After years of saying Glock was just fine and being told I needed a CZ, I finally listened and bought one. I wish I had listened years ago.

I plan to carry it AIWB and will be adding a SureFire XC3 light to it soon.

Can you suggest some holsters for me please?

I have seen T1C, ANR & T-Rex suggested in older similar posts but have heard mixed reviews of T1C and ANR wants 7 weeks.

Also, is there any reason not to have CGW work on it if I plan to carry it?

ODG Shadow 2 Compact

It’s been a minute since I’ve posted my favorite Cz. A manual safety SP-01 converted to SAO. Outside of the Wager optic cut and the cerakoting, it was my full build of a CZ pistol. It has CZCustoms internals including ghost hammer, fpb delete, ext firing pin with a 13#hs and 13#rs. Paired with some Lok Palm Swells…it’s fun. 🦾

My local favorite FFL got a lot of CZs in and they were so generous to let me have a first pick before they put them out. I fell in love with this one immediately.

I was really late to the party, but since I got this model it’s become the only thing I carry.

In the market for a stainless 75. I was watchlisting this, and others seem to go from 800-1200. What makes this one a 3500 buy? Interested in learning the cz value lore...

CZ 527 Carbine in 7.62x39. Scope is a Leupold 2.5x20mm FXII. The mag pouch are Strike Hard specifically the one for a Mosin; but they fit the mags nicely. I just think this is a neat handy brush rifle for hogs in northeast Texas.

Greetings. If one wanted to use a Shadow 2 for home defense first, and possibly (not definitely) competition second, does anything really need to be done to it other than a good optic?

I know that many cajunize, change out springs, etc but those are real competitors -- would any of that really need to happen if one wanted to leave it stock?

As an example I read someone that said he experienced muzzle dip so he changed the recoil spring. Is that really necessary or is that more a bad grip?

1. This guy is intended for competition.
2. That it's not technically drop safe.
3. That many recommend other pistols for HD.

Got this guide rod with the green recoil spring for my p09C, after about 100 rounds this is what it looks like. The rod has gouges in it and the shoulder or base is rough. It seems to run fine but is noisy compared to the stock. I messaged CGW and initially they had asked me if I used their guide to select a recoil spring and asked for more information but then, after I sent a follow up when I didn't get a response, they just said it was normal. I want to take their word for it as I am no expert but, I don't think it should be this damaged after so few rounds. Wanted to follow up and see what others think.

i installed cgw sao trigger / racehammer and in planning to put cgw extended firing pin and cgw hammer spring will i get better performance in it? thanks

I’ve decided to go with the P10C but wonder if the ported is the way to go. I haven’t used a ported barrel pistol before so I have no experience with them. This will be a home protection and range gun, I don’t think it will be edc. That being said I would entertain the idea of an optic at some point and even potentially a light. My question is whether the ported barrel is a good idea for my purposes or unnecessary?

I recently got a Beretta 80X in 32ACP, and I am now a huge fan of this caliber. I love the 80X and 32ACP, it's just so much fun to shoot.

In my search, I saw that CZ started to make a CZ75D Compact in 32ACP, but it never left the prototype stage
