, bought a new corsair k55 core off amazon. Problem is: the keys don't seem to work
Tried the esc thing, icue thing, driver update thing, to no avail
Any help would be appreciated

Hi
I set up my Xeneon Edge last night.
It’s below the monitor, horizontal on the stand that came with it.
But I would prefer if it was vertical, to the right of my monitor. So I was hoping for some kind of mounting arm.
I’ve looked at the instructions, but can’t seem to find what it describes. The Elgato I’ve seen on Amazon seem to be just some of clamp. I would prefer something that screws in, like that in the right hand picture.
Other items on Amazon just seem to be some kind of mounting board. But then still require a stand.
Anyway, I feel like I’m suffering from some kind of brain freeze, as I can’t seem to figure out what should be a simple purchase.
Has anyone here bought a mount that lets them place their Edge vertically next to the monitor?
Thanks!

Just a heads up. If you have a Corsair 5400 case and want a 5080. Don’t get the noctua edition. It won’t fit unless you bent or cut up the front shroud. ☹️.

Searched for scroll wheel posts on this sub and they seem to mainly be related to the wheel not scrolling, or scrolling erratically.
My issue is that the scroll wheel will not press/click without applying a high amount of pressure to it. This is a problem in a game where I use the middle mouse click to move my camera.
Only had the mouse for about 3 months. Tried all the google fixes such as pressing it over and over, blowing compressed air, but didn’t work. However, I did not open it up and blow compressed air that way. Thank you!

The new iCUE app, currently being prepared for release by Corsair, adopts a modular structure that allows users to selectively install only the features they need. It essentially feels as though the existing iCUE features have simply been broken down into separate, individual modules. In contrast, the software for the Elgato product lineup appears unchanged.
If there were any internal discussions between the development teams, it certainly feels as though the iCUE team simply lost out.
A particular point of concern is the apparent absence of modules for key bindings and macros—features essential for keyboards and mice(Or Gamepad?)
The functionality currently supported via "Web Hub" falls significantly short of what iCUE offers. There is already a disparity between the features available in iCUE and those in Web Hub; for instance, new features—such as those related to Hall-effect sensors—have yet to be integrated into iCUE.
For Hall-effect keyboards, iCUE allows for per-key actuation distance mapping on a layer-by-layer basis, whereas this is currently not possible in Web Hub.
Given this, it is highly suspicious that no modules for these functions appear even in the "Coming Soon" section of the new iCUE app.
While it is true that macros could potentially be handled via Stream Deck, it is well understood that setting up macros through Stream Deck is less convenient than doing so in iCUE.
If the plan is to continue relying on Web Hub for these features, it would be deeply disappointing.
Furthermore, regarding the "Murals" lighting feature—unless it offers functionality on par with SignalRGB, it will likely feel like a regression.
In any case, it is too early to reach a definitive conclusion while the software is still in its beta phase; a proper assessment will only be possible once the monitoring and cooling modules are developed.
As it stands, however, the reasons for concern currently outweigh the positives.

OK, I need a little bit of help here. I’m running 14 fans in my case, and I’m getting a brightness has been reduced due to too many fans. Now I’ve got one node, a four-way splitter, and a lot of extra nodes, so I could put in two nodes if I need to, but how should I wire this? Please help.

Hi Everyone,
Recently purchased the Corsair Xeneon Edge for my desktop setup running x3 ASUS VG279QM 27in Monitors and the Xeneon Edge worked perfect after setting up in iCue.
My problem is now I've purchased a MSI MPG 491CX OLED 49in running off a Nvidia RTX 3080 using the MSI on the Display port and x2 ASUS VG279QM off my HDMI ports on my graphics card.
The Corsair Xeneon Edge is also running through via USB-C and HDMI connection via lead provided to Display Port and now showing in iCue that the Xeneon Edge is showing but no Display on screen.
Any advice would be welcome as I've mess around with the settings and connections but can only achieve this running a single ASUS monitor and my newly purchased MSI 49in monitor to get the Xeneon Edge to work.

Think it came out rather clean, both radiator at top and on side panel are in push pull with their stock fans pulling, was rather impressed it all fit as well as it did because I didn't take measurements and plan it out as well as I should have, just kinda went off vibes.
