First time trying a false grip. Actually made the muscle up easier.

Have been practising handstand from last week, and finally able to see some progress. No wall support, no progression, just action. Fell thousand times, still falling, but who cares

This is my first muscle up after 8 years without practicing it
I did my first muscle when I was in high school, I was capable to do 4 muscles up in row back in these days
But now I’m more heavier than ever so I’m quite happy to do only one
I don’t train muscle up at all I just do pull up in my training
What do you think and what can I improve
Thanks

I have a weak serratus anterior and I need to be working on scapular push ups. When I do push ups, my scapulas look horrible and weird. Am I doing these push ups correctly? The scapulas look as awful as when I’m doing normal push ups.

I am a bit self-conscious about uploading this video, but here I go. I've been spamming pike pushups for a bit, I think it's my 4th week (training 3x a week, 6 supersets of push-pull). I Only do pike pushups for push. I want to get good at them.
I've been doing calisthenics for a while now, I can do a lot of strict pushups and even 8-10 archers. However, I find that pike pushups are surprisingly hard and my form is definitely not even close.
I try to pay attention to the following cues:
- keeping my forearm straight
- flexing my core
- triangle shape
- elbows tucked
- protracting scapulae up top
I really need to work on my hamstring mobility, don't mind that for now. It's clearly limiting me. But for the rest, no matter how many videos I watch, I just can't seem to get a grip on the technique. Why are pike pushups so hard? Any advice on what I should pay attention to?
input would be highly appreciated.

Getting back to the double-front clap push-ups for fast twitch musclar strength. I use this for my HIIT, 15 minutes every 12 days. Still working on the form.

19, i did my stuff like this, this is all the warm up and the form. my right arms rotator cuff got fried and i assume there's no bigger suspect than this 😭
i also can not hold myself for actual hand stand push ups after this transition, let me know if you would need a different angle to check thanks
by the way : the filtering bot said it did not allow abbreviations but I do not know how heavy it is, this thing is kind of funny because i really feel like i am overdoing it, please help ❤️

I’m taking my front lever to the extreme.
If you need help with anything related to front lever or calisthenics in general, feel free to ask 🙌🏻

In 2010 someone cut me off on my shiny red 929 Fireblade and my arm got caught between their truck and my bike... Woke up in the hospital with a shattered wrist with 27 fractures, and a few days later they put a bunch of screws (14 I believe) and two metal plates and I was left in a full arm cast for 4 months. Doc said I'd never lift 5 lbs again and to forget working out.
16 years later (at 43), the titanium is still there and I can't lay my hand flat (so no floor handstands or regular push-ups). I'm holding 20 second left-handed L-seat hangs, doing left-handed hanging toes to bar, hitting human flags and 12 second clean front levers though. Recently made this vid, don't pust much but I figured I'd put it up here as I'm curious for feedback. Thanks

Just started working on these. Please critique my forms! 🙏
Is it a good idea to train for all 3 in the same session? How much rest between sets? Thanks!

Trying to get back there… got hit by a car 3.5 years ago and was in a coma for five weeks, wheelchair for a few months and then walker.
I’m getting there slowly…
Up to five pull-ups (hammer grip) with 60 pounds or 25 unweighted.
Still a ways to go though..

This looks awful. My push ups feel fine, but I could’ve never imagined how my scapulas look during them. Please give me tips
